Looks are not always as they seem. And that apply's to this establishment. Staff was not to friendly, and quiet rude, and not helpful at all. Especially one young woman in particular who will not be named. Even overheard this same young woman saying some very inappropriate things about a fellow employee to her fellow staff but also in front of customers as well. I left immediately after i herd this. We go to these places to relax and get away from the stress in our daily lives. This place, you could feel the stress and bad energy just by simply walking thru the front door. Not a great way to end a vacation.

Okay so when calling to book an appointment sometimes it's quite "chilly" due to a lady named Angela, but she's probably quite nice when you're in front of her, but don't hate her she's sweet, it just doesn't transfer over the phone lol. She's a business lady and probably quite stressed so cut her a lil slack or just book through the app hahah, also KIM is an amazing massage therapist I live for her massages and that's saying a lot because I don't like to be touched hahAh! Ofelia is good as well! But I belong to Kim HAHAHA!! XOXO.

The lady at the front desk gave me an address that took me to the wrong place. After I called again and got the right directions I showed up 10 mins late. My massage ended up getting cut 15 mins short. The actual massage was very average. The unimpressive massage combine with the shortage of time; plus the fact they kept trying to sell me on a return visit, earned them 2 stars.

My therapist, Deana, was exceptional! She first listened to me about what my issues were and then addressed every issue with skill and care. I like a deep massage as I have some long term trouble spots with my shoulders and lower back, which she was spot on with and gave me relief for. (Not many therapists have been able to get as deep as she did). I have had many massages over the years in many places and this ranks right up there with one of the best! I WILL be returning.

Absolutely love Elements!! Had a Massage Envy membership for 10 years and switched to Elements about a year ago!! Best decision ever!! They treat members so much better with monthly specials and quarterly incentives for being a valued customer. Instead of hoping between therapists at Massage Envy I found the most amazing therapist at Elements. Mathew is an amazing asset to the Moon Valley location!!

The management was beyond amazing with the situation i encountered! I had scheduled an appointment for mid afternoon, after a few min in the room with my therapist something just did not feel right. I stopped the massage and spoke with the manager. She apologized, accepted my feed back and promptly got me scheduled for later that evening. The therapist she matched me with, for my second appointment, was beyond amazing! He listened to my areas of concern, checked in with me on pressure and ultimately had me completely relaxed on the table!

I'm giving it 2 stars because the place was very clean and professional. However after my massage I noticed a lot of bruising. Cindy was nice but went way too hard just above both my hips. At the time I just thought it was a couple of tender spots but when I got home my wife noticed all the bruising. I've had several massages in the past and I've never had one that left bruises. If you go just be clear and vocal about anything that might be painful I wish I had been more clear.

They don't try to sell immediate repeat appointments; they offer to set another appointment in three weeks which is generous in time for both parties. I Googled places that accept walk ins and this was the 1st place to generate in my search. I get there and they say they're all booked up for the day so they schedule me for the following afternoon.. The next day I go in I tell the massage therapist this is my 1st massage since I had neck surgery so I assumed he would use light pressure. The entire massage I kid you not, he was asking me how long he should massage each body part for (I went in for a relaxation massage, I would've preferred no chatter) he was moving in fast paced motions and pinching my skin, then went over my spine a few times! I went in to relax and left with more stress because now I have bruises on my back and neck. He stretched my neck so far I had to tell him to stop because it hurt then he did it again on the other side, along with twisting my wrists too far! I've never had such a terrible experience. I usually go to competitiors, this was my 1st time at Elements and I won't be going back.

I absolutely appreciated the fact that the staff are so kind. When you walk in they offer you water to drink and kindly ask questions about any areas in need of attention. They're very great about informing you about ongoing deals, plans, memberships, etc. The masseuse I was paired with did wonders on my back. She was very attentive to the areas I pointed out as well (also the lotion doesn't leave you greasy). I couldn't of had a better day there. Definitely give this place a try! I know I'll be returning soon.

I received the best massage, streamlined and formulated especially for me to suit all of my injury needs. Daniel was my therapist and he went far above & beyond what I have ever experienced in the past, EVER! He asked plenty of questions to determine the best approach for me and he just kept amazing me as the hour progressed. I've never felt better and this massage therapist deserves some most definitely well earned kudos!!! Just what I needed. However they lost revenue. I am working on a very stresfull project. My massage really helped southe my tight muscles. I wanted to buy 6 visits. I would have been back once or twice a week during my project. They would only offer me a membership that had rules and auto debit features. I hate that model. Their alternative was pay full price for each and every visit. I never returned. Had they offered the kind of package I was looking for they would've gotten close to $800 or so and kept me after my project. Shame on your company wanting my credit card on file so they could automatically charge me. They were also surprised when I paid cash for introductory special.

My massages were fine and I signed up for the monthly reoccurring program. Of course I didn't have time to go on a regular basis and wanted to cancel. I called to cancel my membership and was informed I had to come in person to fill out a form. I found this very inconvenient but I went in the NEXT day. Now because it is less than 30 days (by one day) I was going to get charged an additional month before I could cancel. I decided I would surrender one of my massage credits to not be charged the fee. I still had four more credits. Little did I know that I had to use all my credits up within 30 days!! Once again but customer centric. They already have my money why not give more time before credit vanish?

Both of us commented after the massage that they were some of the better therapists we have had work on us. They were knowledgeable and professional, we were very pleased. Jessica is hands down the best massage therapist I've seen! She is tiny looking but mighty. I love that she listens to my concerns and is also able to hone in on areas I didn't even realize needed attention. She also is not over talkative unless you strike up conversations with her and she never removes her hands from you when massaging, hard to find someone like her! She's the reason I signed up to treat myself for monthly massages. I've been seeing her for months now and plan on continuing. If I could make one suggestion it'd be to have the company provide hot towels for clients upon request for use on our feet during the summer months especially with all the flip flop wearing. The former location I went to did this and it was a nice touch.
