Decided to hit Valley Mall for a pair of Tenner shoes went to Champs for the first time gentleman that helped me was friendly even offered to let me order something online if I didn't find what I wanted, got a pair of shoes for half off fantastic buy. Also got a great Buy on some damn fine t-shirt's. First time at Champs, won't be the last though. Good prices!

Food court is a bit dirty all the time, but the food is really delicious. The staff working in the stores are generally nice and helpful which let's you ask questions if you have any. Solver Safari's staff are super helpful and if you're going to buy rings anywhere, I'd suggest there, you can try different sizes of the same style

It is a typical mall with what you would expect. They have an H&M which at this point is an expectation walking into a mall, so I was happy to head into my favorite clothing store. The restrooms are well placed and they do seem to have above average mall good with a pita pit

I like this mall quite a bit more than north town mall on the north side. Has a cleaner feel and better stores. Good location right by the freeway. The theater there is great and is pretty clean for the most part. Love the H&M store.

It's a nice mall that you can freely enjoy and get your steps in. And they do have the convenience of lots of shopping choices, The Best Tattoo Shop In The Area!! Lots of food choices and quality parking spaces! Great to get a snack or special drink and just hang out there!

There are no cameras in the parking lot! My car was stolen in broad daylight. This is supposed to be a family friendly place, yet I do not feel safe parking my car there anymore. I come to find out this is not the first time this has happened, cars have gotten broken into and stolen. They need to install cameras at all the entrances at least if not the whole parking lot!

I do not shop at malls very often..I prefer small local businesses..but this mall has always been clean and has unusual stores..Easy parking area near all the entrances...food court is great ....

Besides the awesome amount of stores that aren't available in Moses Lake or Wenatchee they have the shitzu massage chairs and boy are they wonderful especially after a long drive in a car and got to have Cinnabon when you're there

Pretty standard as far as malls go. The Jamba Juice and Orange Julius are both frequent stops for me! In general, very clean and well laid out. The food court is not spectacular, but they do have Pita Pit... so I'm not complaining! :D

Lots of great stores and restaurants in and surrounding the mall. Easy access off I90 from either the east or the west. Great movie theater also. Also very important, Safety!!! I've been going to this mall exclusively for 18 years and have never once ever looked over my shoulder in the stores or in the parking lot.

Ok so basically i was at the vans store, trying to enjoy my cold egg, when the manager (anti egg man) yote me back into the main part of the mall. At this point i was angry beyond belief, i marched back in and demanded i get me egg back and in exchange he could retain the ability to walk. He agreed. I know own 3 egg and the manager of a vans knee caps

Bigger than the northtown mall and a better variety of shops. Carousel in the food court for the kiddies along with kids tables. Better dining options as well. Less littered with teens than the other malls nearby. Definitely provides a nice shopping experience.

The mall isn't somewhere I tend to go without specific reason, but I generally enjoy myself each time I visit. The mall is has lots of stores with expensive merchandise, as every mall does. The best part of the mall is the Regal Cinemas location. I can never take mall security seriously. While safety is important, in some ways it seems overdone, with meaningless policies.

We moved out to the valley about a year ago now. Previously we lived in town on the south hill so if we went to a mall it was usually the North Town Mall which has gotten a bit run down and gross. I've been to the Valley Mall a handful of times now and have enjoyed my experience. It's relatively clean. It has a great selection of food and things to do. The only thing that's a bit irritating is that the theater and the mall aren't connected. Would be nice not to have to go outside trying to get to the theater.

I really enjoy this mall more than any other in Spokane. The variety of shops keeps me coming out to the valley many times a year. Multi levels offer all different kinds of stores with clothing for men and women, toy stores, home and decor, as well as coffee and a Hop Jack's restaurant on the main level.

I came on a Sunday at 6:15 to the south side, East entrance of the mall and went up to the door and they're locked. There is no sign with the hours on it at all. There are cars in the parking lot. I was discouraged. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ I went back later and in very small print on the right corner of the glass doors there were the hours.... NEEDS TO BE AT EYE LEVEL.... AND FRAMED IN A WAY TO SEE. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I love the Spokane Valley Mall! We aren't even from the area, but know that we can go there to meet pretty much any need. I think it's awesome how they have so many different family activities, too, really making it more than just a collection of stores. It's more like a destination spot. They even have a library!

Great stores, a bit on the quiet side. The Macy's associates (some, not all) are quite snobbish and rude. If you don't look like you have money and are just window shopping, they stick there noses up and ignore you. Better stick to your name brands for this mall.

The mall has a great variety of stores all in one location, but we must be prepared to pay for such convenience I guess. Things are quite expensive here, but if diligent in our search, we can find the occasional "half off the twice the price sale". I see there are now additional attractions, a bungee jump and such.

Less mall-rats than at Northtown mall. Good ice cream at Big Bear Chocolates. Enter at Sears side entrance, escalator upstairs to Big Bear Chocolates for fudge and delicious ice cream.

Small store, always organized well. Often out of the sizes I am looking for. Like almost every time! Myself and my toddler daughter have a hard time supporting in the clothes(work clothes for me and toddler clothes for her) and shoe sections. But let me tell you, the hair salon! I found my gem of a hair stylist there! Krista is great! Professional and knowledgeable, she really knows her craft and is just all around great. You can tell she mentors the other stylists there as she explains to them what she is doing and why. I am so glad I found her!!

Valley Mall is usually not very busy, so you can find parking, visit stores, eat, coffee clutch with friends and walk around. In the winter 5 of my friends and I meet up for coffee and walk around the Mall 4 times around is almost a mile. It's warm, safe. Cool in summer. People are friendly there as well.

I recently heard about a Kevin Smith movie called "MALLRATS". I went to the Spokane Valley Mall to see for myself. I was pleasantly surprised that there were indeed no rats, nor Ben Affleck's. I did however notice they have a free gym. They have 2 Stairmasters, one always goes up, the other always goes down.

Definitely a nice mall with almost all the usual shops! I've never been there when it was super packed, and personally that's what made it a great experience, although neither have I ever been there during peak hours! It's right next to the interstate so it's easy to find and a great mall to "impulse" visit!

I went to Sears looking for a particular item. It was a long shot, they carried the type of item, but not the size I needed. That's ok, cause like I said, it was a long shot. I was happy to learn that they are not closing this location.

A lot of store changes. Staff inside were helpful. I could not find a service even though listed on Google n store sight plan. A staff member sweeping area advised had closed down month or two before and was helpful to tell me where relocated. Very nice. We walked around. Only 2nd time to mall. Very clean, nice variety of stores, clean bathrooms, nice vendors.
