He reviews what your issues (complaints) are and works to relieve the pain. His training and knowledge allow him to work on the areas that hurt and relieve the pain. Bob works hard to schedule you an appointment when you need it.

Gotta say I was hesitant due to I had never had this done before, and wow what difference ! He NEVER hurt me or did anything dramatic like snapping and popping. I was a little sore that evening but when I woke up the next morning I was hesitant to say 100% better so I waited, showered and got ready for work which was the most painful part of day for me and didn't have to stand under hot water for 5 minutes and I wasn't even really sore anymore huh ? Been to see Bob twice, good massage but if you are looking for a quiet relaxing time, this may not be the place for you. If I am going to pay that much to relax my body, I would like to relax my mind as well and not have to chit chat through my massage. Just a personal preference.
