I called to schedule massage before hanging up asked if she needed any further info like a name or what I wanted she replied no “I remember you”, arrrived for appointment and wanted a combo based off of the website full body 60 min Feet 30 min, but if they included feet in full body wanted 90 mins. I arrived and was placed in massage room, received a nice full body massage with NO FEET(which most people include) so after it was done I asked if I could add 30 min feet massage and was told no due to other appointment coming up, which I understand however when I called and booked I was never asked what time frame I wanted or what I wanted and I tried to give them more info but was told no....

I don’t know how you can provide a great massage when you have trouble communicating, in fact when you don’t make any attempt to ask or talk to the customer. AgreeWith the other reviewer, it’s mostly using fingers. I literally didn’t speak a word and I was in and out! One of the mediocre one. I guess you get what you pay for...

I like massages that don't dig only into sore spots but find areas that need work and deal with these without abuse. The use of different pressures, and appropriate strokes are welcomed. They do a good job, get people in quickly, and have great hours.

Came in for a couples massage and we were ushered in to a quiet relaxing room. The team did a great job untying the knots on our upper backs and shoulders while making sure the pressure level was comfortable to us. We left feeling very relaxed and commented on how light our backs felt to when we first walked in. There was a part in the massage where they focused on our knots and really made sure they were undone before moving onto the next part of the massage. I will most definitely be returning on a monthly basis. They were polite, friendly, and efficient.

The facility is always clean and well kept. The front desk staff are pleasant to interact with. Luna is amazing.When I first started going in my shoulders and lower back were a mess,shoulders tend to lock up pretty bad.With appointments every other week I typically have no pain between appointments.I still havw tightness in my hip,but it's improved massively. Luna uses perfect pressure and seems intune to when to lighten up or move on and give a tight spot a rest and come back to later. Even working knots and problem spots relaxation is accomplished every appointment.

I've had many massages in my life, but this Massage went above and beyond. The moment I stepped in, I felt a welcoming spirit of nature surrounded by soothing music. Heaven, all followed by the perfect pace and pressure of a massage. I was in physical pain from my excessive athletic life and grateful that whatever technique(s) she used successfully to relieve my pain. Can't wait for the next appointment.
