I started coming to Body for Life about 4-5 years ago. I have tried other places over the years, but I continue to return here. The best experience I have had with any massage is always here! Even when I did have an issue, the owner (Jill) stepped in and went above and beyond to make things right. Not only do I HIGHLY recommend this place, but I give up going anywhere else for my massages!

I love this place I have been coming here for years. Jill used to do my massages when I had my accident also she did my pregnancy massages and she was the best. I currently now go to Brian and he gives the best deep tissue massages they are done right and he listens to your needs.

I’ve gotten massages from Brian a couple of years ago and he did a great job! A few weeks ago, I got a massage from Jeanne and was not happy. She kept calling me “sweetie” and my massage was akin to my one year old rubbing lotion into my skin—absolutely no pressure at all. BUT...Gabby is wonderful! She carefully listened to what I needed and offered several different techniques to provide comfort. The massage itself was painfully relaxing as she worked to relieve the tension in my “brick wall” of a back as she described it! Highly recommend! Can’t beat the price!

I went in for a prenatal massage today, however I've been for just a regular 30 min and 60 min massage before. Jill made sure I was comfortable. She found spots that I didn't even know were issues! She took her time working through all of them and I really appreciated it. Felt so good! She really knows her stuff, really gets in there, which I like. She also suggests helpful exercises to help stretch the trouble spots. (You get to choose the background music playing in the room and she offers water after.)

The Fall Into Fabulous package with Christina exceeded my expectations! It was amazing from start to finish. The room was so cozy with great ambience—lovely music and Christina let me pick the essential oils I wanted to be diffused. I appreciated how Christina helped me feel comfortable enough to let her know when I wanted the massage pressure changed or if the room’s temperature was too hot or too cold. The massage and accompanying body scrub, foot/hand mask, and aromatherapy treatment were heavenly. I can’t stop telling everyone about how wonderful it was. I will definitely be back!

I think Gaby was good, however, there was too much time spent with discussing "where I hurt" and not enough massaging....I think my actual massage was less then 30 minutes. I was to have a 90 minute massage, got there at 11, but had to leave at 12:30 for another appointment.

I was purchased a 90 minute scrub and massage as a birthday gift on my break from medical school. The atmosphere was soothing and the staff was incredibly kind, but the massage was deplorable. The woman who gave me the scrub did maybe 5 strokes with the exfoliant before she wiped it off. Afterwards, the massage consisted of basically rubbing in lotion. I explained at the beginning of my appointment that I needed some deep tissue love and the harder the pressure, the better, which the masseuse (started with a V) acknowledged, but did not follow through at all. In fact, throughout the whole experience she was sniffling, discontinuous motions due to reaching for water/tissues, no effort behind the massage, and I even picked a tissue up off the floor near my shoes when I was getting dressed at the end. I went in hoping for some true relaxation and ended up frustrated and headed straight for the gym to work it off. I truly hope your massage is a better experience, but unfortunately I would not suggest this business.

Wow! What a hidden gem. I would never have thought to find such a great massage a little off the main street. Body of Life has a great website making it easy to book a massage. Also, they tell you all about your therapies and their specialties. A friend told me about Gabriela. She is very skilled and listened to my concerns and addressed all those tight muscles. She has great pressure and can identify your needs. The studio is clean and inviting. Nice waiting room. I will be back soon! Brian!!! I had an hour massage with Brian. He's ahhh-maze-ing. He actually listened when I explained what I needed work on, quickly adjusted pressure in the sensitive spots when I asked and seemed to be very in tune to those pesky little muscles that just wouldn't release. Been going to Body for Life Massage for about 4 years now and this is the best place if you want deep tissue massage. I had a T-12 compressed fracture and this type of injury really plays a toll on the surrounding muscles due to they want to protect your injury and stay really tight after going to Body for Life and seeing Victorya or Jill I feel great each and every time, They do an amazing job there .after all the do work on the Olympians.

My last appointment I did not receive the service I scheduled - (wanted cupping, they didn't do it) also, beware of the hidden $25 cancellation fee they tack on at the end of your signed health waiver. I understand the thought process, they should understand their customers lives don't revolve around these appointments. Go if you want a good treatment, on their terms..... 7/10... meh wont be back

Don't be scared off by the word STUDENT for Felix. His hands are strong, his skills are awesome and his ability to find that tight spot and release it is uncanny. I have been getting massages for over 30 years and Felix is among the best I've ever had. Give Felix a chance and you will be pleasantly surprised. Every time I leave one of his massages, I feel like my shoulders have dropped and inch and I can move my neck more freely.
