Tammy is a gentle spirit. Don’t let that fool you, she can apply the necessary pressure for working out the stiff muscles. I had a very sore shoulder when I arrived; her massage brought me great relief. She was very careful to check in with me to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. She used a special bamboo stick technique for part of the session. 4-6” warmed bamboo sticks are used to provide pressure and warmth at the same time. They felt great. I will see her again soon!

Tammy continues to provide such an awesome experience for me. I so appreciate the dialogue we have regarding my challenge areas and how we move forward with getting me pain free. I don't often get massages because I'm a little bit picky. But now and then I indulge and hope for the best. September 11th I decided to check out the new massage therapist, Emily Dunn, at North Little Rock Massage Therapy. I prefer deep tissue massage & it turns out she has strong hands, which was welcome. I really appreciated the extra touches like the hot towel on my back & under my neck before she worked it. Lovely offices decorated nicely. Very comfortable. I reccomend her w/out reservation. I haven't tried the reiki or other practitioners but I'm sure they are just as good. Be clear about what u like/want, and then relax and enjoy!
