I was having a lot of neck and back pain. I came to Elements because of the evening hours. Everyone is so nice, and unlike other places I've been, i didn't get a sales job attack upon entering. In fact, my husband and i had a couples massage and came out asking about memberships! Very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Elements!

Allll I can say is HECK YES!!! Ryan was absolutely amazing!! I’m sorry it took this long to use my Christmas gift. I signed up to be a member. 69$ a month is amazing and it rolls over also if you can’t use it you can gift it to someone! He was very professional and hit my trigger points. With my herniated discs and so much pain walking in, when I walked out I felt like a princess! Wonderful staff also!

The scheduling process online was quick and painless. I was able to fit in that same morning for the service I was requesting. Samantha did a great job and I am definitely coming back to her! Her hands are magical. I carry quite a bit of tension in my upper shoulders. Samantha did a great job at balancing targeting this area as well as being attentive to still give a complete full body massage, without rushing through the service. The front desk staff was pleasant and informative. I didn’t feel as if they were ‘pushy’ with educating me on their membership program Elements offers. They elected I take home information for me to think/read over at my own pace. It was a 10/10 experience. Very satisfied & can’t wait for my next appointment with Samantha!

When I needed to suspend my account, no problem. They are always friendly, accommodating and pair me with the right masseuse for what issues I have at the time.
