The receptionist is always very nice and is able to answer my questions and is knowledgeable about the services. I would recommend A Valley of Vitality to anyone who wants a great massage.

What a gem in Prescott! The first impression when you walk in is peaceful, quiet, and serene. You can really feel like you've entered a place of rest, it is clean and beautiful inside- especially the treatment rooms! I had Casey as my therapist- she was so kind and knowledgeable! She used a variety of techniques and I really felt like she knew what she was doing to specifically target my needs. She even located a trigger point near my shoulder that has been causing me daily headaches for 5 months, I was so impressed and thankful. She also incorporated aromatherapy, heat packs, and some stretching into the massage. Her pressure was great and she was happy to accommodate differently when I asked. She allowed me to rest, which is something I dont get much of these days with a 5 month old baby at home. You can really tell she enjoys what she does, and shes great at it. I will definitely be back, and I'll bring my husband too! All that said, I've had other massage experiences in Prescott that were not bad- but I just did not know what a massage should truly be like. You guys really set the standard. Previously I've had massages that feel rushed, or like the therapist just doesnt care or know what they're doing. Or they talk the whole time- or even worse you can hear conversation from accross the building! Thank you for setting the stage for a great experience all around.

I've been going to Valley of Vitality for a while now. I have been to all sorts of different types of places and nobody has been able to help my back pain. This is the first place to finally help with my back. I have worked with all of the massage therapists here, and they are all very good. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to feel better! Scheduling is very simple. If necessary, I can call and get an appointment by the end of the day!

Massage Prescott is a beautiful facility and I love their monthly program that includes a sauna session once a month as well. You do have to be flexible at times with the masseuses as they come and go, but I've had great ones and scheduling an appointment is very easy due to the variety of options and staff.

Love everything about Vitality! Especially the CBD massages, sauna and reflexology! First time I have had a true reflexology session from someone who spoke English and actually knew her stuff! :-). I previously left a very negative review, and retract my statement. The Manager Amanda did go out of her for me. Do not mistake that my massage therapist was amazing! However, i very much disagree with the policies of being able to hold my credit card on file. I did not recall seeing that when i signed the agreement. I do appreciated Amanda going out of her way and would recommend my therapist as she did a wonderful job on my sore back. The front office staff member who returned my phone call should have listened to the message and called my cell phone like i asked not my office number. Also i did not give 24hr notice as i did not know i would be needed late at work until that morning. I did call about 730am to cancel knowing how important it is for sufficient notice. MY appointment was scheduled for 6pm that night, I understand a charge for cancellation is sometimes appropriate however i don't feel this was one of those situations.

I had a wonderful experience at Valley of Vitality. I am blown away to have found such a delightful refuge right here in Prescott. I'm pretty picky and have had top of the line services around the world. I truly enjoyed all of the services I received here and will definitely be back. My therapist, Jodi, was phenomenal! I still feel physically amazing after our Thai session. She flows through the poses impeccably and demonstrates an excellent command of the knowledge she has acquired over a couple decades in the field. She was even so kind to sit with me afterwards and provide me with stretches to target my cemented upper traps. Amanda, the owner, is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and willing to spend time with the client discussing details of services and wellness options. The ambiance is gorgeous and so relaxing- I was instantly at peace, felt relaxed and safe the moment I walked in the door.

I started getting massages about 6 months ago to help relieve the discomfort in my back and rest of my body from multiple surgeries and injuries. Since then I've been seeing Kara on a routine basis for deep tissue massage therapy and my discomfort has subsided substantially. I can move better and am not in pain constantly. Kara and the rest of the staff are highly professional and I always feel super welcomed. I've been treated by multiple massage therapist at multiple establishments over the years and I would absolutely recommend Kara and this establishment over any of them.

Had an amazing Thai Massage from Jodi Day, LMT. She is able to stretch me out in so many ways and relax my sore tight muscles. I sit at the computer most of the time and really benefited from the Thai Massage. If you haven't had a Thai massage from Jodi you don't know what your missing out on. I had been super tight with a painful stiff neck but just after an hour on the table, Patrick had worked into the problem incredibly well. My Vitality Signature Massages are amazing and I love the heated stones added into the massage for no fee. I have had 3 therapist’s and all have been really enjoyable, relaxing and therapeutic and the therapists explains things well and make me feel very relaxed. I feel totally comfortable and at ease. Each massage has been excellent. I do hard, physical work and in the evening I ache from head to toe. After coming in for my monthly massages. I enjoy a days of feeling wonderful. The other thing I must mention is that her table is the most comfortable I have ever been on. Beautifully padded head rest and a little ledge for your arms which solves my usual problem as to what do with them. All in all I have had a thoroughly enjoyable experience which I would highly recommend.

Amanda is one of the few massage therapist I have found that is great with reading what my body needs and the areas that need the most work to get me feeling better again. She is also the only person I know that is trained in Cupping , the combination of her sauna and the cupping has been the only thing I have found that relives the tightness, and stiffness in my shoulder and takes the pain away. I have also worked with Brian, I was a little nervous because I have never had a male therapist work on me, but he made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job.

Most epic massage ever. Booked a massage for an hour and a half and did not want to stop. Both therapist were very experienced knew how to work out the physical issues within my body and my wife's body. Very relaxing atmosphere would definitely drive back up here from the valley to get a great massage again. They have so many very amazing extras added into this massage that it was mind-blowing.
