Love this place! My back was aching because of a new workout routine (translate: after years of inactivity, I joined a gym). I was looking to book a massage last minute, online. Website is easy to navigate. Within seconds of booking, Elements Massage called to confirm the appointment. The spa is spacious and welcoming. It's in the same building as Fuzion Medical Esthetic Boutique/ Dr. Goodkind, - not the yellow house pictured on Google. Massage was so good, I signed up for monthly sessions!

Reception area is warm inviting as is the staff upon arriving even though I was early. Beginning my first time I was given a tour of Elements, with an explanation of the various services. The first concern for Elements is your comfort and making sure your experience is beyond what you've expected. It was indeed. I can't wait for my next visit in September...change that I need to book one for August too!

Elements is a beautiful facility housing one of the best massage therapists I have ever encountered, Zoe. I have had quite a few massages over the years and this one is right up there. If you want a beautiful, serene place to enjoy a massage, I would highly recommend Elements Massage in Branford, not far from the town green.

I have been a member at Elements for almost 2 years now, and plan to continue. I suffer from nerve pain and muscle spasms and have found the most relief I've ever had from a deep tissue massage at elements. I've been getting massages for many years, but elements definitely has the best massage therapists and provides the most relief.

Great atmosphere and very welcoming. I've had many massages but this was my 1st time at Elements. Ebony was fantastic I felt relief before it was even over, which has never happened. I would definitely recommend you go and book with Ebony. The price is great as well and they offer a membership which is a pretty price.

I received a cupping massage and it was amazing. I've had massages before but this was very exceptional. I could feel more space within my tissue and the relaxed feeling was so amazing. A membership quickly followed. Worth EVERY PENNY!!! The staff was so knowledgeable and on their A GAME.

I scheduled a massage mid-day for a night appointment. When I arrived, I was told I had called an hour earlier and canceled (which never happened). The person I was supposed to have a massage with had already left. The staff was apologetic, however, very disingenuous with what they were saying (The story changed multiple times). They got me in for a later massage and it was good, however, not what I asked for. I wanted deep tissue and it was moderate at best. Additionally, how could one relax with everything that just happened. The one positive of the night was the two staff members were very nice about it. Hopefully this was a 1x mistake and your experience will be better. My advice for the business... train your staff more.

My wife and I had a couples massage, that included my wife having a prenatal. The staff and building was friendly, calming, welcoming atmosphere. Very professional and great at what they do. They were conscientious and responsive to our needs. They paid great attention to our troublesome areas and made suggestions for things we could do at home to help alleviate some of the pain points. If we lived in the region we would come back often.
