They are professional, knowledgeable, and very educated. You name the part of your body that hurts, and Back in Action can help get you back on the road to recovery!! Keith and his team were top notch...Keith helped me to first identify, and then work out some old injuries...scar tissue and nerve damage.... and with his concentrated efforts over a 12 week protocol, I'm feeling better then I have been in years...I'm able to get back into the gym without those nagging injuries holding me back. The front desk was awesome with scheduling and their follow up was really heartfelt. I feel BIA really had my health in their best interest. Have already recommended them to family.

I have been coming here for over a month to correct some injuries in the lower back caused by a car accident. All of the staff seems very well versed. All of the staff from technicians to therapists have a genuine desire to make you feel better. I have been here in the past to recover from a shattered foot that had surgery and the treatments were so good and effective that it was a no brain-er to return when again, I found myself in need of services. A definite high recommendation to anyone in need of physical therapy!

Glad I was referred here by my doctor for my back spasms. I have been about 10 times so far and am very confident they have helped me! The team approach (Craig, Kinga and Joel)) is unique in that I get their undivided attention my entire session. They are professional but personable, and more importantly very competent. My back is better and I feel I will leave with a plan to do on my own so I don't injure myself again!

BIA is amazing. You receive attentive one on one care in a private room. Then they have an open room for your strengthening work. They use many different modalities to help you get better. If you do your part along with their therapy you will get results. I highly recommend BIA Tell them Cathey sent you.

Just got home from my appointment.Went in today stressed out with a million things going through my head. By the end of my visit Kinga with an assist from Joel and Chris had me smiling and laughing and turned my day around. I don't think the BIA staff gets the credit they deserve for what they can do for their patients mental health as the do wonders for our physical well being.. Thank You BIA !!! WARNING PLEASE READ: They treated me before and after a Lumbar spine Laminectomy. Before, I was required by my insurance to go through PT before approval to have surgery which I was positive I needed. It took 3 visits to convince them that PT was too painful and I would see them after my surgery. The people that work in the Scottsdale location are nice, unfortunately they did not review my history thoroughly or follow my doctor's protocol. They used the McKensie method, pushing and insisting that I bend backwards. Problem is you can't push bulging and herniated discs back in you just pinch them causing herniation, as confirmed by 3 other doctors, including my neurosurgeon! This forced me into another surgery which was spinal fusion the second time! Be careful, they don't know the damage they are doing!!

Dr Fandry has made me feel so much better since I have been going to this place.
