Me being from the East coast, this mall is pretty lame. The mall is small and out dated. The food court is a waste of time. I think there may be 5 restaurants to choose from. The Pizza Place is the clear winner!

Pretty good mall. Food court has burritos, tacos, locally owned Italian pizza joint, Stir Fry 88, Chic-fil-a, steak escape, and Aunt Annie's pretzels. Decent selection of clothing stores and sporting goods. Also has a Regal Cinemas with reclining seats.

A good shopping area with plenty of shoe stores. It could use more food choices and more selection of non-clothing shopping experiences, maybe I dunno a Best Buy or something that could fill the need in the area? Thankfully there is a Books A Million and a fun bodega for quick snacks. Single level layout, open walkways, and lots of emprty shops ready to be filled in. Let's hope that those areas get populated soon.

Declining customers and not as many stores. Needs to be barefoot friendly. It is really bland now days. In the 70's it was a social hub for the community with water features and exotic birds to see. Now it is dying a slow death.

This is a great place for almost anything. A food court, movie theaters, department stores, antique car shows, wall climbing, pictures with Santa: They have it. Senior citizens walk the halls for exercise and now there are train rides circling the entire area. This has become the most popular area of town for business. It has high ceilings with a sun roof and on a sunny day it is gorgeous. You can buy hunting gear, a good book or Halloween costumes. And I haven't mentioned Christmastime. Great place to go. No mistaking it. There's something for everyone.

A decent shopping mall that features a good food court with pizza, Chinese takeout, giant pretzels, fast food, and more (including a Chick-fil-A). Music and movie shops are now obsolete (because of changes in technology), but there's a great cinema with 2D and 3D features. There are video game shops like GameStop, high-end bookstores like Books-a-Million, a used toys & collectibles shop, some random shops like Spencer's and Party City, and lots of sports shops and clothing stores. There's a J.C. Penney's and a Sears, but the latter is going out of business and is currently selling everything at rock-bottom prices. There are public restrooms in two different locations in the mall. There's plenty of parking, of course, and seating in the food court for shoppers to rest. The prices in the mall are typically on the high end unless you happen upon a special sale or purchase memberships in select stores. Just about anything you can find here can be purchased at Wal-Mart or Target for a fraction of the price, so I rarely shop at the mall anymore. As malls go in this day and age, this one's decent; but not typically for me.

Not my favorite mall to go to, but it is the closest so if I just need something quick I go here. If I want to make a day of it, I’d go else where. It’s a bummer to see stores closing. Would love to see some newer stores come in but I understand the way companies look at it so it may not happen. It will be nice when H&M opens!

Seems as tho several stores are leaving. I asked at Lane Bryant why they were moving out, the manager said after 38 years in the mall, the mall management let someone else have the space because they out bid on monthly rent, after 38 years!!!

Not anything here to really draw me in. Every good store in this mall is going under. The mall also has a bad smell is certain spots. Nearest to the kids play area it smells like dirty diapers or something. The movie theater is now pretty expensive. It also has assigned seats so I will never go here because if I dont like who I'm sitting by and want to move, I want that opportunity.

I've been going to this mall my whole life. It's not the biggest or most extravagant, but it is very clean and comfortable. I always feel safe and its a great place to take the children. The food court has a decent selection of different restaurants, and they have a coffee shop for you caffeine lovers. I love our mall and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone in the area.

Love this mall. Classic old style with wide open aisles. Disappointed to see some of the sitting areas had been removed. Food court has good variety. Still has Penny's and Belk stores. H&M replaced Elder Beermen. Sad to see Sears is gone, but they are building for a new replacement. Has a few teenager clothing stores and a Kitchen gadget store and Bath and Body Works. We go for the movie theater and mostly to window shop. Still a bright and happy place to visit, walk around and talk with family and friends.

We seem to he getting better stores as time goes on. H&M and Hot Topic are nice additions, Torrid as well. I'm sad to see Sears go. The kids play area is nice for them to run off a bit of steam, but improvements could definitely be made there.

Looking for a gift? The mall is a great place to Go! You can find anything from jewelry to home items! It can be also be a great place to hang out and relax! There are massuses, pedicures, and even hair stylist! The movie theatre provides a nice place for a date with reclining chairs and many snack options.

I'm not a mall rat by any means so my opinion may not be as solid as those who frequently go to malls but I find mixed result when I do go shopping here. They keep things clean, I feel safe, and the atmosphere is fine. My issue is that stores seem to come and go frequently. You also have to fight crowds, especially during holiday seasons. Do your homework before you go and know what stores are actually there as compared to your last visit. Also, it's hard for me to decide to brave the crowd when many of my items are found online. But if getting out is apart of the experience you want then it becomes a better option.

Difficult to go more than a few places if you can't walk long distances or stand for longtimes. They did add some seating areas but that doesn't help the distance to get from the car to a retailer. The city desperately needs to fix the road in front of the mall. I don't need to add tie-rod ends for my car to my shopping list. It's the busiest road in WV too. Always congestion .

Since there are so few malls anywhere in this region, this mall rates a five star because it exists. There are many decent stores to choose from, a play area for children and a few fast food restaurants. The mall is situated in a strip mall so there are a variety of stores in the area.

Grand Central has lost a couple anchor stores but is gaining some major retailers in the near future including: Ross, TJ Maxx, Homegoods, and Petsmart. This will only add value to the area. We enjoy the area and the fact that the mall has a theater as well.

Love going here with my family! I take my kids school shopping here every year and I love their selection of stores that they have now! My son loves to play in the kid area with the other kids and ride the train. The train conductor is so friendly and really made my son want to ride when he got scared of it is first time riding.

This is a very prejudiced mall A company call call for years and they wait till its a company the Market Director personally know and then they have an event (bridal) and noone else can hace one even though the idea was thought of years ago and been calling again for months now and boom noone cal have the same event.
