This Mall is classified in the category of Shopping mall.
Easy to find anything you need, also some food& clothing stores located there.
Like JC Penney
Good barber shop not much food to choose from its ok for the area
Variety could be better.
I'd give 5 stars if they had a Gap but overall, for the area it's not a bad place. Clean and safe!
I'm not big on malls but this one is okay. It had a ton of stores. Not only stores but even some restaurants and a barber shop.. Also, along with a pet store. Lots of options for just about anyone! The parking is nice and never really congested.
Has a bit of different stores, but very little variety nowadays. In recent years, it seems to be dying and struggling to stay relevant with shopping online getting bigger and bigger. I wouldn't be surprised if its doors are closed in the near future and converted into several different stores like the small mall where Cheddar's currently sits a couple miles away.
Really enjoy going there friendly staff good place to walk and eat and shopping highly recommend it
Love the Mall ; I could stay there for hours and not get bored!
Very nice for a small mall. Recommend it for all family members.
A GREAT FARM, HARDWARE and All Around "RURAL SUPPLY" Store! You'll find Many Items there, that you'll not find anywhere else, locally! Their HUGE Variety of Pet & Animal Foods, is unmatched and the Do Have an Apiary Supply Section ... which NO Other store around, seems to have! Yard Furniture and decorations, Pool Supplies, Hunting & Fishing supplies, Gardening, Farm Style Clothing, Food Canning & Preservation supplies and much, much more, rounds out their merchandise line!
Very nice mall.
It's has some good stores in the mall
Convenient mall. Close to 4 lane WV 19. Has a variety of stores covering pretty much anything you could want.
The mall no longer has wheelchairs or strollers for rent. We went there to shop for Christmas and could not do so b/c I had had surgery and needed a chair . Several mothers had shopping carts from Rural King B/C of no strollers. One mother left when we did b/c she couldn't shop without a,stroller . It was a,courtesy that encouraged shopping there . They lost our business that day
I love all malls.
Good prices
Nice
I love the mall!! It's my life
Pretty typical WV mall. A few stores, basically something to do if your teen is bugging you.
Lots of fun things to do. Pet smart is sketchy and I chose to shop at small businesses around my hometown Summersville, but other than that last time I was there it was fun
Love the mall
Just not my cup of tea
The GameStop there is Amazing!
Another mall on life support.
I believe Malls will make a comeback! Crossroads is proof of that. Very easy to navigate, plenty of parking and very nice stores in the mall, JC Penny, Belk and even nice food court with Chick Fillet. If your needing exercise the mall has walking distance laid out for you to shed some lbs. Then once done cool down with Dots ice cream or a Auntie Ann's Pretzels! Live a little and get back to the mall. One suggestion would be to add a theater, a big one with reeling seats and servers to take your order of snacks or pub grub and you wouldn't miss a minute of the show! Just a thought.
Small shopping mall with a few shops worth visiting. Limited restaurant choices. Surprised still open.
Great Mall, they allow service dogs. Pet Smart allows any pet. Lots of stores and even a Hot Topic and Victoria's Secret.
Great place to get just about everything you need..
I walked into American Eagle looking for an outfit for my senior photo shoot and Candice was GREAT with helping me find the perfect outfits! I would've been totally lost if it weren't for you! Best mall I've ever been to! Thank you Candice for being so amazing!!
This place is amazing my daughter and I go there alot when she needs something she gets pretzles and Chick-fil-A and then she can shop get her nails done and I can go to foot locker and finish locker then Journeys
Better than Bluefield
Love it especially the Jewerly store and the music store my favorite places in the mall
Good stores and nice people
Love the county barber shop
One of the better parking lots in which to impregnate a trailer dwelling meth head in all of Raleigh County.
PetSmart in the Crossroads Mall has less stock than other locations. It's disheartening to travel to Christiansburg, for example, to buy the preferred food and treats for our pets, particularly pets with food allergies. I understand the limited stock because the Beckley store is small and cramped. The interior of the store is not exceptionally clean, including the restrooms. The water bowls for the animals is a thoughtful touch, though. The limited stock, congested aisles, and unclean restrooms are the reasons why the Beckley store receives less than a stellar review. Despite being a smaller store, the management and associates should take pride in their store and strive to be better than the online competitors that is driving traditional retailers to close. The community benefits from the retail stores. That's my two cents... thanks for reading!
This mall is just okay. Like other small malls it seems to constantly be combating losing stores and possibly closing. It houses the only steak escape around, so that's nice. It's decently clean.
Couldn't find what I needed
They really didn't have alot of kids stuff
Was ok but not a mall shopper.
Go to Target, if you must. But for the love of all that is holy avoid this black-hole of a building. Nothing that lives near it survives. It is the event-horizon of small business... even big box stores cannot escape its soul-crushing gravity. Barnes and Noble is the opposing pole in the binary star system that holds this crumbling structure together. When it one day goes Supernova, is crushed under the weight of its own failure, and turned into roach-infested drug dens, it will then earn its second star. Stay away.
The most pathetic mall I have ever seen in the US
Great place. I take my kids ones in a while to the playground.
Used to be a real nice mall, but I heard it's condemned and gonna be torn down in 2020...
The discount on sale is OK and additional discounts with coupons is amazing. And most of all, they are happy to make you Happy. Target shopping Mall is the place to be when you visit Omaha.
You got to use the massage chairs is good on your back
Great place to shop and eat. I visited Hot Topic and Spencer.
This mall is what malls would like after an apocalypse... Barnes and nobles was the only lit store..
Great time wandering around an old mall, good place to find service dogs in training.
Just go in and walk around. It’s a mall that is empty, but it’s also like time stood still. Wish the mall management would open this up to Hollywood producers, because it would be a perfect place!
AMAZING! Wish I could give this mall more than five stars. When you walk in, you’re greeted by a scent reminiscent of a haunted library. Many of the stores were closed, most devastatingly, one that looked like a giant garage sale. It smelled just like my uncle’s basement in there, with just a hint of demonic clown, there was a strange light emanating from the back room, in stark contrast to the cold bars blocking the store’s entrance. The upstairs was completely blocked off, which was a real bummer, as I had heard rave reviews about the food court and it’s adjacent bathrooms. The highlight of my trip to crossroads would definitely have to be my visit to the store “Stella’s”. They had many a sword to vanquish thine enemies with, as well as a lovely assortment of perfumes, with names like “sensual” and “pheromones”, shame they didn’t have “chloroform”. A note to management: please consider renting out the top level as apartments, I’d love to call this place my new home, and I’m sure my nighttime friends would like a permanent day time residence as well.
Still has a few places to shop.
Would be better with more shopping and a food court!!
I don't care that it was dead, it was fun just to hang out. Great place for people who like dead malls 'n stuff uwu
There's only a couple stores and they aren't worth the time it takes to park, walk inside and figure out which.
Of you want to experience a "ghost town", come here. I thought the zombie apocalypse had happened and we were in the middle of it. 90% of storefronts are empty and some even boarded up! Escalators shut down. Bathrooms were in shambles. Wow...
Not as busy as it used to be other than at the Target location on the property.
The only place left here is Stellas which is a fun knife and sword place that sells lots if anime stiff and Dragon and fairy statues sort of stuff
Amazing place. Sad its being shuffled to the bottom when it's in suxh2a perfect location
Love the twrget
Target and the bookstore. Thank God for the bookstore. Crossroads is a ghost town
Let it die already.
Target and borders. Parking. Good access
This place is commercial blight. I can't wait for it to be destroyed and replaced.
Terrible, went down hill fast. Need something new in this location.
Feels bad to rate a place so poorly. Especially when it used to be a staple of a community. Not much reason to go here any longer though, unless you're actually at Target.
It had a nice Target, not much else.
Saddest mall I've been to. A least it connects target and Barnes & Noble.
Smaller target then most. Ok for selection.
Always clean and well stocked!
Nothing but empty store fronts... Didn't even have a good court
THE Place Is Empty and it's Sad ☹️
Crossroads isn't really a mall anymore, just a couple small stores next to a Target.
I went to your friendly local Target store, very nice location quite a few things to choose from also food clothing automotive pharmacy etcetera etcetera. Wheelchair accessible and electric card for those who can't walk long distances. On the Richter scale I would rate them about 8.
Lot's of cool stores.
It's about as vacated as you would imagine it to be, great for just walking around.
If this was back in the day ....it would be 5 star.....now with how corporate America works it has deteriorated....sad, very sad
There is Target or Barnes and Noble. Otherwise it's abandoned, the few shops inside are worth a good cringe laugh. It's fun to go upstairs or on the parking garage roof, but security will come get you if you go there.
It's pretty much just Target and Barnes and Nobles
I do wish it had a Victoria secret but other than that I love it
Target is great and always clean and well kept. Not a fan of the rest of the mall it's just so outdated and known as the zombie mall. They really should incorporate more up and coming stores or well known stores. To get more people in there. It's so close to me and I'm a huge shopper wish they'd do more with it.
it is ok.. i only go here for target when i pass by here
I love this old haunted mall. A great backdrop for a horror movie. I like the Barnes and Noble.
Wow. Nah. That's all I can say.
I hope they can find a good use for this space. While there are a few eclectic and interesting stores still in the mall, it's definitely a shell of its former self. Not uncommon with malls across the country, but I hope someone comes along with a great idea to make the space usable and inviting once again.
Luv this place they could have tho more sales n betters sales n they could lower prices period... Just saying they'd get a whole alot more business!!!
Had lunch at Shoney',s. Very pleased.
Close to home & great sales.
Average not much there.
Best mall around the area.
Cleanest bathrooms I've seen at a mall.
Great shops
I love Rural King! It's my favorite store in the mall!
Ok. Just glad to see them growing. Just want to see more growing with more stores
Good stores and friendly staff
Not too much stuff here that I can find but food was good
The overflowing feelings of 80's nostalgia due to being within this mall, evoke the greatest throwback experience possible. Its like living in a scene of "Fast times at Ridgemont High". Also, Hot Pretzels.
An okay mall to spend an hour or two in. The variety of stores is all right. Enjoyed our dinner at the Shoney's located there.
It a small mall but it's nice. It's clean with several places to eat. There seems to always have sales or clearances going in a few stores. A few miles down the road you have more places to shop as well as restorants. I visited again in December 2018 and all was good again. Even Santa Claus was there and very jolly so I even came back again to gave pictures taken with Santa, me and my boy.
Love this store
This mall seems to be holding it's own as far as malls go. Most of the stores are open and seem to have a decent selection. Probablty due to Rural King taking over the Sears store.
Nice store to shop. Very good prices too.
Love shopping here
Nice place good food
Great shopping! Security was very pleasant and helpful when we asked a couple of questions.
It's small but nice.
Not a bad mall
Great Environment! Lots of places to shop and has some great food choices! The employees are very friendly! Will return soon!
To many people for me & my favorite store has left .."# kitchen collection'
Check out Belk's Lancome counter.
My family and I always love eating at Alfredo's the food is cooked fresh and always is amazing. The staff is friendly and the owner is such a great guy. LOVE THIS PLACE. The shoe store has good deals most of the time. They are upgrading a lot of the stores. Victoria Secrets, Hot Topix, Bath and Body, And several others. Always kept clean. A good place to spend a day.
THE BEST STEAK SUBS.!!!!!
It's a Small mall.
Love this mall.
Outdated but its all we got
If you just want to do something, this place will sufice. A couple good restaurants & Rural King is worth a visit.
I love the mall... Though I feel it's dieing
Easy to get to. A few good stores.
I enjoy coming here as opposed to Charleston. A change is always good!
Local mall with run if the mill stores that rarely change their stock. Stays fairly clean which is nice the few times each year I go there looking for a reason to come back. Mist if the time I don't go inside because the pet store has its own entrance & is my primary reason for visiting.
I was not there. I was at a home on Webster Street.
Stay away. Everything is closed and it feels like a zombie hideout from a bad B-movie. Target, Barnes and Noble are the only valuable shops here.
This is probably the deadest dead mall I've ever seen. I'm from out of town, and my wife and I ended up here as we were driving through Omaha. It was a weird experience to say the least. When you walk into this mall, it almost feels post-apocalyptic. I guess it is a victim of the retail apocalypse, though. You can easily see this was probably an amazing mall during it's heyday, but that time is long past. Honestly, if I were to come back in five years, I'd be genuinely surprised if this mall was still open to the public in its current state.
This mall is in deed in need of a makeover and some business's Should they want to grow.
Old and very rundown. Should've been torn down a long time ago.
This place exists, but only barely. I went to the target, but the mall is essentially closed with occasional closeout sales brought in. I hope someone successfully redevelops this soon. Sincerely.
It's a mall. It's a nice mall! It's a mall that doesn't feel like it's dying on the vine. What a marvel in today's world. Great foodcourt.
Much nicer inside then I expected
I grew up with Crossroads being the centralized place to shop for everything mall. Now, with most every retailer gone, it's simply a shell of fading memories.
Hardly considered a mall. More like a oversized flea market
Not much left here sadly.
It’s alright, but it really needs to be re-done because it’s falling hard. There are some stores but mostly just close-out deals for stores that are running into the ground.
The anime store is the best thing in existence here.
Good place to shop and see store.
Sad shell of an old mall.
Certainly a dying mall. It's sad, considering how central its location is. The B&N is great, and the mall is an interesting place to explore to get a feeling of how Americans can afford less and less to go on shopping sprees just for the sake of it.
Got some good stuff here
The "Free Wifi" is kinda fake. You have to sign up for the Wi-Fi. The didn't travel through the whole mall. The food area was kind of small and way to big of a line
Dead mall that was once a very nice place.
I was only in and out of Target. Only other store I visit is Barnes and Noble. So sad to see the place that was once vibrant in such a depressed state
Mastercuts good barbers Ask for paul
Hardly any open stores in the whole mall. Nice location but seemed to be closing all businesses and no explanation or end in sight. Disappointed with the entire experience
Its dead.
Grew up with this mall. I would really hate to see it go under, especially in such a prime location such as 72nd and Dodge.
Barenes and Noble rock
way too many stores to visit in one day. this is definitely a multi-trip mall. also I haven't been since 1991 but im assuming nothings changed
So sorry to hear Sears is closing. I love Barnes and Noble, one of the only places I can still go to read and have some excellent coffee.
Good target
Still a dead mall. Frown.
The only thing good about this mall was barns and noble other than that it's pretty close to a ghost town.
Still has some good stores
Looks abandoned. Not many stores. The Target and Sears connections were shut so you had to go outside anyway. Just skip it, unless they do a major remodel
Only the imbeciles that are in charge of this city could possibly let a prime location like the Crossroads Mall became the barren desert that it is. But the disgusting self interest of the low life backwoods politicians that keep getting re-elected trumps the greater good of the city always. The city of Omaha deliberately creates racial and class divides for the benefit of the local wealthy and it ultimately makes the city look bad on a national level. People who move here want the convenience of nearby shopping like real cities have. The city leadership has no idea how to revive the once thriving commerce districts because they are all from Omaha and do not have a world scope. The Crossroads was jam packed on the weekends not more than 20 years ago but the campaign of the local press to create a “bad side of town” has actually worked. The mall is a reflection of how pathetic city leadership has become. How is there as empty commercial property on the Main Street of the city?
Still has a barns and noble..
Great sales!
This mall is pretty bare. It is a beautiful mall and it would be great to see it revived. Great location in Omaha too.
Older mall, pretty desolate at times: visited over a weekend and the mall was pretty empty on a Friday and Sunday afternoon.
What a waste of precious space... So many unfortunate people all over Omaha, homeless people all over with nowhere to go because the shelters we do have are full yet we have this empty mail that could house so many people, so many innocent children.. But no. Screw that insane, disgusting suggestion, big Corp needs their paper. Sad.
This "dead mall" is a strong reminder of a past era - an age where people would come and enjoy indoor shopping in one center. A lot of the reviews posted are positive, to my surprise. Another Google Reviewer mentioned they did not care about the quality, it was fun to hang out. I cannot possibly think why anyone would want to hang out here. Plus reviews should be about quality of the services, products, and overall establishment. The entire second floor is shut down and there are only two interesting stores: a museum and the famous fantasy themed shop. Target has an entrance but it was closed when I visited (you could only access from the outside target entrance).
I am very grateful that there is Barnes and Noble bookstore that is relatively close to my home so I can still satisfy my book fix.. lol
As of Spring 2019, it seemed to be pretty much closed down and deserted. A few stores were open, such as Borders Books. I do not know if a revival/reopening is planned.
I really don't visit this location except for when the kids sale happens for Take2 or if i have a quick run to Target. THis use to be a great mall but so many businesses have left.
I loved this mall when I was a kid had a lot of fond memories there with my mom rip Kelly rinn
Hope to see this place come back alive
Omaha has far better malls, give this one a pass.
Good place to be..
Had what I needed
My God Crossroads in Terrible. This is the very definition of a dying mall. If you want a good mall, go to Westroads or Village Pointe, both down the road. This mall is falling apart, is super dirty, and has a crime problem.
What a beautiful property! Wish I could have seen it in its heyday!
Has stores with unique merchandise that you won't find elsewhere!
Very very very very very good Barbara ❣️
As most of you know, this mall is one cough from dying completely, although there are a few very pleasant shopping experiences attached to it, namely Target and Barnes and Noble, both of which I enjoyed visiting today.
Barnes and Noble. Need I write more? Five stars!
I didn't realize they opened later on sundays. Mostly nice stores here
Its a mall can't go wrong but it does have mall prices
Best and closest mall to me love to go there still sad over the loss of FYE tho
Nice mall
Go here weekly to get shoes
Shopping, food and lots of steps!
Beautiful holiday decorations. Easy parking. Employees I encountered were all very nice.
We ate at the new shoneys very nice environment and nice staff
This is Raleigh County’s biggest shopping mall. A good amount of stores and plenty of parking spaces. Clean and organized well, on top of plenty of vending machines throughout as well as restaurants such as Chick-fil-A! There is a wide variety of stores, and the solution to finding your way through with ease relies on the ability to read large print signs throughout the area or just strolling around looking. I’m sure many will enjoy.
Like most malls, transitioning from loss of some chain/anchor stores.
Very nice liked the charging stations Mercer mall should do that
I only went to Kay Jewelers at the mall today. My hubby insisted I replace at least some of my jewelry that was lost when our house burned down in March. Customer service was outstanding. Karen was wonderful and very knowledgeable in helping me pick out some beautiful pieces. Definitely where you should shop for your jewelry needs.
Store I like to visit are not there anymore
Best shopping mall close to our area. Good selection of stores.
Wide variety of merchandise.
Nice mall in Beckley area.
If ur mall has a shoneys it needs work wall Mart is taking over the world
Went to petsmart. Left petsmart without purchases. The service is horrible. Attitude. It needs to close, If you dont want to have customer service. Manager is not any better. I think we were the wrong ones.
Radio Shack went out of business or pulled out they need a simular firm to carry a lot of variances of items for electronics this would be great because the demand for all types Electronics
Was trying to park in a handicapped spot today and someone without a placard cut me off and took the spot from me. I'm on a Walker and needless to say, I didn't get my Father's Day shopping done. Where the hell was security? I had to turn around and go back home and will not be returning to crossroads mall.
It's ok. Not alot of stores to choose from. But the stores they do have is ok.
One of my favorite malls.
I'm not much for going to the mall. I don't care for big crowds and the distance that you have to walk. I only gave a review to say they really need to have motorized buggies for those who aren't physically able to walk the length of the mall.
Had a great shopping experience.
Purchased some luggage, returned to car not realizing it had a few scratches on it. Returned item, took a little time but a man named Mark made it an experience I will never forget. He was funny. The young man that helped me with the return was very pleasant and helpful. I believe his name was Cameron.
Great shopping, an food, restaurants
Rural King is personally one of my favorite places and it is here at Crossroads mall. Parking is free and well light. While there visit the MELTING POT fragrance that is unreal. Lots of attractions surronding the mall as well. Traffic in the area was crazy and it wasn't busy while I visited. Expect traffic would be insane if the area was busy. Not the malls fault but it's the only reason for 4 stars and not 5.
I like the shops here
I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Crossroads mall is the perfect place to just enjoy a day with friends or hang out with a significant other.
Christmas shopping with my son always fun ..Replaced my stolen wedding band at Kay's Jewelry love my new ring almost identical to my old one..❤
Nice place.
Awesome
Love the mall!
Very small mall, well maintained but not a lot to choose from....
Lots of shops, friendly people, well maintained.
So many new & different businesses have opened here since my last visit several years ago! Very nice!
It's coming back finally. The Rural King helped it a lot, hopefully, no more stores go away.
Nice mall
So much to choose from it's a great place to just go and walk.
Great shopping mall. Has great places to eat and a diverse shopping selection.
My server, Charity was the best part of my visit to this Shoney's. Had ordered a medium rare steak, but it wasn't medium rare. The replacement steak took an even longer time. But Charity had handled the situation with a charm and professionalism that was absolutely exemplary, and saw to it that the situation was well taken care of.
Walk it like I talk it
This mall is dead so sad sad
Weird lay out
Best selection of clothes
Things are looking up for this mall, and I sincerely hope something is done to improve it and to bring more traffic here. Even the busiest malls in Omaha are feeling the Amazon effect, however, so it should be interesting to see what happens here.
Just sad to see the state of the mall currently! I remember when the Crossroads was always packed and at one time it was the place to go to get the lastest fashions and great food!
The only good store is Sears. They need to revive the mall and put more stores.
Good shopping center, sad to see it go downhill in a busy part of town.
The most depressing mall in America.
It was a good mall back in the day but now its an eye sore that needs to go!
This place needs to close...and something new put in... Target and Barnes n Noble...only places worth going. End of an era....
Not anything special, looks like any other target
Went for the Take2 sale. Made out pretty good. Didn't do anything else with the mall lol.
I feel bad to say it but the mall is mostly dead. If you're not going to 1/2 price clothes, Target or Barnes and Noble there's really nothing there.
I was back in Omaha visiting family when came down with an ear infection. Not only is the staff at Crossroads knowledgeable and professional, but they also were quick and caring. I left there knowing I was diagnosed correctly and felt comfortable calling them with any questions - should they arise. It will be my go-to place for future needs.
The mall is more than empty. Sears is closing. There's like 4 or 6 shops. Target is attached but keeps their door to the mall closed. This dump reminds me of the National Visa Center, which is run by the state department of the United States. Empty like the brains of the people who run or work At The National Visa Center.
Barnes and Noble. Oh books, i love to read.
It's your average mall
Very little there now. The lot has really bad potholes. Since there are still a few businesses still there, they should be keeping up on the lots.
Really went down hill. Nothing there besides Target, but who doesn't love Target?
The very definition of a "dead mall." If I hadn't seen a handful of other people wandering the dark corridors I would have been worried about trespassing. Nearly every gate was pulled down. Each store (of the 5 or 6 that had merchandise) had self-posted hours that varied given the day of the week. The Target was open, but was inaccessible via mall entrance. Barnes & Noble was open and had a decent amount of shoppers. It was a neat experience (because of the creepy, horror movie feel) but I don't reccomend if you are actually shopping. Unsure why it is still open at all.
Tear it down, it is on life support, one store left,Target....
Great job@
Empty shell ! Can't access K- Mart from mall . Have to go outside to enter. Other than the last Sears in our geographical area no reason to stop. Be careful leaving after dark !!!!!
In my opinion the worst things that affected the once nice mall was the little punk gangs running rampant and Walmart.
Nothing there. It's just run down and boarded up. The only thing is Target and they have their shared entrance with the mall all blocked off. No indication that anything is wrong. The whole second story was off limits and only a few shops in a very very big mall. It was sad and unsettling to walk around in.
Went to have taxes done by .A.A.R.P Free of charge,????
It's nice what's still there
Management does not keep current a listing of shops on their WEB site. As large as this mall is, management should. Other malls throughout America have larger malls and are able to keep their list current and correct.
Nostalgia alone prompts me to give this place a 3 star rating. There are few stores left in this once great mall, like so many others in America. Walking through the place takes me back to when it was alive with activity. Holiday memories come rushing back when literally thousands of people were inside shopping. Now, it is little more than kiosks, a Barnes and Noble, a dying Sears, and a Target store capped on one end like a shiny crown on a molar.
Not much here anymore
Loved my shopping trip at Bells.
Very nice place to shop, friendly cashiers, which is hard to come by these days, also to get your walk in for the day. Variety of shopping areas new to the mall is rural king, also a very fun place to shop for almost anything for a farm girl or guy. Be surprised what all you might find.
Clean, safe place to shop or just go for a walk.
Rural King and lots of retail stores friendly small town feel
There's great fashion friendly shops This is truly a really nice mall there's so many malls that have fallen into bad shape and needs repair with super pad carpets but this mall is clean up to date and really nice and Family friendly place to shop.
Great people to work for
Popularity is dying but still a nice place to go on the weekends
It's not too overwhelming as malls normally are. Some great shops that you don't find in many places.
Been going here since I was a kid
Have great buys at times
Safe place to shop. Small mall.
Nicely maintained smaller mall
Not much to look at here anymore. Place is dead
It's well maintained. There is a decent bit to choose from but it's kinda dead if you ask me. Not much going on there anymore.
Great deals
Amazingly quiet mall parking was full but mall was empty. Many great stores have very composed stores.
It’s alright. It has stores. Some. Not what I would consider a large amount. Very lacking in food options. I will say that Rural King was a great addition and one of the only reasons to go. The bathrooms are relatively clean though. Not many amenities besides massage chairs. They need to bring the movies back or something.
I like the place and find interesting characters walking through the mall.
They need to lower there expectancy for rent costs... because it's so high they have lost a lot of great businesses in the mall... And many spots are empty.
Lots to do and see
Luv to go here
Why is there only 1 bathroom in the main mall???
Clean and neat good variety of stores Belk was very satisfied with the service of the lady at the Estee Lauder counter very helpful and friendly
Cool Mall. Very nice.
Enjoyed my day there, very kind and curtious folks. Will definitely go back.
Nice place to spend an afternoon. Good stores and there's always chick fil a to eat at.
Great mall, always clean and safe.
It's a very nice place to go to. Plenty of free parking and lit up at night
The mall itsself is ok they need more stores
Was disappointed that the Kitchen Store went out of business. Mall was clean. People were friendly.
Had fun shopping with family in town for Memorial Day.
Love that place
Great place
Small, not enough to go around but it's ok.
Actually really like this mall. I have personally been going here since I was a teenager when we moved to the area. It may be a smaller mall but it has everything I have ever needed and more. Plus their JCPENNEY has a Sephora ! Big plus. Everyone I have ever dealt with have been super friendly and helpful. Great place to shop.
I like this mall not really packed with the usual crowds and has a rural king for the farm
I really like Crossroads Chevrolet. Bought our first new vehicle there in 2016. They are great to work with. Always so nice and helpful.
Not bad.. A typical mall
It's a mall. Overpriced with all the typical things you can find online for a lot less. Some of the restaurants are pretty good.
We didn't shop because the cash registers were down and they asked us did we want to wait. NO
I would like to see more stores. Great area for those who like to see what they are buying v.s. online.
Tear it down already. It's embarrassing.
Back in the day this mall was awesome! Today though, it's simply a shell of a building with only Target and an awesome Barnes & Noble store that bring anyone in. At Christmas time, there is a great place to buy trees in the front parking lot and in the summer, a fantastic fireworks stand. Other than this, there truly isn't a real good reason for most folks to visit here.
I love everything about it
I’m not sure how this place is still open. It sad to think that this place at one time was the spot to be!! I can’t wait for them to take it down and build something new and fresh.
I live near this mall it’s not like really mall empty place
Not much left to keep mall alive, a quincera store a Target, and martial arts studio, and a barnes and Noble are about all that's left
Target dependable
This mall is barely standing. Only store that keeps me coming back is Stella's
It would be be better if there were more stores
Bustling mall with a good variety of shops. Best food court around with local flavors and craft foods and beer. Great space too meet up with friends for shopping and lunch.
Love Target!
Very clean, nice envirement dor shopping.
Would not recommend coming here.
At some point this mall will have a purpose, until then this is just a Barnes and Noble and a Target.
So grateful for Barnes and Noble still being there. Great selection in books
Not at all like it was during its heydays of the 80s and 90s. I only go there for the Super Target on the South Side or the Barnes & Noble on the North side.
At Crossroads Mall I go to Stellas Belle Beaute. They have all kinds of things there. I love to go and get jewelry, necklaces, rings perfume oil... I even bought my purse there! Never know what you will find!
In and out, got what I wanted, but a dying mall. Cannot actually enter the mall from an anchor store. Total of 3 potential anchors, one, dillard closed, the other Sears has one foot in the grave. Few national chain stores. Great target and Barnes and Nobel
This place would be better off as a public green space!
This is a graveyard to what use to be.if they would just invest in the mall and upgrade the face and options in the mall much like they did in the westroads I think they would attract more businesses. There is a need for a mocvie theater in that area of town. Maybe a Dabe and busters, persuade petco to come overand pull in some other viable businesses that would make it worth wild. Otherwise shut the doors and stop wasting business space!
They need to do more
Almost no stores
The reviews : are just that, I guess if you don't need to go there you don't, but for some of us others, we like it, and hope its popularity someday comes back.
Not actually a mall little to no shops left but good for use as indoor walking course
Just about every store you would want. Just opened a new VANS. The stores are wall to wall people.
Very nice place
I love going to Target! They have the correct size bags for bigger items such as paper towels and toilet paper. And it's a clean store with all the newest fashions.
Good shopping
Gorgeous and lots of shops. Love the stream!
Just a quick stopover out of the rain.
I thought zombies would attack it's a dead zone
The Barnes and Noble is very nice, as is the Target. But that's all, folks. The mall itself is a dark, creepy ghost town. Nothing to see here, move along.
