You may have noticed that it reaches an feddbacks average is quite good, and it's based on a very high number of opinions, so we can say that the evaluation is quite faithful. If there are many people who bothered to rate when they've done well with the business, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to set tatings when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Mall is classified in the category of Shopping mall.
Great place to shop. All the anchor stores except Macys and Penney's have left but the smaller retailers are all there
Better selection than Brookfield square since closing of so many of Brookfields store...food is good too
Fun shopping experience, clean kids play area, nice options of fast food restaurants. Always a treat when I go shopping.
Great did you do your shopping prices are up a little bit okay more than a little
Good selection of stores but staff needs to do better with customer service
The place looked like a ghost town in the parking lot I didn't waste my time going in. Must say there was plenty of parking places
Another american mall dieing.
A four stars for less stores than before but added a arcade slash bowling alley so yeah
Nice mall. A bit empty but nice
I like this mall a lot, large enough selection of stores, decent parking. Their vendors down the aisles don't get in your face like at other malls.
Its a good mall to spent the day in.. Now they have a entertainment place for you and your children must visit... Its called Round1
Love this place. All the selection a person needs in one location. A wonderful food court, along with a clean building, make South ridge the place to shop!
Southridge looks better than ever with even more things to do and foods to try
I got my airpods fixed and bought them for only $30. Was fast once he opened up so was a good morning.
Ok mall. could be better if they regulated the younger crowds
I just love paying my cable late, lol, oops.
I really liked this mall I have been to it so many times but the reason it is a 4 is because I was walking around to see what I wanted to buy and a police officer walked up to me and said I had to leave for no reason so me and. My cousins had to leave the ma for no reason that's why it's a four but overall it is amazing
I've been coming to this mall my whole life. It's safe and clean and a comfortable place to be. It has everything you need and is just the right size Mall. Recent updates are also very nice.
The Arcade game and bowlings lane are amazing for kids and adults. Pricr is affordable.
I didn't actually go in the mall but I have been there before. I have not been in there in a long time. I hope they have those riding carts for those who have trouble walking.
I like to go here when I need to get something quick. I like Macy’s. The parking is convenient.
Not as many sites as I thought alot of under construction.
Always my favorite for less crowd situation and good number of stores.
Always enjoy going to the mall! The new gaming/bowling alley looks Awesome!
They have a couple of fun things for children to do; like a train ride, and play area. They have multiple eateries, and clothes stores.
It's too rich for my taste
I am not big on going to malls at all because I don't like to be around that many people. Southridge however, is a nice place to visit and has every store you can possibly think of. It is not super crowded although the holidays are coming up. I felt very comfortable and was able to move around without feeling like I was trapped wall-to-wall.
We have been going to Southridge Mall ever since its' opening back in the 70's. Today I needed a new battery for my watch. Every 5-6 years it needs replacing (it's about 35 years old). Time Square kiosk is all about watches! Lady said it would take a couple minutes.... Yep! I've gone to them several times and received quick and courteous service. The price hasn't changed much over the years. On a previous visit my watch band was damaged and I was going to have them replace it. The lady said she'd repair it if I wanted and did a very nice job, still have the band after 10-12 more years usage and still going strong.
I was on vacation and my niece took me to the mall. Very nice and big. Went to JCPenny .
The mall was great! I took my wife to Torrid, got her clothing, went to the arcade, and walked around with no drama or trouble. I recommend Southridge mall to everyone adults and children alike.
Enjoy going to a place where all my favorite places are in. Especially after shopping all day. You can eat there too.
Round 1 arcade is A1 fir entertainment. Bowling alley, arcade, bar,
Always something to enjoy. Even more now, than in last 7 years.
Nice mall, clean, friendly, nice stores.
When in the mood for shopping in a physical store: Great place to shop and find things. Some good places to eat.
Not the same, the years have taken its toll. Many stores have left
I enjoy shopping at this mall, I just wished there was more store options.
Stores are clean coffee is in the middle of the mall , but it should smell better.
No good stores or places to eat at the food court, you’ll have better luck shopping at Walmart across the street
I love this mall. Amazing stores and conveniency.
I have a house full of gamers so they love the arcade here especially the kids! It could become pricey though so he ready to spend. Last time I spent about $25 on food and $175 on arcade cards, which lasted maybe 2 hours. We also love love love the Hot Topic store here and just overall shopping.
Nice mall but has lost many of its anchor stores. 2018 there is a new family entertainment center going in, bowling, Billiards (pool) looks like it could be fun. But as far as Commerce goes the mall has seen better days. But it is a clean store and has a good assortment of stores.
They have many closed store fronts and have doubled down on raucous drinking establishments. I anticipate this place going the way of its sister mall Northridge once the DUIs and the crime starts going up.
Great place for dinner and a flick!
Losing customers all the time Such a shame They now are adding TJMAX and Golf shop in the former Sears location (lower level)
Gotta love southridge. Haven't been there in years because after the recession of 09 half of the stors were closed for years never thought that they would or coud recover. Obviously they have. I'm not trying to get shot over a parking space for a little (retail therapy) Mayfair is overrated and way to crowded for me. What happened to cinnabon?
It was very nice seeing the kids riding the train
Decent Sunday breakfast buffet.. All you can eat 10$
Small, but high end mall, with many empty outlets. Parking is ok but spots are very narrow even for a small car. The food court has a lot of good options.
Went there for lunch with the family!! Try the steak out restaurant... really good !!
Plesantly surprised by the nrw TJ MAXX
Good shopping mall, but don't eat at the food court. Big bugs crawling around everywhere.
Too many undesirables walking around causing trouble
With so many stores now gone (Kohls being the latest), there isn't much here to attract shoppers. The mall is usually pretty void of people, the only draw being the food court. A shadow of its former self.
Went to the Disney store right at opening. Was nice to avoid the crowds!
Love the new shoe store, the leggings booth and the arcade is awesome, definitely family-oriented!!!
Every once in a while it's nice to just walk around and window shop. The internet has become Christmas....
Southridge needs to diversify. Too many chain teen focused shops. Area could really use a hotel and live entertainment venue. Not just the putting bumper cars they are working on.
The phone secretary is so kind and very helpful! Such a bubbly soul.
Great parking. Food court got lot of options
Just went there for newborns and new clothes they were nice and very
Still a nice mall!
Nice nostalgic mall to visit, walk around, buy anything you need and top it off with a visit to their food court /and one of their sweet shops for a nice treat.
Plenty stores nice selections
TJ Maxx moved to the mall. Prices have increased.
Great mall. Many stores leaving.
Like the Mall it's nice and clean
It was Good expect when you go later in the day then it's a mad House
My parents & I went there to find birthday gifts for my brother. There are a lot of big stores that have left the mall...Kohl's, Boston Store, Sears, & there are other stores in the mall that have closed. Overall, Southridge is starting to look like the Grand Avenue.. bare & empty.
Nice mall and only option for south east Milwaukee County. Limited big box large retailers will result in this mall closing at some point.
Doesn't offer anything that other malls in the Milwaukee area offer better. Ok for walking.
Nice mall. Only mall in Milwaukee that has a play area for little kids.
It's a mall that has been part of many generations memories and experiences throughout life. It has been there for a long time and at times has thrived and other not thrived as much. It is sad because it's inability to thrive as it once did is no fault of it's own but rather the changing and economy technology, computers and the internet have brought. Nostalgic is an understatement.
Great and fun experience left there broke
It was noisy, the people were obnoxious, and there was a crummy selection of store. No wonder all the shops are leaving! Along with having to walk along distance to a bus stop! Not going back to a place full of rude people.
This is a good Mall for young and old folks to walk in. Its well lit with not too many vacant store fronts so you feel as safe as you can in a public space. As far as the air quality, it could be better ventilated so you don't get that closed in 'Mall headache'. Check it put if you're looking for a good place to exercise by walking. You'll find company there...
Went to the arcade here which was super fun :)
Southridge is a little tired, loosing tenents, as most malls go the way of the Dinosauers...but tries to reinvent itself regularly. A MUST VISIT is the EMPORIUM BREWPUB.It can get SUPER packed. This Friday eve there was a her wait! Be prepared to wait. The food is worth it!
Overall a good mall, different stores to shop at. A good way to spend some time on the weekend.
The fruttera stand was so delicious and had fresh fruit that made the smoothie I had taste amazing. Also everything else was good too.
I took my two small daughters for a day at the mall and had a blast always good parking and they found the new arcade which was their absolute favourite
They are trying everything to revive this mall. Additions of Round 1 seems to be a success
This is a pretty cool mall. Lots of shops and plenty to do!!
Good clean mall and great stores and food court.
Mall of America in Bloomington is litterally ten times better
Great location and decent store selections
Good mall. It's very clean and bright. Only problem I had was they could have more stores. There are a lot of empty spots were stores should be but other then that it's a good mall
Still a nice place to shop. Liked the game and bowling place as well.
I think its getting better with all the new changes that they are making. I've been going there for a long time lol...I'll keep you guessing on that one. My opinion though is that it's a really nice place to shop.
A great place to shop, but may sure there mall hours of operation match the hours listening in search.
Great Open Spaces with warm and welcoming color sceme. Easy to use touch the Map Store finder for all the stores by the entry area. Great variety of many store options with an amazing food choices in open seating Food Court!!!
Beautiful mall, with a lot of choices for food, and stores.
I hope they never give up on it !!!!
They have an arcade room and it's fun
Nice mall wasn't there long enough to check out stores
A place for shopping and happy fun.
Great variety of stores. Friendly fun place.
Love the Sales Items. Family Friendly atmosphere! Tons of stores to suit everyone's taste!
Southridge continues to provide a great shopping experience. The new arcade is a great addition since Sears left! And I love the edible cookie dough bar.
I stopped by Southridge Mall on Sunday afternoon looking for a creation urn necklace from Things Remembered. The gentleman working the store was simply wonderful. He was very sensitive to my needs and offered excellent suggestions when it came to engraving my purchase. I came for one necklace, but ended up with two. I will always be grateful for his help and kindness.
The food is good and convenience
Very peaceful and a happy place to go for shopping.
one of the better malls in the area. Safe for the kids and not too crowded on the weekends.
Handful of decent stores. The big stores seemed messy and inadequate inventory (as in the sizes no one wants are on the rack, but the ones everyone needs, aren't - especially in men's wear). A couple sports shops are decent. Few, tiny, useless bathrooms are available. Meh, sort of experience.
Southbridge is one of Milwaukee's better malls it has a variety of selective clothing stores
They basically have all the stores you need in one building.
Good place to walk around
Southridge is my favorite summer hang out spot! There are a nice variety of stores, and the food court is very good. Unfortunately, Kohls moved out of the mall a while ago, but it still is pretty nice.
At the arcade the claw machine overloaded and the employee didn't even be nice and get the plushie out for me and it was a sad moment for me.
I still love this place ❤️
Nice mall at the time it had stores that I couldn't find elswhere .
It's really good and I like it and you guys should like it so give it six stars and I love it so make sure you guys go to the South mall okay thank you love you all. You know I'm ,#$ cardi b
I enjoy going a lot to see and stores.
I mean other than being fat. It's always nice checking out GameStop and the merchandise swag, that new arcade with that cool Rabbids game, and this game crazy towers? It's awesome. Spencer's, and the boardgame store. Yeah fun times.
Had fun lots of new things for kids to do. The mall is getting better.
Excellent
It’s a great mall, there has been so stores closing, but I’m hoping they bring in more stores! Since they brought in round 1 it’s been a great attraction and brings in more people!
very good shopping center
Ehhh not rly much for stores....it used to be way better
It’s a great mall but to many stores have closed. But Dick’s did move in which is great. Waiting on Round 1 to open.
Nice mall lots of shopping and eating options and a great new movie theater right outside
Good variety of stores and food
Not a great variety of things. Looking for souvenirs that said Wisconsin -couldn't find anything.
Decent shops. "Round 1" acade store is impressive. "Sphinx" Egyptian store (jewelry, gifts, and hookah) is great
Good mall yes some stores are gone, like shopping in person prefer face to face customer service and visiting stores. Online shopping is not my vice.
Good mall with great stores and staff. Definitely need to update the food court, looks a bit questionable.
Great place for your average shopping needa
Nice mall to visit. Lots of dinning options also
Very nice sales lady. Very polite !
I dislike shopping malls so Southridge isn't going to make me change my mind. For a shopping mall it's nice enough though.
Many indoor activities for kids. Play area, animal cruiser rides, train, and arcade place. Interesting snack options too, cookie dough place
We just had to quick run in to do a dress exchange at Macy's. It was a little bit later so parking in the rain was easy. The mall was very quiet but clean, shiny and bright. It was just a quick dash through the mall to the store long enough to pop in and get our exchange made. Everything was pretty much the same when we went out so all in all, a good trip. I'm not so fond of the mall so that should say a lot. I think maybe I won't stay away as much as I do.
Shopping malls are fading, but this one was full! Good parking, nice selection of food and shopping. A bit for everybody!
I don't recall exactly why I was here then. I do like to shop here. I miss not having Sears or Boston store here. Kohls too.
Really nice Mall. Highly recommend. Adequate parking.
Good place to shop with a nice sized food court.
Loved to see that TJ Max moved in! Very sad to see Boston Store closed.
Many stores visited. Got my eyebrows threaded they are amazing, bath and body works, auntie Ann's pretzels
Never was a fan of malls. This mall is pretty nice well kept. I usually only go for my eye exams at dr. wagners. But the new arcade and bowling alley are nice though the bowling prices aren't that great. Arcade prices are around the same price as other more well known places
I like south ridge. Especially when i can stop at PetSmart and drop my pup off. I get to take some me time and shop for things i need. Yoi can find stores such as Aldo’s, forever 21, h&m, Mrs. Fields, bath and body, Claire’s amongst others. This is a pretty good mall where you can find things you need. It’s also close to a couple different restaurants that you would be able to find in the vicinity
Seeing the Easter bunny this year was so incredibly disappointing. It wasn't even busy, and they didn't even try to take a decent picture. Their online schedule ahead/pay ahead system that was new this year was a fail. No line for those that scheduled, and my prepaid package wouldn't go through. Poor customer service! The restaurants in the cafe leave a lot to be desired. Customer service stinks. Everything is over priced. I couldn't even get WATER at the new ice cream and donut place. There are two good/decent places to go to anymore - three if you include Burger King (wish they kept McDonald's! Kids like it better).
This mall is still viable. They have lots of different stores and pretty much anything you could need. The new theater in the East parking lot looks really nice but I have not had a chance to see a movie in it yet. I think it's better than Mayfair and most definitely better than Brookfield square. The only thing that Brookfield square does better is its choice of restaurants
Kind of disappointed several stores that i used to frequent are gone. But the mall is clean abd looks well maintained. So i tbink i will become a frequent visitor.
Very fun. Blew through the money very quick at Round1
An OK place to shop. Many stores are no longer there which is a bummer.
Good place for shopping.
TJ Maxx closed at the Spring Mall location & is now located at Southridge, facing 76th St, the defunct Sears area. It CANNOT be accessed from inside the mall. Had the bad fortune to go the day after the grand opening. Was total chaos: loud, tons of kids running around, understaffed, and the products were disappointing. And ended up with my first cough/cold of the year, which I still have.
Lovely mall. I went to explorium and had a wonderful Weiss beer. It's nice to get out of the summer heat or winter cold and hang out at this mall.
Love shopping here, especially in some of my favorite stores : Rue 21, Old Navy, Hot Topic, Spencers and now Tilly's. Love the food court, so much variation of food to choose from.
This used to be a great mall
Not sure which store I was at. I don't usually go hete.
Have a new great arcade for all ages.
The best mall near by.
Some great stores, easy parking, Explorium Brew Pub. Near more good shopping.
Excellent Service from the customer service desk, in the men' Department!!
Great customer service. Very nice worker! My drink was delicious, but needed to be blended more because there was a couple of ice chunks. Overall wonderful place!
Its a mall... not a lot going on here. Much prefer Mayfair, better stores and restaurants.
I am not a mall person, but I really like this mall. I am disabled and appreciated the seating that was available in different areas. My daughter's flight was delayed several hours and we enjoyed shopping here while we waited.
