Hope was excellent!! Best massage in long time!! She uses excellent pressure and easy to deal with. Great technique and genuine caring for your comfort and healing. Wish I had found her sooner is my only regret. Will be rebooking soon! Very relaxing 1.5 hours and feel great again afterwards. Hope you give her a try soon. Hope is FANTASTIC at what she does!!! She is very sweet and welcoming. Im a talkative person, so throughout my massage we just conversed. I had her work out a lot of tension in my back and shoulders. I walked away with a little soreness in the base of my neck because of how much tension she had to release. Two days later, i could move sooo much better! You couldnt find another massage therapist better than her! She is a lovely person, who knows how the jobs is supposed to be done!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

I had never had a massage before. Have been suffering with sciatica pain caused by herniated disks in my lower lumbar. Hope at Bodhi Zen Massage Therapy made me so very comfortable answering all my questions and talked me through my first massage putting me at ease. After she was done I could feel relief from the pain that had radiated from my back down into my right foot. I am now a firm believer in what massage can do for chronic pain and it felt so good and relaxing I plan to make it something I do for myself just to relieve the stresses of everyday life. I have been getting Massage for many years. However my massage at Bodhi Zen with Hope was honestly the BEST massage I have ever had. I have suffered with chronic back pain for many years after a bad accident. I tried the Alleviation massage and by the time I drove home from my massage I could tell a major improvement. By the next morning when I woke up my back was completely free from pain. I definitely recommend Hope at Bodhi Zen and will definitely be making her a weekly stop in my schedule. Her pressure was amazing and spot on. She worked with me and talked me through breathing and was able to get pretty deep in my muscles and not so deep in places that were more tender. Definitely a 5 star in my book. Give her a try. You will not be disappointed.
