I had Kasey and I absolutely LOVED her! I came in for a deep tissue massage but I also wanted something relaxing. Within only an hour, she was able to work out the knots in my back and shoulders, and still do a full body massage. Her pressure was perfect. She is fantastic! Would recommend her to anyone who's never gotten a massage before, or even to anyone who gets them regularly! Will be coming in again to see her soon!

Front desk is simultaneously low key and professional which is a combo that is hard to find. They are very considerate and competent so you can relax. Craig, my massage therapist is amazing. As a result from an injury, I have issues with back and hips and have been in physical therapy and on short term disability. Craig’s amazing knowledge of physiology coupled with his gift of intuitive touch, has played a big part in my recovery. I highly recommend Craig as well as this location.

The service was AMAZING I felt welcomed when I first arrived. The signing process did not take long and the information was catered to what I wanted during the massage. The rooms were pretty amazing as well you walk in and it's clean dimed and heated tables a big plus. My massager was really good Adrah and I plan on returning once a month to get a massage done by her so thank you Adrah! The pricing was affordable and signed up to do a monthly massage due to how amazing this place was. Once I got to work the next day I told EVERYONE about the message and how great this place is.

My husband had horrible back spasms on our vacation in Mesa. We searched google and saw that consistently their reviews were great. So I called and they got us in within a couple of hours. Cara was great, she listened to my husbands needs and even counseled him on maybe the whys to his pain. She was kind and helpful. Everyone was so nice and helpful to us. Highly recommend!!!

So I'm a member of Element been a few times but I go to a different location it was my first time at this location. I will say the receptionist are way friendlier at this location. They are super sweet and just like having and holding conversation makes you feel welcome from the start. I had Tyler massage me and he was great really good pressure-wise. The only thing I would say is he has arm hair so that was a first for me, but it didn't bother me; just might bother someone else. The only other thing I will say is at my usual location the beds and sheets are all warm and this location only has warm beds. Literally the only two things I can say are super minor. I'm switching to this location, it's a better fit locational and I like the environment a lot better. Plus the one massage I got there was really good.

I have been going to Elements at this location for the past several years. Originally, I made an appointment online to get a massage to help alleviate pain in my arm (probably caused by overuse in an exercise class). The pain was severe enough to keep me awake at night. After making the appointment, the manager called and recommended a different therapist (Yanzie) who was especially good helping with issues such as mine. Last month, I scheduled with Yanzie again with a shoulder issue. She recommended that I set my phone alarm to do a less-than one-minute stretch every hour for a week. I did this (although I didn't make every hour, I did the stretch several times a day). The mobility in my shoulder is amazingly improved. I had spent three months and over a thousand dollars on the same issue going to a physical therapist that Yanzie solved in one, one-hour session and then stretches she recommended. Both my husband (Audra is his favorite!) and I get a massage once a month and feel it's a real treat, but many months, it's a medical necessity!

My service was great! I was very happy with Hope! She made me feel very comfortable.. she always asked if it felt okay, if the pressure was to much or wanted more. She was very communicative.. She listened to me too, as i had an experience with massage envy & the few days after i was VERY VERY sore! I told the lady there but she didn't care.. i was happy when that massage ended because it hurt.. however here at element hope was great and i woke up the next day feeling FABULOUS! & was bummed when it ended cause it felt great! She showed me some stretches too which was awesome! Cant wait to go back for my 90 minute session in a couple weeks! :D

I haven't been sleeping well, due to losing my mom recently, and she was so sweet to listen to me and work out so many knots in my shoulders.
