I didn’t get a massage here. They require a card on file to schedule an appt, which I’ve never heard of. I tried to book a couples massage for my parents coming in from out of town and they required that I either pay for the massage in advanced or that the credit card on file had to be for the person getting the massage. While they have good ratings I wouldn’t use this place because of this difficulty and complete inflexibility.

What is "Massage Nirvana"? I thought my past had taught me what it truly meant... Well, I recently got a massage from Rachel at LoDo Massage and it changed my perception of what a massage experience should be and how I should feel in the moment and at the end. It's no secret she did an exceptional job taking me on a relaxing journey I had no idea was in store for me. My mind left my body for a while and for once, I was not distracted with racing thought in my head. I was so relaxed as time jetted forward... it almost felt cruel to ever end the massage. I kept hoping time would stretch. Yes, you get an hour then will want to rebook. I've had issues in connection with a car accident in the past and also in the midst of health issues too so it matters to me how a therapist approaches her work and style. I left Lodo Massage studio in a calm, zen like feeling where life in the moment slowed down and appeared brighter, better and so on. I was more receptive to enjoying where I was in the moment immediately after the massage and I really did appreciate my my existence/purpose in the scheme of the big picture. Anyway, the point is this was not just a massage it really was a full experience. "Massage Nirvana"... when you reach the point of full relaxation, happiness and enlightenment. Thank you to Rachel for all her efforts!

I work at a desk job and spend a lot of time looking down / to the right. Last week, my girlfriend felt the back of my neck and the knot was so big that she thought I had scoliosis. While I've had neck pain for a while now, this time it was BAD. I went into LoDo Massage because I heard that they have people not afraid of doing some serious deep tissue work. I was not disappointed. Walking into the studio, I immediately noticed the cool art on the walls. Seems like they have some decent local artists putting their work up there, it really added to the atmosphere and was nice to look around before my massage. As for the massage itself? The therapist I worked with was incredible, she was kind and worked with me throughout the process to make sure that my needs were being met as she worked to eliminate that massive knot. I opted to use the Apothecanna lotion due to the additional pain relief the THC provides. By the time I was walking out of there I was in heaven, especially compared to how broken I was walking in. Thank you Lodo Massage. I can not only move my neck again - it feels great! I'll definitely be back.

So my massage therapist stopped working here and I was "forced" to decide what to do-keep my appointment or cancel because of the anxiety that comes with developing a relationship with someone new. I decided to give it and a go and am so glad I did. Linda was absolutely amazing! i prefer a deep tissue massage and rarely get the "tough love" I'm looking for but wow did Linda meet my needs. Probably one of the best massages I've ever had. Can't wait to go back.

My husband and I had the Mile High Couples Massage with the Apothecanna's Pain Crème for our birthday's in August 2016. The appointment was at the RiNo location. The location was clean, the staff was friendly and the massage was the best I have ever had! My husband and out walked out on jello limbs after our massages. Do not make plans after this massage. You will NOT want to keep them, the massage is THAT good. The massage therapists asked if we wanted more of a deep tissue or Swedish style. We both felt comfortable with our massage therapists. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am so grateful for Lodo Massage. I work a lot and it requires me to sit for long periods of time. My back gets so tweaked that I can't move for days. There was a time period that I saw three different massage therapist and my injury got worse. On the fourth try, I found Lodo Massage. I saw a wonderful person name Sarah. In one sitting, she was able to fix me right up. Every time I injure myself, which is a lot, she knows exactly how to work it out. I leave feeling so refreshed. Highly recommend coming here for a massage and asking for Sasha Berg as your therapist! I have been seeing her for a little over a year now and never want a massage anywhere else. I have gotten many different massages in different states and none come close to the work Sasha does. Sasha definitely knows what she is doing and very skilled at what she does. Sasha personalizes every massage for you and your needs. I prefer extremely high pressure and Sasha is awesome at it! She will also let you know by your body if there are certain spots that should have more or less pressure and your body's limitations. I can't wait to go again next month!

There aren't enough words to describe how amazing LoDo Massage RiNo is. I have been coming here about every month for the past year now. I was in a terrible car accident that left me with two broken vertebrae in my neck. Because of this, I have mostly stick to one massage therapist, who knows my injury and how to massage carefully around my neck area.I love her but I have never had an unpleasant experience with any of the therapists. I have brought my boyfriend here many times for a couple's massage and it is now a tradition for us. The staff is incredibly professional and you always get what you pay for and some. I would recommend LoDo Massage to anyone looking to relieve their sore muscles or simply pamper themselves. They even offer 10% off if you rebook for next time at your current session. I was super impressed with Lodo Massage. I don't get massage more than a few times a year usually, so when I do go, I'm kind of picky about where I want to spend my money. I want the experience to feel a little spa-like/relaxing and also be a great massage. I wasn't sure what to expect with a yoga/massage studio. I didn't want it to feel like I was getting a massage in a gym and lose the calm/quiet environment that you are usually guaranteed in a spa setting. But this place really surpassed my expectations. The staff is extremely friendly, the studio is quiet and the space is really nice inside. The whole feel of the place is non-pretentious and not at all intimidating...not always the case at a spa (something I think would be great especially for a first-time massage client). The massage room areas are set apart from the yoga area, dimly lit, nicely decorated and feels completely like you're stepping into a quiet relaxing spa where you'd want to be getting a massage. More importantly, the massage itself was one of the best I've ever had. My last therapist, Sarah, gave me such an intense and much needed deep tissue massage and she really fixed the upper back problem area that I told her about. She took the time to really get an understanding of what problems areas I had, and took the attention to focus in on those throughout the next hour. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone!

Just finished my session at LoDo Highlands w/ Anthony, as a Therapist I am in a unique situation to know what I'm looking for and if a Massage Therapist has the appropriate skill set to deliver what I need. My experience w/ Anthony was top notch, he listened to what I needed/wanted, he didn't just deliver he delivered with skill & technique. To many of you this may seem as if it's not that important, however it's actually the most important part of a massage session. Far too often today Therapists simply copy & repeat their sessions, you can be the best Massage Therapist & have all the skill in the world, but if a client doesn't get what they are looking for it's all a waste! After my first session at LoDo Massage Studio, I’d say I’m definitely hooked! The recently opened studio had a warm, welcoming energy to it, as did my therapist, Rachel. Being the type of person that can’t help but giggle through a doctor’s stethoscope routine, I was a bit nervous about getting a full-body massage. I expressed my concern to Rachel and she explained that ticklishness isn’t a real thing and sometimes when too little or too much pressure is applied, your nervous system doesn’t know how to register the sensation otherwise. Being the wonderfully skilled therapist she is, Rachel gave me an amazing tension relieving, tickle-free massage! I requested she use the CBD-infused Apothecanna cream (reminder: CBD’s do not get you high), and it was well worth it. I was sore from cycling and snowboarding the past few days prior to my massage, and walked out of the studio feeling like I was in a brand new body. I’d recommend her and the studio for anyone looking for a pampering!

Overall, this has been a great place to come to get regular massage work done. The price is excellent as well, and there are a few different options available for massage. I booked online for a 90 minute massage and was very much looking forward to getting work done, especially in light of the abnormally high ranking on google reviews. As a result, I arrive at 9AM, give the receptionist my name, only to have her explain to me: my name is nowhere to be found?? I explained to her, I booked online and gave my credit card information to hold my appointment. She proceeded to tell me that their company has had issues with the online booking( third party vendor)and wanted to know if I had called the massage office to verify my appointment??? I did not know this was expected of me? She was cordial, polite, and offered to call in the "on call therapist"; however, the wait would at lest be one (1) hour. I declined the option and walked out the door, while never being called, emailed, or contacted. As a former massage therapist, I understand the problem is not with the therapist; however, if there has been an issue with a third party vendor, why does the owner not make an immediate change?? After all, my time is valuable to me as their time and money is to them. Hopefully, the owner takes time to rectify this situation expeditiously, so patients in need of body work can be helped. This place was amazing from start to finish. My best friend and I went for a couples massage this morning. The staff were friendly immediately! We got the hour long Mile High massage. I suffer from Osteogenesis Imperfecta, so I have numerous sensitive areas from previous injuries as well as moderate scoliosis. I was so nervous to let someone work on those painful areas and was initially intimidated that it might be too hard or intense for my knee and other vulnerable areas, but I had April and she was so amazing! She also suffers with scoliosis and has had multiple procedures done as well in very similar areas. She helped me to feel at ease about everything and was very sincere in her work. She even taught me a few techniques I could do for myself at home to continue to ease my daily pains from my profession. It was such a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it!!!! She and the other staff were so sweet and accommodating. DO IT!!!!

I've had many massages and can definitely say this was the best massage I've ever had, no contest. Sarah has a rare gift of making you feel relaxed while giving you a deep tissue massage. She found knots in places I didn't even know you could have knots. She really paid attention to my needs and even recommended stretches to help me address some root symptoms on my own. Horrible customer service. I unfortunately had a bad experience at the RiNo location and when I contacted the owner, Arynn, she was very apologetic and offered me a complimentary massage to use for the next time I came in. She assured me that there was a note in my file about this. I went in again to give it another try. The massage therapist was awesome and I had a good experience this time but when I went to check out, the receptionist saw no notes in my file and I ended up having to pay. They would not give me Arynn’s phone number to contact her and I sent Arynn an email but have not received a response.

I booked my massage with Kalindi and she does phenomenal job! When I first had my 90 min massage session she noticed how tender my shoulders and back were. She focused on those two and I felt so relieved after getting my massage! I still go see Kalindi and get my massage since I'm used to her more and she knows where to focus on. Kayla gave me the best massage I ever had. She has VERY strong hands. If you enjoy a deep tissue massage like I do, she is perfect. I get massages regularly but I have never had one like the one she gave. I can't wait until my class schedule changes so that I can see her regularly. Also, if you like deep tissue I would not recommend Tesla. I thought she did a decent job but she said it was too hard b/c I am too tense and she wouldn't be able to give me another message unless I can learn how to be less stressed... BTW, I am 175lbs, 5'5, female and not particularly strong. Just FYI for the big guys or really stressed women that plan to get a massage. Still 5 stars though because Kayla is that awesome!!!! Also, I like the music and the atmosphere. Everyone is really nice and they have great customer service. I think the prices are fair and they periodically send coupons. Also, they have a variety of cool styles of massage and I never have trouble booking with the website.

This was my first time to LoDo Massage Studio, and I have to say that I could not be more impressed. The location is easy to find, and they have parking right behind their building. The front desk staff were pleasant and professional, and the waiting area is well-appointed and comfortable. All these things made for a pleasant introduction, but what really made this a 5-star experience was Paige C. I am very picky when it comes to massages, and I have to say that this was the best massage that I have ever had. (I do not say that lightly.) Paige intuitively found every tight muscle and provided the precise pressure needed to ease the tension. Her friendliness and professionalism made me instantly comfortable, and her skill as a masseuse left me speechless. Thank you, Paige! I will definitely be returning.

Makayla at the front desk though was a bit of a bully, dunno if it was just her having a lousy day or what but she made me feel bad about the tip I gave. And I ended up giving more because of the uneasiness on top If what I felt was a good tip already. I came out of my session feeling great and out of the studio not so much. It made the overall experience and work done, not worth it. Won't be coming back. A tip is not required because it is based off of gratitude, it is rude to push for even more after it has already been given.

I was there in October 2016 and I liked it. My two friends who went with me loved it. The location is not as aesthetically pleasing as I am used to, but the massage and the apothecanna body cream were good. My only real complaint is that the tables were low to the ground. Since I am close to 5'9" and have long arms, I had to embrace the flooring or awkwardly hold my hands up when my arms were moved forward; I chose to awkwardly hold my hands. I do plan to try the Thai massage at some point in the future. Both my friends said they would go again. In fact, one friend said she had been having problems with one of her hands, and after her massage, she felt no pain and was able to fully close her hand for the first time in a long time--3 years.

I have had 2 massages at LoDo Massage, I am unlikely to go anywhere else in the future. Being an avid cyclist my IT bands and lower back often has stiffness as well as stiffness in the neck and shoulder area from stress. I was in bad shape when I went in almost a month ago. After an hour massage by Tesla, I was feeling limber and relaxed. I've had several massages in Denver and Boulder in the past, and after about 2 weeks I always feel the same tension as before. I'm going on almost a month now and still feel as great as the day I went in. I highly recommend this business, they are amazing! I will certainly be back.

Went in for a 60 minute couples massage while visiting Denver. Our therapists were AMAZING. They took their time asking us about any pains or issues we were feeling and offered their suggestions on how to avoid or fix problems in the future. The therapists were super professional, friendly, and fixed literally all our muscle strains. We felt incredibly refreshed once we were done (and were already talking about going for another). Pricing is great for the results and booking online is super easy. Sometimes spots open up earlier so always check the website- that's how I found our visit the day prior. The office and massage areas were super clean and very relaxing. I believe they offer yoga and a variety of other services as well, so those are also worth checking out. I 100% recommend LoDo Massage and will definitely return the next time I'm in Denver.

Therapist: Linda 10/10 A little background. I drive a lot. 40-70k miles a year. So my body is extremely tense, basically like trying to rub a brick. So I booked a 120 minute CBD massage and it was excellent. Linda was very professional and was checking frequently, but not too frequently, about my comfort level. She also made sure to discuss all of my problem areas and paid very close attention to them. I highly recommend anyone in search of relieving problem knots and other tight areas to go and see Linda. You will feel like a new person.

I took my girlfriend for a private yoga session and infused-oil massage at LoDo Massage, and it was just what we needed. Coming out from DC, our time at LoDo was the capstone to our relaxing mountain vacation. All around, the staff was laid-back and very accommodating, exactly the environment we were hoping for. Arynn lead us in couples yoga, and was very sensitive to our specific needs and expectations during the yoga session. After that, we both had a massage (with Alexandra & Kristina) that left us totally relaxed, mentally and physically. We followed it all up with some good beers and food truck from the brewery across the street, and we woke up the next morning feeling completely energized and ready for a day of vigorous hiking. I would definitely recommend LoDo Massage, and we will be going back the next time we are in town.

Most important - FREE ON SITE PARKING. After a few decades of roofing, construction and manufacturing work, I have found myself disabled and in unrelenting pain. I see a physical therapist weekly who actually does some minor massage - that vastly pales in comparison to the work done at this studio. I see Jeff, who is the epitome of polite and humble in conversation yet as firm as he needs to be in his work without unnecessary discomfort. I was slightly apprehensive before my first visit as previous masseuse at other venues have scolded me for not relaxing more - I let them know I am relaxed and that's just the state of my body. A few minutes into my visit here, that apprehension disintegrated away, there is no judgment at this studio - this coming from a fully tattooed rough and tumble guy not used to being pampered. Superb venue, even better staff, book here without fear of wasted time and money.
