Don't sign up for their monthly membership !!!! I was convinced to make a monthly payment of 69 dollar. I was told that I can use this money towards any service I would need. When I Called today to schedule for a hydrafacial appointment, I was told that I have to pay $190 for the service and can't use the accumulated credit i have with them.

I was visiting Scottsdale, Arizona and decided to treat myself to a relaxing massage while on vacation. I noticed New Serenity Spa while having lunch at Wildflower in the Sonora Village Plaza. I decided to walk in to see about their massage availability and that turned out to be a great decision. I was relaxed the moment I entered the spa. The receptionist was very warm and friendly. I was so glad they had an massage opening on such short notice. This was the ultimate massage experience. I booked the Serenity Massage for 60 minutes (my only regret) wish I would have booked for longer. The room had this really interesting backlit photo with an incredible Arizona sunset and saguaro. I immediately felt at ease and ready to relax. I discussed my problematic areas with the massage therapist and she made sure to focus on my problem areas. I LOVE scalp massage and they used sugar scrub and warm towels on my feet. This was the best massage I've ever had! I know a lot of day spa's come equipped with fancy jacuzzi's and decor. This spa is focused on top notch service without the unnecessary bells and whistles. If you want a phenomenal service in a down to earth environment, this is the place for you. If you are looking for rose petals and fluff than a bigger resort spa may be a better fit. New Serenity Spa was exactly what I needed and I didn't pay over the top prices for my massage. Next time I am in town I will be sure to bring my husband for a couples massage and facial!

I was at New Serenity Spa about a month ago for the Serenity Facial. Christina, a young woman with a soft demeanor performed the treatment. She was very informative,knowledgeable and professional when it came to the skin care side of the facial and I walked away knowing more about my skin than I did when I went in. I left with a cleanser to use at home,because I now know that water and soap does not cut it! After she looked at my skin,I was in a daze from there on out. Lots of massage and steam which was amazing. My skin felt rejuvenated and baby soft when I left that day. There is no doubt, I will definitely be back the next time I want full relaxation for my mind and body!

I have known Stacy, the lovely , warm, compassionate and beautiful owner of new Serenity Spa, for years. I am so incredibly happy that she has the courage and experience and passion for her business, and has now expanded to a beautiful new facility off Raintree and the 101. The new spa has 6 treatment rooms as well as a fabulous yoga studio. The spa is serene, calming, exquisitely decorated..The moment your foot passes over the threshold, you are transported into a sense of calm and peace. I had an incredible deep tissue massage yesterday that lasted 90 minutes; Christine the massage therapist had her hands full with all the knots in my shoulders and back, and when she was done, I felt like a new woman! I will definitely be booking regular treatments and am so happy there is an environment that really is different than so many other places. This is all about personal attention, that you really feel you are cared for and not just a number and an anonymous face. Stacy also carries top of the line beauty products. I received the best massage I have ever had. I have a lot of back problems, and the standard massages are never enough for me. They are enjoyable, but I still feel out of wack afterwards. I happened to just walk in to the Serenity Spa, I was scheduled with Ana, and she gave me a medical massage after hearing my concerns with my back. She gave the perfect mixture of a deep tissue, a very enjoyable massage, and a minor alignment. I would absolutely recommend Ana, as well as the New Serenity Spa, and will be becoming a member very soon.

A very warm greeting when you arrive, all the staff is very pleasant - no snobby attitude here! My wait was very short, the massage room was a great temperature and very relaxing. The table itself was heated, but not so much that you'd think you were having hot flashes. Laura did my massage, one of the best I've ever had! The massage lasted the full 60 minutes and was incredibly relaxing - the foot sugar scrub is a nice touch!

Dont bother making an appointment. Arrived 15 min early for my appointment, filled out paperwork then at the exact time I should have been starting my services I was told that who I was booked with was not in. Seriously how could you not know prior to my arrival?!!! Or even when I first arrived!! My appointment was 10 and it was 1002. The solution offered was super inconvenient as all transportation was prearranged. Do not recommend if you actually plan on receiving services that were booked (almost a month ago).

Or I could talk about how I called back to ask if they did anything special for birthdays and Rose took it upon herself to go purchase my dad a personalized cupcake on the day of his appointment. Who does that? THIS is how you create customer loyalty! White glove service from start to finish! New Serenity Spa helped make my dad’s birthday very special. I got him the Gentleman’s Recovery Package and he said he had never in his life gotten “massages like that.” New Serenity will be my go to for all spa needs.

Of all the many many spas in the Scottsdale area, New Serenity is truly a unique gem. The beautiful interior is welcoming and soothing and perfectly compliments the phenomenal service you receive. The Serenity Massage completely exceeded my expectations, the attention to detail went above and beyond other "corporate" type massages I've had before where it felt too rushed and not very personal. It was all thanks to my therapist Eddie, his knowledge of anatomy and what was specifically going on with my body blew me away. He kept me informed on what he was working on and gave me some great tips as well, you can tell that he truly cares about and enjoys his work. I was totally relaxed because I knew I was in good hands, Eddie is a true talent :) I cant wait to try a facial next! I also really appreciate the attainable price points, this spa prioritizes its clients and you can really tell the difference. Well done!

I bought a gift certificate for my ex after having a transplant..come to find out he couldn't use it and neither could I, living in another state. Their policy is No Returns on gift certificates but they waived it and credited my card Immediately! I wished I lived there..I definitely would have loved to try their Serenity Massage

Great for teens too! My son has beautiful skin and I was determined not only to preserve that, but also that he wouldn't suffer the angst of teenage acne. As he approached 13 I started to see the telltale signs and decided to act early. I wasn't looking for an over-the-top spa experience - I wanted something intimate and personal where he'd be comfortable. I'm so glad I found New Serenity - not only have Stacy's facials kept his acne in check, but she's got him on a simple skincare program with age appropriate products that keep his skin looking great. Now 14 he always looks forward to his appointments, and I can tell it all goes a long way toward building confidence at this tender age.

Love this place! I got a facial from Nicole and it was amazing. My skin hasn't looked this good in a while, and the whole process was relaxing. Check in is super easy and the ladies at the front are very welcoming. Nicole was very understanding and didn't make me feel bad that I hadn't got a treatment in a while. She just educated me on what would be best for my skin and made me feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Will definitely be coming back.

New Serenity Spa was highly recommended to me by my hotel concierge and a lot of online reviewers praise their facials. I booked an appointment and opted to go with their signature Serenity Facial and Serenity Massage Spa package. Andrea gave me the best facial I've ever had. She used organic products in my skin and left my facial hydrated and feeling fresh and rejuvenated. Her knowledge of Eminence product was outstanding and I loved every step of this facial, from the facial massage to the scalp massage. My massage was outstanding as well. My massage therapist worked out every knot on my back and relieved a lot of my holiday tension that was starting to build up. Their sugar scrub on the feet felt amazing and I couldn't get enough of their scalp massage. Their Serenity package is worth every penny. They go the extra mile to make this a one of kind spa package. It is not you run of the mill facial or massage. The Spa itself is located in a affluent part of town in a booming plaza. The outside doesn't do this place justice. The interior is beautifully decorated. The atmosphere is very tranquil and the services are top notch. If you like Arizona photography, this place looks like an art gallery. The finishes on the walls are amazing and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend a visit to this gem in Scottsdale.

I recently received a Serenity facial from Andrea and a hot stone massage from Amanda. The whole experience was phenomenal. I walked in and was instantly greeted with pleasant smiles and warm greetings by the girls at the front desk, Stephanie and Sarah I believe were their names. The lobby area was beautifully decorated with lit up photographs and had such a classy feel. Not to mention the snack and beverage station which was a nice touch! :) As for the services, they were hands down the best I have ever had. Andreas touch was relaxing and soothing. She massaged my arms, feet, shoulders, and head! I have never had a facial prior to this where they were so attentive. My face felt super soft and clean by the end. I even bought the products that she recommended for me! My hot stone massage was wonderful, too! I normally can't handle too much pressure but I have a lot of aches and pains, so they recommended that I do the hot stone. Boy were they right! Amanda was able to really get in there without causing ANY discomfort at all. I was able to receive a relaxing massage while getting fixed; miracle! I have so many good things to say about New Serenity Spa. They have customer service down to a science. I signed up for their membership so I fully intend to be back AT LEAST monthly! ;) Thank you everyone for my amazing experience.

Rico made my life soooooo much better! My pain was greatly diminished and riding my horse and driving were much easier the next day. Not to mention the late hours of business were nice so I could crawl into bed within an hour of completing the Swedish massage and felt well rested the following morning. My girlfriend and I visited North Scottsdale a couple of months ago. We checked reviews of Day Spas in the area that offered couples massage and this place won hands down. They are located in an upscale plaza (Sonora Village??) in North Scottsdale with plenty of things to do in the area. Their reviews are spot on. This was one of the best couple massage experiences we've ever had. The place is absolutely perfect. Their deluxe spa suite is larger than anything we've ever tried. It can easily fit 4-5 massage tables with room to mingle. Nice decor, beautiful flooring... We signed up for a Serenity Massage. They put warm towels all over the place, added aromatherapy and we both receive sugar scrub on our feet. This massage was heaven. Our massage therapists were very attentive. At the end of our treatment, we were treated to nice appetizers and chocolate covered strawberries. We got to spend 30 additional minutes in this relaxing space full of peace and beauty. Needless to say, I got quite a few bonus points with my then girlfriend, now wife to be. Highly recommended for any special occasion. Thank you New Serenity Spa, you rock!

I had a deep tissue massage today with Rachel. Talk about relaxing and beneficial!!! She is detail oriented and gave extra focus to the areas I told her have been causing me pain. Her deep tissue work is amazing and was so relaxing at the same time. She also added some essential oils to her massage lotion that made my experience even more special. I'll definitely be scheduling with her again!

My daughter and son in law are looking forward to another visit to the Serenity Spa. They found the spa lovely and the staff friendly and caring and "loved" the massages. Although there was some confusion and misunderstandings in the booking and scheduling of the romantic package the experience was positive and the manager was very responsible and sincere in making sure that they were taken care of and would look forward to another visit. Absolutely mind blowing experience! Amy and Stacy were amazing to work with in setting up an incredible spa experience for a 15 girl bachelorette party. Not only did they work within our budget, but they went above and beyond to offer us all the bells and whistles to make this experience one of a kind and leave the bride to be in awe. The spa room they set up for us to lounge around was equipped with spa beds, plenty of space, and tons of treats. They made us little gift bags to boot, which were an unexpected touch and completely out of the realm of what any other spa would ever do. I cannot recommend the spa more to anyone and everyone, especially those looking to do big group spa visits. If you're looking for a perfect place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, bachelorette party, valentines day, or a "just because" day this is your place! Not to mention the amazing masseuses on the spa team. They were all fantastic and left us incredibly relaxed for the rest of our weekend in Scottsdale.

WOW !!! The new place is out of this world. New Serenity Spa went from a (1) room Spa offering the best facial and massage in Scottsdale to a (6) room Spa with a Yoga Studio and a beautifully decorated art gallery. The service continues to be first class, the rooms have been upgraded, the beds are outstanding and the entire place is filled with good energy. This is my new favorite place to heal and relax, all in one location. I highly recommend the Serenity Massage if you want to experience just one of their services. It will rejuvenate and relax you in just 60 minutes. I can't wait until they open their Yoga studio in a few days. I can hang out there for hours, mirrored walls, soothing sounds, hardwood floors, beautiful photography... Nice job New Serenity Spa!
