Very professional staff who makes it a point to ensure that you have an unforgettable experience. I have worked with them for a shoulder injury as well as just a good relaxing massage at the end of a long day. I love how warm and inviting the space is so that even if you show up early, you're comfortable. Another thing that I noticed is that they are involved in giving back to the community which is always a plus for me. I would definitely recommend going to see them for your massage. I have nothing but great experiences with them.

Went and saw Constance at CR2 a few weeks ago for some lower back pain and it was amazing how I felt afterwords! They also put out an essential oil diffuser under the table to help you not get congested while lying face down, such a great touch

I've been looking for a massage therapist since I moved to Birmingham, and I'm SO glad I found CR2! To me, any massage is a good massage, BUT there is a HUGE difference whenever you find a therapist that you click with. I love all the little extra touches they add, like the warm towels and the aromatherapy. It's absolute HEAVEN... Set up your appointment asap. You won't be disappointed! lol.

My first experience was fine, but it seemed to lack the "it factor" for me. I came back for another try and was disappointed. I made mention of a couple of areas that I needed some deeper work on, but I received a very light, inefficient massage. However, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the studio is well kept. Seeing many rave reviews, I think CR2 just wasn't the right fit for me and my particular needs.

Having Fibromyalgia & back issues has landed me with many different massage therapists & physical therapists throughout the years, with varying degrees of success. I moved to the Birmingham area 2 years ago from FL and didn't know where to turn for a good MT, so I took a chance on a couple of Groupons. I'm always sketchy about these, and the first couple didn't do a very good job, but man am I ever glad I found CR2!! I cannot even begin to say enough wonderful things about Constance!! She truly cares about helping people. Contrary to most people with Fibro, anything less than a really deep tissue massage is just useless to me. Constance makes sure to go deep enough to be effective, but always checks to make sure its not too much. She makes sure that all of my hot spots are tended to & I always leave there feeling like a new person. Recently I had issues with jaw/mouth pain after oral surgery. My dentist, endodontist & an oral surgeon could not figure out how to fix my pain & just kept throwing more medications at the issue. This went on for MONTHS. I finally decided to see if Constance could help. She researched the issues & I had immediate relief with one visit! Talk about a miracle worker! She's so good that every time my son comes for a visit I schedule time for him to see her. He works hard & has back issues as well. I'm beginning to think that his trips are as much to see Constance as they are to see me! =) Bottom line, without any hesitation, I would absolutely recommend Constance & CR2!
