Getting feet did, great job ladies thanks!
Nice staff, good prices
It was good late at Kentucky fried chicken then a lady 94 years old lock her keys in her car we helped her go get her keys brought her back to Kentucky fried chicken we had a good day.
Great place to shop
Went with a friend to Roses and found Everything I was looking for
A nice mall with different types a stores. Quite and easy shopping, however a lot of open store fronts.
Good food and great retail center. Clean, safe and family friendly.
Before we went birthday shopping we ate at K and W. Great experience there too
Its a small mall. Nothing special...
Nice place to shop, for younger people.
Big mall
Lots of fun stores
I really enjoy the staff and the popcorn. I think that it's a wonderful place to shop.
Love this mall
A lots changed from my days of going as a teenager lol. But still nice to visit. New places always coming while they old go out.
Went to Hobby Lobby lots of beautiful things. Prices than I expected on some things other things very reasonably priced if you want Little trinkets to craft with it's the place to be
For the area its nice, but needs more worth wild businesses.
Great place to visit
This place has gone downhill, greatly, over the last several years! There's several vacant stores and there never seems to be very many people here at one time. The play area for children is nice and the food court (small) is convenient. Other than that, I'm not sure there's anything special here.
Mercer Mall has changed alot from the days of my youth (25+ years). As mall's are going out of style it seems that the people running this mall are doing their best to keep up with present times. It has a decent food court, staple stores like FYE and BAM, and some unique stores including a used vehicle /motorcycle dealership. Keep it up Mercer Mall, this was a unique shopping experience.
Stores dont have much to offer. Shoe stores didnt have my son's size. Bathrooms were disgusting. Toilets are twisted in their stalls and loose. Locks are broken. Sad to see how this place has went down hill. Miss the bridge and pond that was once there. JC Penny is the only hair salon now.
Went to Rural King, also went previous visit to Machado's restaurant.
I love going to the mall because of the employees...at every shop! They're all friendly! (At least all the ones I've met
GNC has Bang energy drinks! Good selection, nice staff
Nice place. Good stores. Needs more food. Prices are far. All in all we had a real good time shopping there .
Place is just.. bland. Kinda depressing, not at all lively but it serves its purpose.
Was surprised at the store choices. Very clean, would be a great place to walk
They could use more stores and better cleaning services, for the most part it is an ok mall
Sad to say this but the mall is dying. The only thing keeping it alive is the new rural king. Many empty shops the ones that are there you wonder how they afford the rent there are so few people coming in and out. The facility and parking lot are in disrepair and need some TLC. Last time I was there the restroom was disgusting. I've seen cleaner port a John's at a state fair. The whole place needs revitalizing.
Not much there any more several stores closed down think will no longer exist n next five years..sad
The best store in the area for pet toys and treats!
They need electric buggies to help the disable ppl
Always can found what you are looking for
Great mall
This is a mall that is worth your time. Although its offerings have changed over the years, this mall has managed to adapt to change & remain a viable location over the years. However, the decor of the mall itself has fallen completely flat with me. I don't know what the owners were thinking at the time when carpet was laid down over the mall, as it makes the mall look very dull, and almost depressing. If they're willing to address that issue, I would be happy to come again & re-evaluate my review.
Good place to shop and eat. Wish they had a redbox set up in here though.
Sadly, the mall has gone downhill over the years. We have lost a number of dtores, making the mall very much like a ghost town. While there is a small place for children to play and a small arcade, there are currently no toy stores or other stores geared toward children. It seems that the majority of what is left is jewelry, clothing or cell phone stores.
For all of the complainers..be happy to have any kind of mall at all. There was a time when you had to drive to Roanoke for any kind of shopping. I for one will be coming here more to support it, instead of knocking it out of business. Bunch of whiners.
It good place I have trouble getting around some tire easily I did not see carts their are many places to sit but wereany already sitting . More seating would be nice
Always fun with the kids
Mall is dying, like most malls. No innovation or anything unique trying to keep it alive. Shoddy floors, just all around a bad experience.
I was with friends and we shopped at Rose's. They wanted to go further down the mall, so I sat on a bench and people watched until they were finished and back to me.
Very nice and professional
Love going to Princeton
A lot of stores have been shut down, but it's still better than the other malls in the immediate area.
Lots of empty storefronts in this sad little mall. The mall is anchored by Rural King and Roses with JCPenney and Hobby Lobby in the middle. There is a Planet Fitness and Macado's too. There is also a rather unique cafeteria style restaurant which I haven't tried yet and the usual foodcourt choices as well.
Don't hate it, but not a go to place unless I have to. It's a small place, but a decent mall for the area. Never super crowded and has a few good options.
The mall is basically empty. I used to drive the hour or so to go there a couple of time a year. I can't imagine that I would ever go back. An employee at one of the stores said the owners of the mall had raised the rent so much that most of the stores couldn't afford to stay open. That seems like such a bad business decision. Especially at a time when so many brick and mortar stores are struggling anyway.
Needs more clothing stores for bigger ppl. I can’t wear those lil sizes. Maybe a Cato or fashion bug. Something for the food lovers lol
Went to K&W here. Food always good and the staff is pleasant. Also went bargain shopping at Roses
Mall has really gone down since last year when we visited WV. Shame the area has no great shopping mall.
Great stores and prices love the food court
Wish it was bigger. But popular stores, good places to eat, and how it's very conveniently local, make it all the much better. A great place for gatherings. And birthday parties at the arcade!! Love this place.
Enjoy walking around shopping an eating
Watch for the wonderful Lancome premiums at Belk.
It's not a very busy mall. Unfortunately many empty stores, and not very exciting ones open. There are a few trendy places.
This is a great place to shop, just wished they could get a little more stores back in it.
Love don't go on Sundays due to nothing open till 2 in the afternoon
Its alright I suppose
Slowly more and more stores are leaving. I wished it had more stores coming back but it's thanks to online shopping which I am guilty of as well.
This used to be agreatall. But, like all the others nearly empty now. Has a great Hobby Lobby. Chick-fil-A, and a few other stores.
Few good places to eat. Lots of clothing stores and few other different stores. Several empty stores
Good place to eat if you don't care for "fancy". GNC store. Lot of empty business spaces.
I've been going to Mercer Mall since it opened way back when.... I know a lot of big stores have closed. However it's growing again and the stores that are there are as great as ever.
Over priced, and mall needs to be updated...
Love this place list of some girl would be really fun but I ant got no friends ppl don't like me and this ppl up her don't no me like iaeger dus
Losing all of our stores. Like the ones we have but need a lot more in there
Got what I needed at Rural King. Also looked around at Hobby lobby
Empty storefronts
Great place to shop
So many stores to choose from and a theater behind it!
Not many places to shop but plenty of opportunity. They need to take the larger spaces and put in a TJ Maxx or something similar to bring more interest from vendors
Love all the stores but need aroepostal back
Many many shops, there are things for children to do as a break from shopping, wonderful quality.
Wishing there were more stores.
Great stores live the mall
Very nice but sure could use some new businesses to move in. But believe the internet shopping is destroying our malls businesses. I really think we will see more and more stories close down for good. Sad days for those who don't choose to shop in this way.
They don't have a Disney store and I'm very sad but the arcade there is amazing and tons of fun.
Lots of empty store fronts.
Not always clean, stores are in and out, and it's just not a great place to shop.
You got one star for having a mall other then THAT..the atmosphere was tight being im a black woman visiting. ALL EYES ON ME
New to me but was able to find the things I needed quickly
To many empty stores, better off to drive to Beckley.
This place will eventually shut down because they charge their retailers too much money in rent. Most places fall because of the owner. If somebody with half of mine came in they can make a lot of money.
Run down. More empty store fronts than working ones. LOVE HOBBY LOBBY, BELK, ROSES, BATH & BODY WORKS, RURAL KING, and THE DOLLAR TREE.
Great place
Not many businesses left.
A nice small town mall.
Sadly, our mall is suffering the same fate as most malls that aren't located in huge cities. The Wal-Marts of the world have really reduced traffic to places like this. While the employees of the stores are fantastic, much of the charm has been lost due to poor decisions. The little niche attractions that add some magic to malls have mostly been removed (ie the old fountain and stone bridge). The center section is used for the occasional performance, but otherwise this mall is quite bland. The theater, while improved when taken over by AMC, still suffers from being in a separate building in the rear of the property. Though Rural King has brought a little life back to the mall, the slow decline of this once-special place continues.
I see that this is slowly improving just needs to add a few more stores and restaurants to be back to what it used to be back in the day.
Dying mall with limited stores, but they keep it clean and maintained well, and all the staff are friendly
The sweet little lady at Claire's Boutique was such a huge help for me today! Loved her! Wish I knew (remembered) her name
It's okay, not much to do there
It's a ok mall actually is Pretty full of tenants. Not your usual tenant for a mall. Rose's dept store an a farm supply store. I ate lunch at the Macado's which was mistake. We ended up at mall to kill time before movie. Which is in mall lot but for some reason they put it on the outskirts of the mall instead of attaching to it.
Good selection of stores, clean, could use some TLC on the parking lot, and some paint on the building itself.
A shadow of its former self. Most stores have closed. There is the Italian Village which is a great restaurant if you're into giant helpings and tons of cheese.
Clean and nice workers
Staff very knowledgeable and helpful.
Good selection of stores and wonderful atmosphere to shop in
They need to tear this place down and rebuild it. For the parents DON'T let your kids play on the carpets, people with big dips in there mouths spit on the carpet, all the time.
Nice place but it needs a renovation
Very good mall.
As a wide variety of stores from jewelry stores to farming supplies a great place to go
Wish they could get more business. There are some great shops in this mall
Nicely maintained small mall
They need to get more stores
Great mall. Clean bathrooms friendly staff loved it
Luv it here, wish I could shop it every day
The mall itself was very nice, but I went to a store and their Christmas items were not clear about which items were actually on sale for what price because of the discount. I only found out when I got to the register that almost all the items I'd wanted and waited in line to purchase were not actually included in the percentage that was advertised and shown to me by an employee and I had to put back over half the items I had picked out. It was embarrassing.
It's really pretty at Christmas. They used to have giant angels that looked like they were flying up and down the hall. I wish they would bring them back.
There seems to be less and less stores there every time I go.
Great people that work there!! Different options to shop.
Im not really big on malls, but the AT & T store is there so I guess it's cool
Smaller mall but lots of good stores and restaurants available.
The mall was awesome! I went to a birthday party, and had a blast!
Although the Mercer Mall was not filled to capacity, I found myself liking the atmosphere. It had several places to eat. People were friendly. Excellent AE.
Fair selection of stores. Easy to navigate.
The parking lot at the Mercer mall is nothing but potholes. They need to fix this problem.
