Been coming here for many years. When I first came it was due to excruciating back pain from sciatic nerve issues. I was nervous about going to a chiropractor as I had never been, but Dr Clements took his time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable with the adjustments. Within a couple of months he had me back to normal and also had given me many tools and tricks to use on an ongoing basis to help keep my back healthy. Since then I've returned any time I have a flair up or any issues with my back. The front desk staff here is also great and very helpful and they take many insurance plans as well as offering discount packages for those who don't have coverage. I have recommended Clements Chiropractic to many friends and will go here as long as I live in the area.

My 1st time getting a massage and adjustment here, very satisfied. Channel's description says she'll put you to sleep and that's what happened! She's strong but knows how to work muscles and got me ready for Dr. Palzer who was also very professional. Took time to get to know my problems and performed an awesome adjustment. Felt immediate relief. Bought a massage 3 pack and an appointment for next week. My wife gets acupuncture here as well and has benefited. Friendly professional staff too. Give em a try. They take my Kaiser insurance so the out of pocket is minimal.

I guess Clements Chiropractic is so busy that they can afford to be careless in their approach- that’s the vibe and attitude I got from the guy at front desk. This place is completely unreliable. I called and made an appointment for a 4:30 consult and 5:00pm massage(on same day). I arrived to location and they said I was cancelled. Wait what? I drove in all the way from Downey. The gentleman that booked my appointment evidently said that it was given to someone else with really no justification. To add insult to injury(no pun intended this being a chiropractor) the guy delivers the message with major attitude like it’s my fault in front of all the people in the waiting area. I was upset and humiliated at how this was handled. Maybe this man was having a bad day? Regardless this treatment was completely negligent and horrible business practice in my opinion. Clements Chiro should implement a better system where the client doesn't get screwed out of their time and more than anything look into improving how clients are treated.

Dr Clements is the best chiropractor I have been to. He really knows what he is doing and takes a vested interest in making you feel better. I was recommended to him and have since recommended him to others. Unless I move out of the area I won't go anywhere else. They have a small parking lot so depending on the time of the day it can be tricky. Out of 5 or 6 visits in the last couple months I have only had an issue once, and I think it was mid morning during the work week.
