Sorry Frontier Mall but you only get two stars at best from me. The exterior of your building is ancient and showing a sad dirty aging almost a dilapidated look and feel in my opinion. I would say that it could use an all new exterior ASAP! During the summer months in the daytime on the weekdays your air conditioner seems that it is never working. Anytime that I go there 5 or 10 stores are gone leaving empty spots. It reminds me of the old warn out malls in Colorado that have out lived their days. The tables you placed out for consuming food items need cleaned more frequently. Some of the food stores that remain have extremely rude employees who get VERY ANGRY when you call them on a mistake. I consider some of those rude employees bordering on threatening to the customers who complain about a mistake on an order. I find it is better to eat somewhere else avoiding the mall food areas all together. Every time I find a store with things I like they seem to go out of business in very short order. The two stars I give to you are for what few stores that I like remain and the theater is very nice. Sorry Frontier Mall but you get what you reap.

Easy to find, easy to park, close to anything else you might need in the area. Has a decent selection of stores for the actual size of Cheyenne, so that was pleasantly surprising. Whole place felt clean and safe overall as well, so that's a definite bonus!

There are basic mall stores here in addition to some local themed ones. The people who work at the kiosks are super annoying and some will even harass you if you ignore them or state you are uninterested in their products. There is a lot of parking, a variety of restaurants in the mall and on the property, a movie theater and a gym.

If I could give it a negative I would. Yes I am a Professional Driver. I drive a Tractor Trailer. I travel around this country and deliver goods to America's businesses. Their are many others like me. We stay for weeks, some of us months, away from home. Why? Because it use to be a respectable career. And I know that some bad drivers who claimed to be professional drivers have made us all look bad. But at the end of the day, we are people too. We are not there to make a mess of your parking lot. In fact I park away from the areas where most of the cars are parked and walk further to handle my business whenever I go to stores or malls. Out of common courtesy. But it seems common courtesy has left America. The mighty dollar has taken control. But if it weren't for Trucks, America would STOP!! Yes take that in for a minute, I spent money at your crappie mall, my wife was at Planet Fitness working out, yes she pays extra to be able to go to Planet Fitness anywhere in America. But because we were in a Big Truck, your Security Guard felt it necessary to come threatening to have my truck towed if I didn't leave. Planet Fitness is open 24 hours, I didn't see Security boy threatening anyone there driving a car. How many cars are parked there overnight? It doesn't matter to your organization does it? But your Security boy made me break the law and leave your property because of your discriminatory rules. If I was making a mess or tearing up your parking lot it would have made sense, but I wasn't. I was sitting reading my Bible minding my own business, when he had to come show his authority. So your rules not only ran off a paying customer, but put your community at risk by making me drive illegally. What if I was there sleeping so I could go to Planet Fitness the next morning early. What if because Security boy woke me up, and made me leave, I drove unaware because of the rude awakening and I hit and hurt someone from your community? Is that what it is going to take to put a stop to the discrimination against Truck drivers? Or worse yet not hurt them but killed them in a accident. All because your organization doesn't want Trucks parking in your parking lot. Trucks are the lifeblood of America. Learn to show a little respect. All of us aren't bad.

As far as malls go, this one is pretty disappointing. Most shoppers in Cheyenne head south for unlimited shopping options in nearby Colorado. They have a few cornerstone department stores, the occasional empty\boarded up storefront, and plenty of sassy teenagers making their laps. There is a little kid play area in the middle of the mall. They have a movie theater and a few restaurants, including a Chick-fil-A, which is one of the biggest prides of Cheyenne.

The mall was an average mall...most of the staff we spoke with was super nice, but we crossed paths with the mall photographer who threatened to fight my partner after he made it clear we weren't interested. I was appalled...we had our young child with us who my partner was pushing in the stroller when it all went down. Not impressed.

The staff at Justice is phenomenal, great store if you have kids. Regis is one of the best salons in town, with an amazingly friendly staff. The rest of the stores change so often it's hard to keep track.

Mall is always clean. They have strollers that look like cars etc., but they're 5.00 or 6.00 but they give you a dollar back when you return it. They have a playground mostly for younger kids. There is a movie theater in the mall also.

I go to Planet Fitness several times a week. It has all kinds of exercise equipment and the workers there can show you how to use the equipment. You can sign up for classes. You can be shown around and how to use the equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful. All for a low $10 a month fee. It's truly worth it!

My family and I come here regularly for just window shopping or different needs. My daughter loves the indoor playground. The stores are good as they have whatever you need really. The only things I don't like are the pet store that they keep puppies in glass cages that are completely too small and the arcade is always overpriced and full of broken machines.

Nice little mall for a nice little town. I work out at Planet Fitness whenever I am in town. It's nice that they also have a movie theater located in the mall. One of the huge store is vacated and the an RV dealer has rented the parking area only around that store. Actually has a nice selection of used and new RV's at reasonable prices.

Busy, don't ever to seem to have anything to justify the crowd and it is a gun-free zone so I never really feel safe. Women pay attention (especially during Frontier Days) to meet watching it following you. This is not uncommon

The Frontier Mall in Cheyenne is almost an iconic institution. I had not been through the mall for several years and this most recent visit and walk through reminded me that it can be a great place to shop.

It's cleaner than when I grew up here but so empty. Losing Sears really deadened that end of the mall. Even having Chick-fil-A over there as busy as they get, it's just dreary down that end. Spruce it up or get a decent viable store in there.

Easy to find easy to park and there's a quite decent selection of stores. Frontier mall is close to a lot of other little malls where you can hit Target and Ross and Bed Bath & Beyond and Kohl's and Home Depot so you can do all of your shopping with in about I'm one mile section of Cheyenne if you're into the more commercial non Boutique kind of shopping. For that you have to hit downtown Cheyenne or head into Laramie.

I go to Planet Fitness several times a week. It has all kinds of exercise equipment and the workers there can show you how to use the equipment. You can sign up for classes. You can be shown around and how to use the equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful. All for a low $10 a month fee. It's truly worth it!

More stores going out of business. Depressing to go there, it's very One dimensional. If it were the 80's it would have more business but last time I checked it ain't. Don't buy anything from here anymore it's a joke. It reminds me of Southglenn mall before it was REMODELED!----->LITTLETON,CO. Good luck though to that eye sore here.....

My family and I come here regularly for just window shopping or different needs. My daughter loves the indoor playground. The stores are good as they have whatever you need really. The only things I don't like are the pet store that they keep puppies in glass cages that are completely too small and the arcade is always overpriced and full of broken machines.

Nice little mall for a nice little town. I work out at Planet Fitness whenever I am in town. It's nice that they also have a movie theater located in the mall. One of the huge store is vacated and the an RV dealer has rented the parking area only around that store. Actually has a nice selection of used and new RV's at reasonable prices.

Busy, don't ever to seem to have anything to justify the crowd and it is a gun-free zone so I never really feel safe. Women pay attention (especially during Frontier Days) to meet watching it following you. This is not uncommon

I would give Frontier Mall a higher rating if it had more stores. The last few times I have gone in, it seems like more empty store fronts. Good food venues, theater, nice stores that are in there. Security staff is wonderful to deal with if you have a disabled person, wheelchairs can be checked out. I will update on my next visit if there are more stores. Last visit was 3 months ago.
