Was once a very good mall but as with most brick and mortar stores it has become quite rundown. This can be attributed to the rise of internet shopping. Most of the big name brand stores that once occupied this mall are long gone. Sad but true, I would have a hard time recommending this mall to anyone.

It's another Mall that's almost as empty as Downtown became when they built the Mall! Poetic Justice? Boston Store, JC Penney, Sears, Once were all Downtown, now they're gone from the Mall too. It's sad, XMAS Shopping isn't the same. On-Line one can't smell the aromas of fresh bakery or tea... Watch children's eyes fill with wonder, as great tall Evergreens are lit, the scent of pine resin... Wonder how the good ole' days will stack up against the Neuavo days?

Please,please parents of young children take them to sit on Santa's lap. He is sooooo bored . He would love to have children visit him. The mall is not busy at all for anyone still Christmas shopping. The stores remaining at the mall are good stores ,such as Champs, Maurice,Lane Bryant,Burlington ,Spencer's,a music store and a few others.It EAS pleasant not fighting all the people.

One of the worst old fashioned malls still in existence. This space needs dramatic updating and some better options to draw traffic inside.

They redid the place and I decided to revisit. It's very empty, with only a few stores inside. You have your typical pagoda piercing, spencers, Victoria secrets, etc. Typical mall fare, but nothing you'd make a trip for. It's clean and bright now, but there's really no reason to visit. Most of the store fronts are covered by walls with murals on them. It makes it look clean, but it's so incredibly empty.

In my opinion they need to completely tear down this mall. The "anchor" stores are terrible and that is the #1 reason people will go into a mall... The auxillary stores are #2 and in this mall they are just EXTREMELY lacking good stores like guess, buckle and upper end stores like Michael Kors m, Kate Spade etc... Just because we live in Racine does not mean this incredible community doesn't want nice things. Ownership needs another change that can attract better stores ASAP. This town deserves better

This mall is dead and a former shell of its previous glory. You walk into it and it feels like a graveyard. Unless you have a Fitbit and are counting your steps at the age of 60, I would avoid at all costs.

What happened to the mall? This is now basically an indoor walkway between a small handful of businesses. Gone are the days of many little stores and any reason to go there.

The space isn't utilized well, not much here. I believe if they cleaned up the parking lot, new cement, and brought a theater in there it would help the growth of the mall. It's my understanding the mall has been on a downward spiral for awhile. It can be restored just takes patience. As it is now it has some staples but it has nothing to really sparkle the eyes.

No where near what it used to be. If you want a cool place to shop this isn't it. Go to Milwaukee or down to Chicago. It has some decent stores in it but this place needs a tune up to compete with others. Maybe in time but for now it's nothing special.

So it's Saturday 9:07 am ,Google says the mall opens at 9 am, but the gates are still down not letting anyone in at the Planet Fitness entrance, I talked to a person who was trying to shop there and she couldn't even access the store she was trying to spend money in. This is one reason why the mall is on its last leg.

There's not much - can use improvement. There are few spots to stop and eat as well. An Armed Forces recruiting office exists here. A planet fitness is available even after mall hours

It's tiny and there's not much... It'd probably be better off being called a shopping plaza. Most of the stores sell cheaply made and overpriced goods - no wonder nobody can stay in business there. With the latest remodel, they've also removed the food courts, which was incredibly disappointing for myself and my friends/family.

The new remodel looks great. I love the wall art of Racine and the surrounding area. Lighting is nice, music is nice. I think this was a huge improvement for the mall, considering it was kind of gross in the past. Hopefully it will attract more vendors, the mall could use a few more. But a nice place all around.

I walked around the mall for a while just checking things out haven't been there for a few years. Everything look the same maybe newer. Picked up a couple items at the Boston Store. And then went to Planet Fitness it's a good place to shop and workout

This is a pretty decent mall. They have the basic necessities. This just a mall to shop at if you need a quick item at the last minute. I wouldn't spend the whole day here since it doesn't have a full variety like other malls.

It's really a shame how all the anchor stores have left Regency. Some nice niche stores left but nothing big like a Kohl's or similar store to draw customers in.

It went downhill when the arcade disappeared. Most of the interesting stores are gone, it’s been remodeled and it looks tacky and extremely empty. If there was an arcade still I would actually go, it’s mostly clothing and food now... huge disappointment. Everyone who goes there is either in their twenties or over 50. Check out the smoothie place though, best smoothies ever.

Great place to go shopping. They have come along way after they remodeled the interior and improved their entrances. Love the murals and how well they represent the great City of Racine! Looking forward to seeing more in the near future there. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible if needed.

Not much to see here besides Burlington Coat Factory and Planet Fitness. This mall has definitely lost it's excitement and it's businesses. I really can't ever think of a reason to shop here. Mostly, that is because of the lack of options but also because I don't want to be harrassed by the small island businesses that seem to be plentiful.

I remember there being so much stuff in the mall like actual kiosks and really nice stores. Now there's basically nothing and it's still shocking to see it so open spaced. With the lack of shoppers here it genuinely feels like you're the only one there. Once JC Penneys left it's been down hill from there :(

Most of the stores are gone and in there place are billboards with facts and history about Racine. It's good because it could prompt people to leave the mall and do other things but it's a weak mall. It used to be great. And I miss Hot Sam's pretzels.

First off- carpetting? Why? It smells. Its hard to push my stroller on & it looks tacky. 2nd- Its empty as clear as that has already been made by the entire community. Either improve the mall or give up on it

I currently live in Atlanta but come to visit my hometown in Nov. The mall has been remodeled since I last saw it in 2012. It’s still as empty as ever but it was a nice peace and quiet we don’t get in Atlanta malls. My husband liked how relaxing it was.

Regency Mall is in the process of being renovated. Boston store is last big store left. It is closing its doors August 31, 2018. Last of great stores.

The redesigning of the place is been exceptional, it really looks nice warm cozy but I certainly hope they get a lot more stores in there because right now there's a lot of wasted wall space spent on decorations and the history of Racine. Which is fine we need to see that history and be reminded of it but how much is the mall now financially viable with the lack of stores. So it's a nice fully carpeted mall now and it was okay. Some of my old favorites are still there and some new ones that I've never seen before.

Like most malls they are struggling with vacancies. They however have wisely invested in improvements and it doesn't feel like it is struggling. I've enjoyed planet fitness moving in and find myself shopping in the mall more often now.

I love shopping here. Never crowded and they usually keep the knuckleheads out. Peaceful. Clean. I wish they had a food court but that would be my only complaint. Otherwise I'd 5 star it. Great place to shop.

I love regency mall. Back in the day it had a big arcade and now they took it down. The good thing about the mall is that they did alot of remodeling work. The whole flooring is all carpet and feels so comfy when you step on it. The walls and lighting really brings the mall to a nice high-class modern look. If you are in the area, stop by regency mall, the best loving and comfortable mall in the area!

Happy to see that this place is still around. The Boston store and Champs are my favorite places to go in this mall. There's not too many people here at a time so it is easy to spend a couple hours checking out the different shops. There's is fine jewelery, clothing, accessories, and electronics galore. Not too hard to get around at all.

Other than for mall walking Regency Mall hasn't got a lot to offer at this time in my opinion. Many stores are closed and now Boston store is closing. They seem to be remodeling including hanging new ceiling lights so hopefully more stores will start opening up.

This mall is struggling. The only reason I visit it to go to Planet Fitness or if there is something I need. There aren't a lot of stores to choose from. Usually I will have better luck going to the Pleasant Prairie outlets.

It's a mall.... Great shopping? I would drive the extra miles to find better honestly. This mall needs some sprucing up and I don't believe there is even a food court which goes to show that the entire place is really not in great demand. Don't waste your time, go to a different mall with a better selection.
