I was a customer and saw how terribly they treat their employees and quit. About 6 months later tried again to give them a second chance, but found then to be worse! Avoid this place!!

Went for intro service. Nice enough and attentive staff who seemed interested in providing a good experience. The whole hour was used and I appreciate that. Parking was easy to find mid-day.

Compared to the one I usually go to, this place is not good. The waiting room is far from tranquil. And the staff is rude and unwelcoming. I also got the worst and most random massage that had no consistency or rythem.

Considering Yelp keeps removing my reviews due to the store reporting the reviews. I'm going to tell you what you want to know. If you have an old membership. Don't put your membership on "hold". Why you ask. Because unless you have massages they owe you, there is no point. Because the price of the membership won't change if you return when you have money or time to use their services again. If anything the membership charges will only increase over time. These people won't work with me to solve the problem I have with them at all. I emailed corporate. They won't talk to me. So I can no longer get my membership fixed. I can't get a new membership, they won't allow it. Now here are the facts. Yes the other reviews of this office are accurate. This store sent me down the street to get $20 bills because they wouldn't accept a $100 bill for $80 in services rendered. I couldn't believe it. They continuously every few months keep calling me to update my credit card even though they won't work with me to solve the problems. They won't even return my phone calls to the manager. This is southern California where there are so many other places to go. If you want cheap or high end massage. The manager tried to imply that this is the only place to find licenced massage therapists. This is not true in the least. Do your homework on state regulations. So why go to this store and why go to any Massage Envy if this is how you can be treated? Take your money else where. This time I will be posting this on more places then just yelp, as I think people have a right to know what this place is all about. Was sent an email that they would like to review my membership problem. Yet same old story. Sent me to the corporate link and yet again I was ignored. This time I got a response that I got the survey department. That I must talk with the store. You can already see what happened there.

I started with them when I was visiting my mom in Phoenix and decided to sign her and myself up for the year. We both could really use it since I was told from my PM and PT that massage once a week is best but once a month is good to, I have a bad neck and shoulder. For those who have commented about not getting the same therapist, you can ask for the same person and they do ask you if you want the same person. I've stuck with the same person and it works for me. You need to make sure that you are specific on what you want and going to the same person helps them get familiar with you. since i have gone i get no more bulging discs in my shoulder because she worked really hard. her name was Tiffany and thought she was great. I still go with her. If you can't handle a rough massage start out with a basic one then work yourself up. You should only get massages if you need it and make sure you tell them the key areas you want them to work on, you are in charge, remember that. Now, I will say when I had my massage in phoenix i had a guy and didn't care for my massage at all but i did ask for a deep tissue and he's a guy so he's going ot be a lot stronger and that was my mistake. since this is a chain it's going to have some hiccups but it's all on the management and the people who franchise.

The management is bad people . I was sexually harassed and they did nothing about it . The therapist touched me very inappropriately. I called the manager and she never called me back . I hope she understands what that does to a person.

I went for their introduction service. The place was clean and everyone was nice. There was plenty of parking. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.

I received a gift card from a friend to go here. My massage was good, but my masseuse talked the whole time which sometimes might bother me, but she was very nice. I don't like the Massage Envy business model where they try to sell you a membership. It makes it feel kind of shady.

I had a great experience here. The waiting area could be improved but once you walked out of it the lighting was better than other locations. My therapist was the best I have had in some time. I’ll be back.

Kevin Mullett

I really enjoy coming here. This place has great massuses and I really enjoy chiming here. You have to pay to park and normal have to park around the Corbett in the back. But you really get you're money worth

Worst massage envy in Los Angeles.

Wendy Worthington

Great place for facials.

Megan Rodriguez

I just joined. Alexandria is wonderful! I beds are heated! The face pillow is super comfy. I felt pampered and listened to. I suffer from fibromayalsia and military injuries. I go here every week and it really makes a difference. The costs are affordable in comparison to other spas and time you spent there. I cant wait to have a facial and a foot scrub :) Thank You massage envy. Wellness is priority for me.

Great therapists, can’t wait for another session.

This place needs an upgrade. Its looking a little run down. Other than this, Jacob was a very good massage therapist. Everyone should ask for him.

Ken Marefat

Been here for more than four years. The masseuse are decent, but getting the value for your dollars are not there as so many have pointed out. It is a numbering game and however you cut it, you lose. Passing on with Patrick's attitude and talking with Lida the manager whom both are obleviuous to customer retention or appreciation are far removed from it all. Once your PhD resolves being targeted for membership and monthly fees, you will be deplited so fast even they smile with everything will roll over month after month! One has to rethink how to get the public hooked. Until then, there are plenty other places in the tricity with far better price and service.
