Best massage experience EVER. I've had quite a few professional massages and this one was the greatest by far. The spa is welcoming, calming, and comfortable. The front desk lady was extremely accommodating. Alec was my therapist and I will absolutely continue to drive 45 minutes to have him do all my future sessions. He was very receptive to my needs and made sure that I was in control and comfortable in the session the entire time. His techniques were on point and refreshing as I've never experienced a few of them. Don't let his small frame fool you...HE IS STRONG!

They are very client-oriented and accommodating.

Loved the massage. I used the Groupon and I am happy to report that I felt like I was given the best massage regardless of the discount. Nice surrounding, good location and even though I didn't want to sign up for a plan, I will go again because I wasn't pressured to sign a contract.

The ladies at the front counter are very pleasant and welcoming. Massage therapist, Tommy, is absolutely amazing! He takes the time to listen to your needs and provides the perfect amount of pressure. I've been going to Tommy for over an year. I wouldn't go to anyone else!!!

I have been to many spas and massage locations over the years, and without question, this Elements is the best. And I can specifically say I drive all the way to Cave Creek for Tommy. Hands down, the best massage therapist I have ever experienced. I mentioned tension headaches and he did his thing, and it’s been 3 months now without a single migraine or tension headache. His stone massages are like nothing I have ever experienced. I have referred many people to this location and mentioned his name as I have nothing but positive things to say. I’m just so glad my husband found this Groupon one day for my birthday gift. It went from a birthday surprise to a follow up and then turned into a full membership and a monthly visit with my favorite Tommy! I highly recommend! And please recognize Tommy for his ability! He’s amazing!

Everything about my first experience at Elements Cave Creek was perfect! After filling out the new customer paperwork I was taken promptly to the massage room and met my therapist, Siobhan. This was the best massage I have ever had! The room was a perfect temperature, calm lighting, lightly scented environment and the therapist listened to my needs. The pressure was perfect and very relaxing. I am going to recommend this location (and therapist!) to friends and definitely plan on returning for another session of blissful relaxation.

Upon entering my husband and I were enthusiastically greeted and checked in by reception. The lobby is very calm and relaxing. Especially for a nervous first time visitor like my husband. Our massage therapists were prompt in taking us to our rooms and clear with instructions for getting started and what to expect. The hour went by so quickly! We were both impressed by the quality of massage and professionalism by all the staff. We will definitely be back!

I love to treat myself to a nice massage at least once a month. The front desk associates are so sweet and organized. I never have to wait long to check in/ out, they always call to confirm my appt...they ask about my day and family...truly great staff. I've had massages from Tommy, Mitch, Brano amd John.....all of who have very different techniques but are incredibly great at their profession. You won't be dissapointed here at this Elements location.

Makaila is the most gifted massage therapist! I'm hooked. Now I'll be forced to sign up with them because she is AMAZING! ! 90 minutes was just not enough! Makaila can massage as deep as you want. With that said, she has STRONG hands so you might end up asking her for a light massage. It's been forever since I've met a "Real Massage Therapist ", not just someone with a license. Ask for Makaila and you won't be disappointed!

I’ve been seeing Maxfield for awhile for my aches and pains from the military, grooming and every day life for awhile now. I had a baby back in Nov 2017 and she messed with all kinds of pressure point from my hip flexors and lower back. I recently found out that my injury with the military has progressed and I now have sciatica. I asked Maxfield who he would recommended for me if he was unavailable and he mentioned Tommy. Maxfield did not let me down, Tommy was fantastic. I haven’t had a deep tissue massage like that before. I look forward to my next appointment with Tommy. He was fun, we were cracking jokes through the massage because I find it awkward to lay there quietly. I walked away feeling really good, light on me feet and ready for the rest of my day. I can say even after 24 hrs, anytime my husband caresses my skin I can still feel the areas he worked on deeply. I enjoy deep tissue and the fact he is not scared of my body popping all over the place. I enjoy working with someone who isn’t afraid of hurting me and giving me the pressure I need during my recovery. I’m loving it and happy to come back and recommend this location to any and everyone I know. Everyone at this location is polite, fun and welcoming. I’ve worked with 3 different masseuses and loved them all.

Brano was the first and only massage I've tried and I'm considering signing up for the monthly plan, which has some awesome pricing actually. Massage itself was easily the most relaxing thing I have ever experienced, with the feeling lingering throughout the rest of the day. They even leave you with some great advice and areas of your body to focus on for stretching and working out. They always have some coupon or discount so keep an eye out and absolutely schedule an hour to go in!
