It's nothing but a ghost mall with a couple big box stores. Honestly it should be closed down. When you go inside there's only a couple stores and you can't help but feel bad for the store owners and the employees wandering around due to no business.

I don't "shop" the Mall, I go to specific stores there, which was Petco, which deserves FIVE stars, while the Mall gets 3! Never enjoyed mall shopping, like the stores with outside entrances though!

Absolutely love Wireless Ware Justin and Amanda, are awesome!!! Treated so well there, recommend them to anyone !!! Justin fixed my phone and it worked perfectly, until I dropped it again...Taking my phone back in to have screen replaced, but at least it isn't as bad as last time, it was in two pieces then

Very disappointed! Chicken Parmesan was 1) given to another table then 2)reheated after we asked it to be redone (who wants to eat something that was at someone else's table?), Steak was over cooked, noodles for Alfredo were doughy, appetizer arrived only 5 min. before meal. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the waitress was great!

Stores always change and usually never last long. The stores don't offer a huge selection and are not very different from each other. However, the theater, Ross, Murdocks, and Joann's are all great stores.

Pretty decent mall considering the small town in which it is located. Obviously not the population/economy to support a giant mall with an exotic and diverse range of stores. About what you'd expect to find in Rock Springs, Wy :)

Congrats you in WHITE MOUNTAIN MALL... From practically everyone in Wyoming, we're sorry. The stores are as bland as Applebees food. The food court is a pretzel place. Nothing else. And even then its wayyyy over priced. Now... The stores are horrible, you want to pay over price? Come here! Its open a couple hours a day so make sure to leave work early. Hell its not even a mall. Its a hallway with doors. I mean who on earth put a Ross in a mall. The person who runs this dump.

Run of the mill small town mall. The real interesting thing is if you leave and don't come back for 6 months, you get to see a variety of new stores which will inevitably fail. Phone repair shop is legit though, Justin is a hell of a guy.

TJ Maxx and Ross are both here, a great theature, a dental office, a shoe store, Verizon has a place set up in there, nice to look for something in a hurry. Not a lot of recreational things however there is a little play area for kids.

DO NOT GO TO CHINESE MASSAGE INSIDE THIS MALL!!!! The mall itself is nice enough. A little on the small side compared to what I'm used to, but still open enough to not feel cramped. However, unless you like super rough, deep massages that have you feeling like you're going to fall out of the chair during the massage and sore, bruised feeling after, take my advice and stay away from the Chinese massage. I like massages as much as the next guy, but the woman who massaged me was way too rough and did not seem to notice or care if I was tense and hurting. The man attempted to adjust my friend's neck (Super ILLEGAL), and was super handsy, making it extremely uncomfortable for her, not to mention positioning her so that she was forced to grope him. If I go back, I most certainly will NOT be using their massage service.

Better than you would expect. Good option for food, clothes, tools etc. They have a number of stores in the area. Easy access to the freeway from this part of town. i stopped in on a trip and knew I didn't have many options in the area. Luckily I found everything I need over this way. Its new area too. It looks like this part of town is coming up faster than others. Good Stop

I have only been once, it has some variety of stores and has amazing local kiosks. Cool art works and hand carved items. There massage chairs, rentable ride on animals. There is laser tag and food places as well. Just not very big but we found plenty to buy. Good place for gift shopping and is located in a strip mall as well. Hidden gem.

Do NOT go to Chinese Massage. My friend and I left with bruises and they tried to pop my neck, without asking ,which isnt even legal, and I left not being able to move my neck without pain. Had to go to the chiropractor today to fix it. Don't do it.

Pleasant place in the middle of a weekday. Very few people but also rather few choices of stores. If you like small town atmosphere, this is the place for you. Everyone is helpful and friendly but it is small and doesn't have the variety you might find in larger metropoles.

For a mall it is lacking businesses. The rent for businesses is so high that the businesses are leaving the mall. The only thing keeping the mall half way going is the State Offices are in the mall.

White Mountain Mall is getting a TJ Maxx, so naturally I gave them 4 stars! They also have a Herbergers., a department store in that is decent in selections and sales. They have a Maurice s , and a Famous Footwear. FYI, eat before you come to the mall, the food court consists of pretzel maker, and only pretzel maker, but decent amount of stores for a small town. No bath and body Works though, or Target

Its nice that theres a small town mall here. The one downside to the place is a lot of the spaces are vacant. But they do have some of the basic stores you see at a lot of malls.
