As a monthly client of Abundant Health Massage since June 2014, I can definitely say that Kristina has been instrumental in helping to keep me healthy in a job that requires much walking, bending, twisting, and heavy lifting. As a long-term client, I benefit from Kristina remembering which areas of my body are at most risk for injury, and she is able to customize each massage to address any current issues. I also rely on Kristina’s extensive knowledge of nutrition, Reiki, aromatherapy, and alternative wellness modalities. Kristina is passionate about massage and wellness, does extensive research, engages in new treatments and training, and freely shares her knowledge. This is a valuable benefit that I had never experienced prior to becoming an Abundant Health Massage client. Massage therapy at Abundant Health Massage is an important part of my overall healthcare.

Kristina gave me the most wonderfully, relaxing deep tissue therapeutic massage today! She used some lavender oil and worked her magic on all my tense muscles. I had a sore back that was completely fine when I left her. I feel so good! What a great way to end my week. I’m excited to know Kristina also has massage packages which I am going to ask my family to purchase for me for Christmas this year so I can come back more regularly in 2019

Hands on Experience! Wonderful deep tissue & Reiki message with a very confident & strong massage therapist. Kristina is a very thoughtful & detailed person. Kristina provided a relaxing environment both by lighting and music but also by explaining the Lypossage experience so there was no uncomfortable surprises. What can I say about Lypossage but...it works! I lost about 1/2" on thighs, hips and waist. My tight-fitting trousers that I wore to the appointment were actually comfortable after the appointment. And the neck/shoulder/foot massage during the wrap was delightful. Thank you for making this such a memorable, relaxing and SLIMMING experience.
