I can't say I am the happiest with my two experiences. My first deep tissue massage was with Joaquin. He did a good job listening to where my problem areas were and working them out, however, he said "my body wouldn't allow him to push harder" even though he could tell I needed it, which didn't make sense. He didn't use a knee pillow which made me feel like I was laying flat on a board. The front water tastes like chlorine. I decided to try Elements, again, with a different deep tissue massage therapist for comparison and it ended up being much worse with Denise. First, she is not someone I would recommend for deep tissue. Secondly, I told her exactly what was hurting me (neck and shoulders) and she didn't even work those areas. In fact, she asked me at the end how my neck was doing and I told her it still hurt (thinking you didn't even work out that area) and she rubbed it for a minute while asking if I wanted water and then it was over. While getting dressed she knocked on the door repeatedly. At first I was confused as this has never happened before, I am not a slow dresser by any means. Apparently she was in a hurry to get me out. I found this to be very inappropriate. It didn't feel very professional.

Convenient times and location. Entire staff is very professional. Great value. I am so thankful for Melinda, she has helped me with nagging stiffness and soreness I have had for a very long time because of a medical condition. She has truly been a miracle worker! Her knowledge is impressive, and so helpful.

So disappointed in this place. Buyer beware. Have been going here almost a year with positive results. Today, after several months away I find out that my membership was canceled in January and any credits I had were forfeited. Additionally, I was in the office for a massage in December that they had no record of because my massage therapist suddenly got sick. At no point did anyone ever say that my membership would be cancelled. My credit card had been reissued so the auto pay didn't process. At this point I should have had 2 or 3 credits so whats the difference? Needless to say, I won't be back...

Elements welcomed me so generously by providing me with any information I needed to know before my appointment and even making sure I felt comfortable. I had Melissa and she did a wonderful job accommodating my needs. I specifically went in for neck pain and came out with suggestions that not only included regular massages but other alternatives. I never felt pressured at any point and would happily return for another!

I received an absolutely incredible massage with Tevin! He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The office staff were kind and helpful as well! I live out of town but will definitely make an appointment the next time I'm visiting in Parker!

Underwhelming and "meh." The space was nice enough, definitely had a corporate chain-like feel to it. The people were nice, though, and very welcoming. While my massage therapist was a sweetheart, the trigger point massage itself wasn't very satisfying. I'm sure she's still growing as a professional...just didn't seem like a cohesive and confident treatment. A day later and I'm more sore and tense than before my massage.

Elements is awesome! I have tried most of the therapists and they are all excellent. Leia in particular is my favorite. She is truly amazing. She can always focus right in on problem areas and fix whatever I went to see her for. I also highly recommend the membership plan. It gets you a discount and for me it has made me go for massage more frequently than I would otherwise. It has been one of the best gifts I have ever given myself.

I've had two massages from Jeremy thus far. They were fantastic. I have arthritis, lower back problems, and hypertension, and Jeremy has provided a more gentle, but still thorough, massage at my request. They've been great to release the tightness and toxins that build up in my body, mostly from stress and sitting at a desk all day. Advance warning, though, I've had to take it easy a few days after massages, because, with my back problems, manipulation like this causes some pain.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. My experience was horribl. I went there because my regular massage therapist was out of town and I was suffering from tight muscles in my back. I did not recieved a massage, but more like a beating. I have had scores of deep tissue & even Rolfing massages over the years, and this was not anything like a massage. The young man that was assigned to me had no clue what he was doing, and caused more damage than I could have ever imagined anyone could. Addendum. The owner contacted me and refunded my fee. He seemed genuinely concerned that I had a bad experience and offered me a free visit with another therapist. Though I appreciated his actions, I will wait for my regular therapist.

CONSUMER BEWARE! I have been going here for 6 years. My card expired. I had several credits that I paid for and they were terminated. No call or letter, nothing. No option to get them back..I was actually getting ready to leave because Craig the owner does not pay his people well and the good therapists leave and the poor ones stay making it difficult to schedule a massage with a preferred therapist. There are so many places. go somewhere else and DON'T SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP!!!! OMG! Scrolling down to some of these 5 stars were written by Craig's employees. Some of these people work here. LOL

I called the day before to schedule an appointment for a 1 hour massage. I was told prenatal was $10 more so it would be $79. I arrived for my prenatal massage over 15 minutes early to my 12pm appointment to fill out any paperwork and to get into my room. My massage therapist came and grabbed me at 11:59 and took me to my room. I quickly dressed down and got onto the table and waited. She came back in at 12:08 and my massage started at 12:10pm. She was VERY NICE and seemed a little nervous to hurt me or the baby. I just wanted a massage to feel more comfortable (back and hips obviously because I’m 38 weeks ) and at least half of my massage was legs and feet which was a bummer. My massage ended with her covering my feet and saying thank you for coming in. I got up to get ready and the clock said 12:54... so in all my massage lasted 44min at most. I got dressed and thanked her. I went to the counter to pay and the woman asked me if I would like to leave gratuity, I of course responded yes and said please add $15. The bill I received had $109 massage with a “first time customer discount” bringing down the total and somehow I ended up paying $99 with tip for a 1 hour massage that didn’t even last an hour. I didn’t argue as I don’t like confrontation but I will not be back. Other than how sweet and kind my massage therapist was I don’t have much positive to say about my experience. Bummer because I’m due in 2 weeks and will likely not have another massage before the baby gets here. Was hopeful but sadly disappointed.

I feel taken advantage of. I tried to cancel my monthly massage membership, and I originally signed and agreed to pay one additional billing cycle/massage following the cancellation, per their paperwork, but now they are charging me for TWO additional massages (that have not occurred yet) after I decided to cancel. Also, it was very difficult to try to cancel in the first place. If you sign up for the membership, be prepared to be guilted and over-billed beyond what they initially tell you.

Ooooooo. Mmmmmm Geeeeeer!! That was the best massage I have ever had. I have been a member of massage envy, I've had massages in 5 star hotels and other countries. But the massage that Scott gave me at Elements Parker was the best I've ever had. He massaged my head, face and body, my hands and feet and when I walked out of there I couldn't speak. I was speechless. Wow. The staff was awesome, they believe in massage, recommend based on customer need and I can tell are managed by an owner who is great to work with. How do I know? Well, it showed and they said so. Only negative was the noise because walls are thin, it would be good to maintain a silent posture.

I've received massages at the Parker location for over 3 years now. It's convenient, and the therapists are decent. However, the location of this studio is a HUGE downfall. It's sandwiched inbetween a dental office (that underwent heavy construction for 4-6 weeks) and a Tea Leaves cafe. The walls are paper thin so if you're in a room next to Tea Leaves, forget about having a relaxing massage. You can hear people talking, kids screaming, machines going off, paper towel holders, everything. I've called to express my concern and I was told that unfortunately the therapists pick their rooms first thing in the morning, so if you have a therapist that shows up late, you'll probably be in a room against a paper thin wall. I may have to find a new studio if the issues with noise continue. I won't pay money for a stressful experience.

Our experience at the Parker Elements Massage tonight was horrible! From a very rude receptionist to a “GM” who was borderline threatening and harassing, I do not recommend this establishment. The “GM” ended our conversation by sarcastically saying “Merry Christmas, Ho Ho Ho”. Please do not support this business and staff. Your money is so much more well deserved at a different spa.

Convenience - I called and got into a massage appt. the same day! The staff was VERY helpful, and nice and providing a comfortable atmosphere too. When I first inquired the receptionist asked me about my needs for my massage and then matched me up with the most appropriate masseuse (soo nice!) On top of that, when I did go in and get my massage everyone was very professional and welcoming. My massage couldn't have been better - Terry was AMAZING and seriously provided me with one of the best massages of my life. He listened to my needs and what I wanted to get out of the massage, and then tailored and customized his work. I would recommend Elements Therapeutic Massage Parker to all of my clients and friends, I will absolutely be back and will request Terry again!

This was my first appt ever at Elements... The massage therapist, Terry, gave the best massage I've ever had!! He transformed my knotted-up back, neck & shoulders back into some resemblance of normal...not an easy task! He asked me what kind of massage I desired & delivered EXACTLY what I wanted! Also, I made the last minute appt online. I truly expected there not to be enough time for the request to be confirmed & the therapist to be ready to go in such a short amt of time, but when I arrived, they were expecting me & the therapist was ready just as if I'd given them a weeks notice. Color me impressed!

I tried the Himalayan Salt Stones for the first time. It was very nice with Wendy ! I prefer a good deep tissue but will definitely work this in as a pampering, relaxing addition. Plus, the front desk is always so helpful recommending therapists. They've always known who I should see based on my needs. A++

Terrible management. There was an issue with my account and no follow up or resolution. I had been a loyalty program member for 6 years and when my debit card was stolen, the payments stopped going through. When I finally realized it months later, I went in to resolve the issue. At this point I had 18 paid messages (that's almost $1000 of my money that I'd GIVEN to them without services). They STILL wanted to charge me for a message. WTH? I explained and the owner never called as promised. He's greedy. Don't patronize a place like this that isn't honest. Try Hand and Stone in Parker instead. They were very attentive and friendly...customer service there is great.

Last session, Joaquin gave me the best massage I have ever had in my life. I have gone the majority of my adulthood holding all of my stress in my neck and back. After one massage, I immediately signed up for a membership. When it came time to get my next massage (one month later) I was still feeling so pain free I wasn’t sure if I would need another massage again...ever. I came in though, because I now plan on getting massages by Joaquin to prevent future stress from building up and crippling me once again. I have already referred my husband, as I have never met a more knowledgeable, helpful, or professional massage therapist.

The owner is GREEDY. I had a session that I had paid for, he did not honor my credit when I told him I was not renewing my loyalty program. I was not renewing my loyalty program because I was very unsatisfied with the therapists I was getting. The therapist did not listen to my needs. And the straw that put me over the edge was when a therapist came out asking me if I missed putting her tip in the envelope. Maybe she didn't get a tip because she didn't listen.
