This place sucks and terrible customer service here. They will lose your jewelry on repairs and expect you not to care. Very poor company, which is why they sold themselves to another jewelry company because they know they suck.

Bait and switch. Showed me a necklace on Monday, said it would be on sale Thursday for a good price (today). Went in to buy it and the same person who showed it to me on Monday suddenly had no idea where it was. "All we got in was earrings". What about the one I saw with my own eyes? "Gee, I don't know".
