Stood in the the store for 15 minutes and we were never acknowledged by associates. Waited around and eventually left for sprint where we were greeted as we came in the store and helped promptly.

The salesman Doug lied to us, several times. I have been fighting with ATT for months trying to get our early termination fees paid as promised by the salesman, even in a text message and they will not honor his promises. They say we did not qualify for the promotion. It doesn't matter to them that he lied to us. So buyer be ware!!!!

Trying to get a prepaid sim card to go out of town to a place that only has att service available. They don't seem to want anyone's business.

Horrible service. A gentleman with a name tag that said manager assisted me and was horrible and uncaring about the issue I was having. Shrugged his shoulders and said "sorry". No effort to help at all.
