I found Lauren after yelp/google searching for someone to help my pregnant body & soul chill the heck out. When I saw she offered prenatal massages and had a flexible schedule that allowed me to book an appointment - I set the date. (FYI : I’m kinda a skeptic. And I’ve had some uncomfortable massages. And no one likes stripping down for an hour+ and spending that time naked and awkward. So doing this without a friends recommendation felt risky.) Walking into her studio is a beautiful full on experience of light, smells, and sound. You’re immediately relaxed and Lauren is the just the rainbow sprinkles on top of that (... I love rainbow sprinkles.) She is thorough in her consultation and helping figure out where your body needs attention. There is zero naked, awkward time during a massage with her as she always communicates (softly) and checks in on you (..if you’re still awake.) The best part, in my opinion, is the facial massage! So dang relaxing. Needless to say, I’ve returned to Lauren since having my baby and will return again & again, as well as recommend her to all my friends and strangers on the internet.

Lauren is an amazing therapist. I had to cancel and reschedule our initial appointment due to weather and she was very flexible and accommodating. Her studio is marvelous! Very calming, clean and serene. Hopefully she will return after maternity leave--fingers crossed!

I am an esthetician so I constantly have neck, shoulder and back pain, she listened to my needs and focused on this during the massage. Lauren welcoming and easy to talk with and her studio is lovely. The location is convenient for the Boulder/Lafayette/Louisville area. Lauren also offers a wide variety of times which makes for easy scheduling! Overall it's an incredibly rejuvenating experience.

I was looking for a relaxing, but helpful massage and I loved the concept of Mind and Body being a women's centered studio. Lauren is an amazing therapist. Intuitive, compassionate, knowledgeable, and a constant professional who makes you feel at ease from the moment you step in the room. The space is warm and inviting and even before the massage started I felt relaxed and calm. She incorporates breathing techniques throughout the massage along with essential oils and hot stones making the overall experience divine. I highly recommend Lauren, she’s amazing!

There are many wonderful massage therapists in the area and I have tried a few, working with Lauren was such an amazing experience that I put her in a different category. She is a healer. We talked about what was going on in my body both physically and emotionally, then when the session began I could feel many of those problems drop away. It wasn't the standard rub left arm for 15 minutes, then right arm... then move down the body. Every contact felt deliberate and healing. I look forward to working with Lauren on a regular basis to work through body trauma I had experienced several years ago.

I was referred to Lauren by a coworker and went for my first 90 min session and was so pleased with the experience. I live in Boulder but the 20 minute drive was pain-less. Parking outside her studio was easy and free. Her space is so bright and cozy with furniture she and her husband made themselves from reclaimed wood. I’m a runner and Lauren was able to work through some of my problem areas (hamstrings!!) with just the right amount of pressure. I felt quite relaxed for the rest of the day and a sore the day after - but in a good way. I will certainly be going back and will also recommend to other women.
