STOP! Don't look any further! Elizabeth is one of the BEST when it comes to massages. She can help you with all your aches and pains. I have been with her for 10+ years and won't go any where else. She knows how to help me with migraines, back pain and extremely tight muscles. She also shows me how I can help alleviate pain in my shoulder and neck by giving me techniques to use in my day to day life.
