I was referred to Oravee and One Thai Spa a year or so ago from a surgeon friend of mine. I was having lower back and hip pain. I went to see Oravee and just after a few visits I no longer have that pain. I have traveled all over the country and abroad and by far the best massage I’ve ever had is right here in Little Rock at One Thai Spa! The atmosphere is relaxing and clean with a very authentic Thai feel. Oravee is a bundle of joyful energy that you will love!!

I came in with a lot of tightness in my body because I workout a lot and train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Our body’s get pretty banged up and she released so much tension in my body. Wonderful!! Aesthetically pleasing, clean and open spa. I entered with difficulty walking due to lower back pain. Upon completion, my muscles were less tense and more flexible. In fact, my posture significantly improved from hunched over to upright. The massage provided pain relief with overall stress reduction. Oravee was knowledgeable, professional, and hospitable. My experiences at One Thai Spa have been "Awesome " I am a Physician and I was experiencing a lot of chronic pain in my left ankle following Achilles surgery and right should pain with limited range of motion . After receiving a few treatments at One Thai Spa, I am no longer experiencing pain and my range of motion and flexibility have improved tremendously, not just in my ankle and shoulder. Oravee( Lotus) is very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients well being. One Thai Spa utilizes several treatment modalities like Rusiee Dutton ( RDT) which are self stretching exercises that target specific muscle groups to reduce pain and increase flexibility , Onethaissage( Thai massage), which also increases flexibility, reduces pain, muscle spasms and stress and Herbal steam tent, which helps decrease stress, pain and improves your ability to breathe . These are just some of the many wonderful alternative treatments to assist you on your path to improving your health. So if you are experiencing pain or discomfort, I strongly recommend that you visit One Thai Spa .

I didn't know what to expect, but immediately felt relieve after my hour and a half session. I was traveling to Little Rock for work and would make a appointment every time with Oravee. I recieved a Therapeutic Massage on Friday, July 6, 2018 by Jordan, a very kind, soft spoken young women; She was very professional, making sure I was comfortable, that I was receiving the right pressure. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the lighting, smell and music was perfect. If you are looking for the best check out One Thai Spa and ask for Jordan. FYI: I never give 5 stars, because no matter the person or place, it can always pursue improving, however, I don't recall any needed improvements needed at this time.
