I am an athlete and have been seeing Peter for 3 years. During our first session he began to educate me on the benefits of sports massage. As I felt his work for myself, I knew it was the missing link in my training. I train for a very high level of competition and I KNOW I wouldn't be nearly as effective or efficient if it wasn't for monthly -sometimes weekly- treatments by Peter. He is highly knowledgeable, professional, and an A+ Sports Massage Therapist.

I've gone twice to Dominique- once for a swedish massage and the other for a hot stone massage. Both were incredibly relaxing. In the past I have gotten massages maybe once a year and they were alright, but my sessions at Therapeutic Alternative were fantastic. I anticipate making my massages a regular occurrence.. they're just too good to pass up!

I recommend this place for anyone in the CT area. When I went, it was my first time ever going for an athletic massage and I must say that it was absolutely more than what I expected. Not only where they very welcoming, but they're professional, accommodate your schedule, they offer packages that are affordable and it was such a relaxing experience. I have gotten body work by Peter and Michelle but I am more than certain that any of the body workers will suffice. The location is so convenient being so close to rt 9 and I-91. I will not go anywhere else. Before I came here, I was very skeptic all and I wasn't sure whom I can trust and this was the best decision I've made. They are so comforting and so in tune to what we need. We all have our stresses and we all have that breaking point in which we feel like it's too much to bare. Come here, it will make you feel like anything is possible. It's under new management and I must say it's a great way to celebrate holidays or couples massages, for the Ines that need that time alone to escape from the every day issues. Do not go to a chain location, when you can fee like a VIP with Therapeutic Alternatives. Look them up online and book your appointment now.

Wonderful experience at Therapeutic Alternatives. Easily found an appointment that fit my schedule, was greeted warmly and made to feel at home. During my 90 minute massage with Joe Y I felt very comfortable- he encouraged me to say whether the pressure was enough or too much and in the end he had worked through some very sore spots. Looking forward to my next visit.

I just experienced the BEST 90mins of my life. I have been getting massages for over 20yrs. I researched Peter and his business 4 months ago and it's been an amazing transformation.
