Overall, great massage. They took into account a recent medical related challenge and were willing to work around those specific challenges. The only thing I did not like was that they "recommend" specific follow up and try to get you to book massage's as package that you contribute monthly to. Overall great massage for the price, I was a new client so the price was lower but overall it was a great experience.

my boyfriend and I had a couples massage for his birthday. they were so incredibly nice to us and gave us a birthday discount. our therapists were Noelle and Karen. They were unbelievable. by far the best massage either of us have ever had. They truly focused on what needed to be massaged and worked through. It was evident that they were caring for our well-being and catering the massages to us specifically, instead of just a "traditional" massage. this salon is amazing and I highly recommend Noelle and Karen.

4 weeks ago I booked a couples message. Last night I started getting a a severe cough. This morning my husband and I both wake up sick. I call to cancel our messages and am told they will charge $45 to cancel same day. I have been a member for 2 years I am canceling today because this company is so greedy they would rather have people or are sick getting messages than to accommodate their members. Also my appointment was not until 6:15 pm and I called at 9:30 am

I’ve been going to see Robrina for the last couple months and she has changed my life for the better. I have shoulder and neck issues from a car accident and then long standing back problems that have plagued me for half my life. She has been dedicatedly working on my problem areas and for the first time in years I am free from lower back pain. I had forgotten what it felt like to get up in the morning without pain and now it’s happened! My shoulder is also drastically better and my neck is on the way to also being better. I do see a chiropractor also but without the massages the results would not be as good as they have been. I am so thankful for all the work she’s put into helping my life be better. She’s also an overall wonderful person.

Had a situation with cancellation fees, but when I expressed my concerns the staff took care of the situation professionally. I was thinking about canceling my membership, but then the manager reached out to me about the situation and was able to take care of it. I enjoyed the service here, especially when the manager reached out directly and addressed our concerns. Overall will rethink canceling my membership because I don’t think there is service like this elsewhere.

I would definitely not recommend anyone to go to this Elements Massage. I had an unpleasant session and my massage therapist was switched without me knowing. I booked it with Jessica, but I didn't know it was another therapist until I checked out. I was offered for a complimentary session, booked it, couldn't show for a medical reason, they tried to charge me $50 for the no show. They said I couldn't make an appointment until I paid that.

I decided to get a massage because of pain in my neck and shoulders. when i informed them of my issues they placed me with Teresa who specializes in neck pain. It was my first ever massage and wasnt sure what to expect but 2 massages later and i honestly feel much better and most of the pain is gone. This elements is everything you could ever want in a massage experience. The different therapist have their specialties. I had Leticia, who also had experience in reflexology. She was amazing, listen to my specific needs and address them. She checked several times to make sure the pressure was right for me. I left very relaxed and will be going back for another visit. the wellness program is a phenomenal deal. Definitely check this place out. Five stars.

I have never had a massage that I actually wanted to get up and leave 15 mins into the session. It all started with an obviously irritated massage therapist. My massage was set for 8pm and when I met the therapist for the forst time and asked how her day was, she stated, "well it's almost over." I immediately felt like she was not very happy about providing my service. She proceeded to ask what I wanted done in my hour massage. I said my problem area was my neck but that I usually get the full body massage. She stated, "Well, we will see what we have time for." Things went downhill from there. I was nervous throughout the entire massage, and did not enjoy a single minute of it. After spending nearly 100 bucks on the massage, I left feeling terrible. I have been a menmber of Elements for several years, and have never had an experience like this. I wont be back to see Theresa.

My husband and I used a gift card for a Couples Massage, which let us be in the same room with a therapist working on each of us. Mine was capable but spoke very little English and had a hard time understanding when I requested more or less pressure. If you want to be able to communicate with your therapist during a massage, make sure when making an appointment to request someone who's not just competent but actually skilled at speaking your language.

Check your credit card statements!!! They keep your card information on file and charge it later even if you already paid, without your permission or signature. I decided to give Elements a 2nd change after they cancelled our massages twice last minute in December. My boyfriend had never had a massage before and I thought this would be a great gift for Christmas; everything was great even though the massages were not 60 mins, I was happy he was finally able to get his massage. Our total was $138 together, we gave tips in cash and handed over three $50 gifts cards from spa finder ($150). The girl up front return one gift card saying I still had $12 left (150-138=12), perfect went about our way. Last Monday, I checked my CC statement and seen that Elements had charged me $50. I called to get $50 refunded back and they couldn't figure out what had happened or why. After being on hold several times and speaking to a lead I was told I'd be refunded $50. Okay no problem... so I thought. Today I check my statement and I was refunded $38 of the $50. I get it, it's $12 no big deal but I'm not okay with my card being charged without my permission or signature after paying the full amount. Currently waiting for a call back to hear what excuse they have this time. The price I was charged was not worth the "60 min" massages we received. Better customer service at Massage Envy and no scheduling conflicts.

Each time I went, I was warmly greeted, offered cool water, and had only a short wait until my 'room' was ready. The masseuse was skillful, and made me feel comfortable. Followup care was always offered, along with the advice to drink more water after the massage. The environment of Elements is welcoming and professional, with great hospitality. I highly recommend it.

So I am so very lucky my Godmother bought me an hour massage for my birthday, she was looking around for someone who could massage someone with fibromyalgia. So she came across Elements and she called me and said call this number ask for Leticia everything has been taken care of, my aunt lives out of state. I call to set up my appointment the girl I spoke to on the phone was really nice. I showed up today and I walk in and I am immediately greeted, I had a couple forms I had to fill out, she offered me water with fresh strawberries, there were chocolates sitting at the table. What I liked is they have a photo album type of book on the table and it tells you a little about each therapist which I found cool. I have such a bad short term memory but the girls in the front were so nice very personable. My therapist Leticia greeted me, led me into the room sat down with me asked about my health, what type of pressure and if I wanted full body or upper only. I opted for full body light touch because I do not know how my fibromyalgia will react. She explained to me how to lay down etc she left the room, cane back and the massage started. Her pressure was perfect and she checked in on me to make sure it was ok. She was very nice as well, and seemed to genuinely care. Overall I thought it was a great experience. If my fibromyalgia reacts the way I'm hoping and this helps me I definitely will come back and do the monthly membership and definitely to see Leticia again!

My last few sessions have been with Kemberlee, and she's outstanding. She's very friendly, very professional and gives great attention to detail. I have been getting professional massages for years and I usually get one once a month. I am on vacation and needed a some place to get my monthly massage. This place looked legit...oh how wrong I was. First of all, way over priced. They are asking $99 for an hour massage and gave me a "discount" for it being my first massage this $69. The front desk gal was amazing and very prompt about everything and scheduling was extremely easy. I showed up 10 min before my appointment, filled out the necessary papers but my therapist didn't even come and get me until 10 min after my scheduled time! Then I get to the back room for my massage and the therapist didn't have anything together. She didn't turn the bed heater on or even had her lotions there. A few minutes into my massage and the therapist turns on an annoying fan....how can one relax with that noise ? And then she didn't talk to me the entire time. Never asked about the pressure and never even read my chart. I specifically asked to not have my legs or feet rubbed and she spent majority of the time rubbing them and it hurt. Most massage therapists make their massages have a flow and sense of balance, whatever you do the left side you do the right....no she was all over the place and it had no flow. One moment she's relaxing my neck the next she's down at my toes and she even tried popping my toes ! No massage therapists are not suppose to pop anything ! Then towards the end of the massage she put my hair in a pony tail and tugged on it !! I felt like she was trying to rip my fricken hair out it was horrible ! I do NOT recommend this place. They even asked for a 20% tip at the end....yeah no not happening.

Honestly I very disappointed in this location me and my boyfriend payed for a couples massage we drove very far and payed lots of money and when we got there....... they told us there only couples room door was all of sudden broken....and we had to get massages in separate rooms.... I felt very uncomfortable and all the lady’s were rude and tryin to start problems between me and my boyfriend..... such a horrible experience from a place that supposed to be very warming.....

I purchased a Groupon for Elements, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the massage was great! I was having some pain in my right knee, and I suspected it was coming from a tight hamstring and hip combo. The masseuse not only intensively worked the hamstring, but he also conducted some stretches that helped loosen up the whole right side. My only gripe is that their prices are a little out of range for my budget, and they won't be taking Groupon anymore; otherwise I would have set up a membership by now.
