Scheduled two, 2 hr massages 2 weeks in advanced, for my husband and I. Was looking so forward to it all week and 20 minutes before our massage I get a TEXT, not a call, just a text saying my therapist is ill. I understand therapist getting sick and having to leave but very unprofessional of the front desk to just text me about it 20 minutes before hand. Cancelled the other massage, wont be rescheduling at that location again.

I had a great experience at Elements Massage - East Mesa. Tyler, at the front desk was very kind and knowledgeable when I walked in and as well as when I left the facility. It was a very clean and calming environment. My massage therapist, Kayla, was awesome! I had been having some back pain as well as knots in my hamstrings from a sports related injury a few months back. Kayla really listened to my needs and did a great job with my massage, I felt like she was able to address all of my problem areas. I also added on the Himalayan salt stones to my session, which I would definitely do again.

Friendly staff, professional, clean, and relaxing. I really enjoyed the upgraded CBD oil. Also I really appreciated the way they position the sheet over you to only expose the exact body part they are working on. I don’t get massages often and this allowed me to be completely relaxed during the session. Nancy was great and very professional.

AMC's takeover and upgrades were sorely needed. Nice to have reserved seating and recliners. Though the recliners could be a bit wider, it was a snug evening for full size patrons.

Everyone at Elements made me feel right at home from the first phone call, to checking in, to the massage table. I went for my first massage at Elements after commercial fishing in Alaska all summer and simply put, my body was a mess. Massage therapy guru Michael could tell exactly where my body needed the most work and expertly worked while making me feel comfortable and relaxed. It was the perfect first step to repair the damage and relieve some of the pains I have been living with. I got the best nights sleep I’ve had all year! Her message techniques and approach are highly skilled and developed, and the entire experience was just enjoyable. She even takes things a step further with strategies to help at home. Everyone was very professional and very friendly from the person who answered the phone when I called to make a reservation to the receptionist when I arrived and the massage therapist that gave me a massage. Jost was great about asking if the pressure was too soft or too firm, if I had any pain when he massaged certain areas, etc. He even gave me some stretches I can do when I leave to keep my tightest muscles a little looser between massages. I would highly recommend Elements and their staff in the Mesa East location.

I had a great experience here. My sister's and i came in for a massage. The staff was warm, friendly, and helpful when they greeted us. The space was clean and pretty. My massage therapist was great. I had a cold and she not only gave me a very good therapeutic massage but helped with my cold symptoms to make me feel better when I left. I would recommend Gilda if your looking for a therapist with strength and care.
