Purchased my wife a 60min for her birthday. On the way up to appointment my 2 year old stareds to throw up had to turn around. Wanted to rescheduled for another time they told her they wouldn't. They charged my card for the appointment anyways. Don't give them your credit card

Everyone at this is establishment was terribly unprofessional the way they spoke to and treated me was extremely rude and condescending. They certainly don’t care for the customers experience I would caution everyone who considers going here to reconsider. It was supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable but it ended up being more of a stressful experience than relaxing. I would give it zero stars if I could

My husband was trying to surprise me with a massage appointment for my birthday. On our way our little girl threw up all over the car (including me). I called as soon as they opened to see what I could do about changing my appointment time or finding another day considering the circumstances. I was given no options and was dealt with very rudely and basically told my card was already charged and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked for management to contact me and have yet to hear from anyone. Very disappointed with how I was treated and definitely will not recommend this place to anyone.

Off and Explorin

Booked a 90 min himalayan salt pillow massage with salt room experience. Spiro was difficult to find using GPS however up calling the business i was given better directions. I parked behind mtn brook mall and found the building easily accessible. Upon arrival i was greeted and asked to fill out a form. Within a few minutes i was taken back and asked what areas bothered me before my massage, Sharon was an excellent therapist worked the kinks out of my back and even included some yoga stretches, the only downside i noticed during the massage was the himalayan salt pillow was extremely hot and this persisted the whole time, having to put multiple layers between the pillow and myself. After the massage i was told to drink water, other places ive visted gave me a glass to drink, i didnt get that here, small detail but trying to let you know exactly what you get. Following the massage i spent 45 min in the salt room, i was asked to put plastic slippers over my shoes due to the salt floor, if you have big feet like mine the slippers wont fit over your shoes, so u might have to take them off and still possibly rip them. The only gripes with the salt room are easy fixes, first the room was cold, however blankets are provided, secondly the sound effect of an ocean in the background was on a short loop so after 5-10 min it would pause then a big wave and the track starts over, it became a sound that i could do without. Maybe they can use a longer soundtrack... There are plenty on youtube :). Overall enjoyable experience, customer service was top notch, extremely polite and helpful. Will be back at some point.

Been here twice. Wanted to try something new, and came across their Groupon. Absolutely worth it! The salt room is such a perfect temperature with perfect lighting conducive to relaxing. On top of being surrounded by salt, a pump puts tiny particles of salt into the air so you breathe it in and it penetrates every part of your respiratory system. Loved it and will continue coming here to relax and cleanse!

I've been a massage therapist for over 6 years and I've never had an issue with employers until I worked here. She insisted that i perform a massage modality that i have no training or experience in and when i said no she tells me that doesn't sit well with her. Well, you trying to force your therapist to perform massages that they no training in doesn't sit well with me. #unethical #bully

So the owner decided to respond and be very rude and unprofessional. Guess that speaks volumes for my review and everyone else's. Just because you cant find my name doesnt mean I haven't been there. Its actually under a different name. And is your only response to everyone with a less than 5 star review is to stay "larp much"? How mature? And isnt it AARP. Dummy. Or do you actually mean role playing because that's what larp means. Sorry but your response doesnt affect me but it does affect how you come off and your business. Find a better way to address people and learn from your mistakes. If you never can take criticism, how can you expect to become better as a whole? No name or whoever you are, get off the internet. Hope you can take my advice and learn from it in the future.
