She's knowledgeable, she listens, she's incredibly strong...a true talent that's so hard to find. I am an active 50+ professional with the challenges that come along with a balanced life working hard and playing hard. Caitlin is a gem of an addition to my practice growing up gracefully. The facility is located in a developing area of West Hartford. Its welcoming, nicely appointed, extremely professional. Let it be a first go-to as you consider massage and well being.

I experienced long term pain in my hip and lower back and she nailed it and literally melted the pain away. Cailin is an incredibly skilled and compassionate massage therapist. I asked for a deep massage targeting my neck, shoulders, and low back. Vishakha is a miracle worker. After months and months of having a chronic pain in my piriformis with sciatic referred pain, I went a week without one iota of discomfort. This week is going the same way. This is not a massage for the feint of heart, as it is deep and you feel it! In addition to the deep tissue work, she stretches you as part of the massage. I am amazed.
