Best in the Alaska! Mary at the front desk is very welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about billing and the masseuses. She has taken the extra care when booking appointments for me to suggest masseuses that fit my needs (firm pressure), call me when I'm running late, or make changes when I need. My favorite masseuse is Kelani; But, l've had an excellent massage from several of the other masseuses here too. I highly recommend it.

Was told that with two insurances I would be completely covered. After two months received a $40 bill for just one visit. Luckily, I did not go in for all 12 visits like I was supposed to within the first month. I would have walked away with a $480 bill for the first month alone. Which does not seem so bad if I was not told I was completely covered

Absolutely wonderful massage clinic! I've had amazing deep tissue work from Brittany who is a master at her craft- and Annalisa is great as well! They are all so friendly and accommodating and I truly feel comfortable. The fact that they can easily bill your insurance on site is SO convenient! I'm hooked and won't go anywhere else for a quality therapeutic massage!

Have had several massages through this place. Was never displeased with the massages, however their billing department needs better training. In order for billing purposes I had to be checked out by their chiropractic staff, which always seems reasonable. Upon bringing in a prescritpion from my family doctor for massage therapy, they told me they will/can not bill my insurance unless their "chiropractor" gives me an exam. Three other massage clinics I contacted said all they needed was the note from my doctor for billing purposes. Seems like a scam to me. Will not be returning to this place again. Customer service does matter. The owner reached out to me, figured out my insurance billing and got me in a couple days later. When Candice worked me over and got me moving again. Good game Alaska massage Clininc. I'll be back!

This place is amazing. Every time I walk through the door, I feel welcome. They are a huge help with understanding and billing my insurance for medical massages, and they make me feel valued as a patient. I have seen almost all of the therapists, and I can tell you it is by far the best massage experience in Alaska.

I called to confirm if I could use my chiropractor for a referral to get a massage through this company and they confirmed what other people have written. I have to make an appointment with their chiropractor, which is located in the same building in order for my insurance to pay for a message. I’ve had a pinched nerve for three weeks. Now that my chiropractor has released the pinch nerve, I need a massage to release the very tense muscles. However, this place will not be doing this because I’m not paying for another chiropractor appointment if there is no need for it. They replied to another person who put this same type of review making it sound like they fixed things and made it right. Well, I am here to confirm the facts so there is no confusion with my fellow Google searchers.

First experience there was not the best. But they reached out to me and made up for it by giving me a complimentary 90 minute massage for free (my first one was only 60mins) happy to say I can give them 5 stars. This massage was absolutely amazing, and surpassed my expectations. Very happy with the service and will go back again.

I've absolutely loved every massage I've received here, but my favorite part about this place is the amazing front desk staff. Mary, Annette, and Tracie are always so welcoming and they make me feel valued. They are so funny and entertaining, and I always come in early for my massages just so I can get a chance to visit with them. We've laughed, cried, and shared secrets together, and I can honestly say they've made a lasting impact in my life. I receive medical massages, but my times spent chatting with the front desk is therapeutic. They go above and beyond for everyone that walks through the door--I've never been to a medical facility that have administrative staff that make you feel so at home. This place is amazing and you're crazy for thinking of going anywhere else.

Finally a niche has been filled, a massage clinic that will bill insurance. Group medical, workers comp and auto injury can be billed, or you can self-pay. You can bring a referral but it is not necessary. The staff is friendly, the surroundings are relaxing and the service is great. Check it out.

Treated both my daughters to a massage today for their birthday. My youngest daughter walked around so euphoric that I feel passing strangers might of thought her on drugs. Both of them were trying to figure how they can make enough money for weekly massages. The staff was excellent and from start to finish I felt like we were in good hands...pun intended.
