To this day this business receives a rating of 4.1 over 5 and the score has been based on 3662 reviews.
As you can read, it reaches an opinions average is good, and it's based on a very high number of reviews, so we can think that the score is quite faithful. If there are many people who bothered to value when they've done well with the business, it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to set tatings when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Mall is classified in the category of Shopping mall.
Din Tai Fung is always great with good food and service
One whole level being remodeled during December. Lots of v high-end shops, if that's where you'd like to shop. Me - not so much. I went there for a last minute card from Papyrus.
I loved the shopping areas nearby. Thanks for the invite to get a new sighting of as place I never been before
Well kept mall
Excellent theaters!
Very nice shopping mall. Pacific Place seems to be thriving in an era when malls are on the decline.
It's open, but under renovation right now. I'm 110% positive I'll be returning to update to a 5 star rating once the upgrade is complete.
Impossible to find an entrance to the mall. Have to walk half way around the block to find it. Also if you park in the parking garage it will cost you $7 for just a few minutes.
Great mall, currently the main portion is under construction but I'd have to say they have one of the best parking.
Nice place to be.
Nice layout. Loved the waterfall.
My granddaughter loves this mall
I've only been to this theater once but I loved it! The staff were professional and I love that they show international films with subtitles.
It is under renovation, so things are a bit limited. It will be a marvelous place when the renovations are finished.
The mall is pretty old and a bit confusing to find your way around. The good part is that there’s construction going on and they will renovate it to be more modern. They are adding more hallway space and hopefully that will make things look nicer! Wondering how the stores perform since I didn’t notice many people in the mall even over the weekend. However, the parking space is very full every time we try to park there.
Everything is under construction inside, not a lot of stores are open
Nice place to step inside and grab a lunch upstairs- I recommend the Pike Place Chowder as it is less busy than the one on the waterside and you'll be able to find a seat a lot easier too. You can also hangout downstairs in the giant Barnes & Noble and browse for books or boardgames and comics. Dotted around the mall, there are some high luxury outlets and a bridge to Nordstrom's. The movie theater is also there. Pacific Place is clean despite the renovations in the main atrium as of spring 2019. Parking is available below the building for a cost. HANDICAP INFO Elevators are available and are big enough for a wheelchair plus more. The Barnes & Noble street entrance is not handicap accessible, However the bookstore is accessible from the bottom floor of the main mall and does have its own elevator. The Barney's also has its own elevator.
Love the parking garage here, but the mall itself is horrible with all the construction going on. I don't think it should be open in it's state.
This mall is currently under construction otherwise it would be five stars. It is in the middle of downtown Seattle with lots of high-end shops and great places for fun eating. There is also a large Barnes & Noble and movie theater.
It was a pretty fun place and you can see there will be a lot of potential one day. Hopefully the construction is completed soon and more of the stores open. We did find a fun restaurant inside that was really good and I would return for. So there's that.
Went for AMC, was pretty decent
I bought dozens of body cream in Victoria's secret... Only cost 24 dollars!
Most everything you could need in the heart of Seattle downtown. Next door to a second theater with a first at top floor, a book, game and cell phone store at the bottom. Nordstrom next door via the sky-bridge and a decent selection of restaurants at the top next to the theater.
Oops! It's summer, it's Seattle, it's buzzing with tourists and this place is going through some tenant improvements renovations. Really? What happened? Translate the lost revenue into $$$ and one could feel the pain. Irrespective of ongoing tenant improvements, this place is a great Seattle stop for its light filled atrium, variety of brand name stores, restaurants, a movie theater, brewery and simply the experience that is unique from the street life outside. It's almost a refuge from the intensity of life on the streets outside.
Under construction!! Many stores still open I felt like I needed a hard hat
Nice mall to visit for both locals and tourists.
Pacific Place is not too bad of a place to visit.
Nice mall with several good restaurants
Whole place is gutted, I've heard the new owners are optimistic but cant seem to get it together, unfortunate for a lot a businesses had to shut their doors
They're really making lot of changes. So, be careful with all of the construction.
Met relative there for a quick visit. Fantastic! So much to do. Parking free with validated parking ticket. Met for lunch and Barnes and Noble. So many floors. Wow!
Looks like a nice enough place... But for the construction
Great shops!
The visual effects the way it makes you feel comfortable the food is great the shops are excellent I got to find sums up
Great environment. I really like this location.Nice clean and classic indoor mall in the middle of the downtown shopping district.Awesome place!
Big, bright, friendly. Lots of parking garages within a few blocks. Navigating the city streets is not for the faint of heart and not something I would want to do after dark (due to visibility; it's a safe area). Store shops are expensive because it's a premium downtown area. The movie theater is excellent and reasonably priced.
I used to frequent Pacific place when I lived a couple of blocks from there, as I shopped at some of the stores inside. The holiday ceremony or Christmas events are fun to attend with family, though it gets ridiculously crowded. Don't forget about the theaters at the top floor, as I normally did. Or your wallet, as you will be out of place without it. That is, unless toy have a digital wallet.
Beware: Mall Currently Under Interior-Renov. Construction. Lots of exposed support beams w/ rough core-poured concrete, though mostly kept 'safely' boxed-in behind wood (you'll see the most while riding escalators) and Of course there's a TON of Scaffolding throughout. Perfectly Safe!!! Just be sure to keep small children tightly-reigned while between ind. Stores.
It was under construction when we were there. I will be looking forward to seeing the updates.
Nice clean and classic indoor mall in the middle of the downtown shopping district.
ALWAYS a pleasure GREAT PLACE to bring your RICH family
Nice visit today went to watch a movie and parked in the garage easily and although they are remodeling the stores remain open and busy as always.
Nice shops. Big movie theater.
Nice mall but prices are little bit higher than other places.
It looks like a great mall. Was heavy contraction while I there, but it still looked like a cool place.
1 of my very favorite places to shop. Their staff @ the front desk are wonderful & very helpful
Lots of construction going on in there right now but it's still fun to go shopping, eating or seeing a movie. Convenient parking garage for all my needs
I wanted to shop at Clark's but they closed, totally fine. It was still this Mall for only a few minutes, and wasn't able to shop so I wanted my parking to be validated. I talked to the concierge, but the concierge sent me to the parking office, I talked to one of the parking attendants, then went to the parking office, the parking office said they can't help and that I should talk to the concierge. Apparently there was a 15 minute grace period but by the time I talked to everyone this expired and they weren't able to help. I was extremely dissatisfied by the lack of organization and treatment of customers. I wanted to spend money at a store but if it the store closed early then it's not my fault. I did check the stores hours and it was supposed to be open until 7 based on holiday hours. Not coming here again.
We had a dinner here in Din Tai Fung. Great dumplings as always!
Under renovation... totally let down... almost nothing open
Lots of work being done feels a little unsafe, be careful navigating or wait til its done! Only plus is going to the theater!
It's a great place to look for a new boyfriend
This is a beautiful mall, but it going through a remodel which sux but they have stores and shops open and the movie theater's are open
this place makes me feel like i'm gonna get cancer or something (but i don't like shopping malls). they have Pike Place chowder and a good movie theater on the top floor, though, so that redeems the place a bit.
Currently under renovation and modernization but the remaining mall still has a lot to offer. From AMC and Pikes Place Chowder to ONYX gallery and Barneys of NY; great options to explore. Enjoy
What downtown should feel like
The whole place is yuppie the parking is so lame that they have parkitson disease
Pacific Place is currently under a major renovation / overhaul of the whole building. I would say 80% of the stores and restaurants that were there are now closed. Theaters are still open though. If you're going there for a specific store you will want to double check and make sure it's still open during the renovation. **Star rating is based on the current state of Pacific Place - will revise once construction is completed and stores have reopened**
This is a fun place to visit, but if you are going to shop be prepared to spend money as almost all of the stores are high end, think Bellevue in the heart of Seattle. They do have a nice theater on the top floor, along with some very good restaurants. Be sure to check out all of the floors as each one have a variety of stores to visit. The best part about the place is the parking garage on the ground floors. Even if you are not going to the mall, it's worth parking in this garage and walking to where you need to go in downtown Seattle.
Half of the spaces are under construction and the elevator is out of service suddenly as well
Nice in door mall with lots of fun shops and restaurants. Best priced parking in down town Seattle. Very festive during Christmas season. Great location to visit the city..
Constantly under construction, with fewer and fewer offerings. Din Tai Fung is a notable resident, but many other tenants have moved multiple times or moved out.
Upscale mall in Downtown Seattle. Currently undergoing construction/remodeling. The mall is never crowded so I really enjoy the quite and peaceful vibe inside.
Under renovation, can't find bathrooms, do t go til finished. Looks like it was cool once. But DinTai Fung is open on 4th floor, best Asian restaurant in America.
It's always been a nice place to shop and eat and spend a day but in April 2019 it was in a huge remodel. Some stores closed. Some restaurants closed. I'm sure it will be back to itself I've day but it's check before making a trip because the remodel is disruptive.
A small but beautiful mall in a central location. Shopping is a bit costly though which is why we didn't revisit. Good eating places.
Loving that Johnny Rockets has survived there, wish there was a more diverse section of stores. The Il fornario is fun to go to sometimes, each staff had their own color coded outfits, ridiculous but fun. Most of my time is on the bottom floor with Barnes and Noble and the game stop. Please keep those. They're all we got.
Nice mall for being downtown. It's going through renovations currently so bot many shops are open.
It is beat up under major construction
The stores are so nice and it is a great way to shop in one place.
Pros: This Place is amazing. It’s like a wonderland with a lot of levels. I got a great deal at Nordstrom’s and Clark’s! The Art Deco was inspiring despite the renovations. Cons: Limited dining choices, but “Pike Place Chowder” was delicious!
The mall is basically shut down during renovations. Half the stores are shuttered and half the restaurants have gone out of business. Unless you're here for Din Tai Fung, you're probably better off elsewhere.
Has good food. Nice movie theater
Great location right in downtown, great restaurants, shops and a movie theater.
This place is torn apart right now. I know the businesses need to be able to have customers, but the way they're doing the work is a disaster.
I can't wait to see the new remodel of this small I remember when this mall was built 20 years ago
Nice selection of retail shops and food. Plus it is indoors when weather is too inclement to shop around outdoors. It feels like a hidden treasure from the hustle and bustle of the busy shoppers outside.
welcome to a very unique shopping experience at Pacific Place downtown Seattle Washington. Are theaters are plentiful there. We have a nice selection of restaurants on the top floor. Great shopping. Clean facilities especially the bathrooms. The entire Pacific Place is Eelcoming.
Cant wait to return after the remodeling complete in winter 2019.
I went to Victoria secret there twice in a month, the first time the employee was very nice a white lady she help me find the stuff I needed, the second time I went there the tall black lady was mean and she didn't help me at all also she didn't give me coupon.
Went there to use the tire places fantastic
Pacific Place has a beautiful Showcase of high-end fashion and eateries. The last we were there was just before Christmas and they were in the midst of a major renovation. We're looking forward to seeing the changes, while we did miss the Christmas snow.
I loved this place
Currently under construction. Hope aome better things are coming.
Currently under construction, but a great place to find a variety of shops, cuisines, etc in the heart of downtown. Mostly wheelchair friendly.
Under construction but open. Came here for the Din Tai Fung
A small mall but good place for movie and food. Also have the only Barneys New York in PNW but very small. Parking lot is great and always my choice when drive to downtown.
Great place to see a movie
Good destination place downtown.. lots of fun stuff within a short walk
The best chowder I have ever tasted at Pikes Place Chowder
It's currently under major construction right now. The only part that has people is on the top floor and it's a hassle to get there since there is always one escalator that is closed off.
Renovations are wrecking the place with both stores and restaurants dropping like flies. Won't be much of a mall left when they're finished.
Awesome shopping mall in Downtown Seattle, WA. It has a lot of good restaurants and stores to shop at when visiting. I definitely recommend going here!
Nice cool and clean mall. Has good options.
This place i know the owner personally and i have done business with them over 6 years i love it i highly recommend this place this place is the bomb
It's pretty cool. The ladies mall, a mall full of ladies stores
Love coming here in the winter.
It is a nice place to shop, eating and watch movies.
This is my go-to parking garage when I have to go downtown. Especially if I'm going to the Paramount. Reasonable rates, close to the Paramount and Cheesecake Factory, and has lots of great shops and restaurants AND a movie theater! Highly recommended :)
Under serious construction. Don't bother going until it is done. Very unpleasant.
Under construction, currently a mess, and my favorite restaurant is no longer there.
I say it all the time i love malls. I rarely shop but great for walking and people watching. This one is no exception
Great food and shopping.
If you're using a GPS, keep in mind most of your shops are inside! Movie theater and Pike Place are on the 4th floor. Renovation should be near complete if not done!
Always here whenever I am looking for a nice fit.
You can do so much stuff here. If you need food, shopping, or movies this is a great place to go.
Very good choice of movies and locally very good restaurants in the area which you are able to take in the movie with you
Top floor has Din Tai Fung, a must visit, along with a decent AMC movie theater. The other floors have some trendy boutique stores for the fashionista to the tchotchke obsessed. Currently undergoing renovation so mind the construction!
Lively place for a stroll or casual shopping.
The new design is bland, soulless, and no different than a modern mall in any other city. The original Pacific Place was designed for the Northwest. The new Pacific Place is a token any city USA mall.
I’m might change my rating in the future, but I’ll have to give this place one star because there are barely any shops here any more, nor are there many food options, and you have to spend between $200-$400 to get validated/free parking.
Go there to watch movies, great popcorn.
Super nice inside but there aren’t that many shops. Good place to go if you’re looking for high end stores or restaurants but there weren’t a lot of places to go.
Pacific Place is one of my favorite places to spend a day exploring in Seattle. It has an AMC theater, a Barnes and Nobles, lot's of clothing stores and food options as well.
I watch movies here
It is a really nice shopping center with a lot of boutique stores and Barnes and Noble. There is a movie theater on the top floor. Though it is expensive to park because the stores don't validated the ticket. Currently being renovated. They do have late night restaurants that are still open for quick pickup.
I usually go here for the movie theater. This mall is small but it's downtown Seattle so space is premium. Their doing construction and expansion work.
Under construction... should be nice when done.
Under construction but still open which was nice.
Amazing shopping available.
Pretty mall with great stores. Love how clean it is and the salad bar in the center.
This is a great place - it has everything to shop for and you can watch movies on the top floor. During the holidays you get real snow falling.
Currently undergoing massive construction although the Nordstrom's there has everything one would need
Nice shops, but too much construction and some homeless man decides to follow me into the parking structure and building, takes away from. The atmosphere they are trying to create.
Good place to shop
My favorite place to shop downtown! It has nice shops and restaurants. The atrium is really opens up the space and I love it especially when the sun is out.
The food was good! Service was good.. But nothing really would make me want to deal with construction in the mall to go back. But if your willing then it not a bad place to stop for food!
I love this mall and will get better once remodeled
Will be cool when construction finished.
Fun shopping.
It was the best you got to go there I swere it cool vist Seattle
I saw the awesome images online so I decided to go. However, when I got there after a 2 hour walk, I found out they are reconstructing parts of the roof and walls. The store reeked of a rotten foliage. However, shopping there was still a delight! Would recommend if you are getting a gift for someone.
This was a very convenient place to shop and eat!
Very good shopping mall
Very nice upscale mall, could benefit from more variety as its a lot of clothing stores or boutiques. No visible technology stores, but it's currently under construction so maybe someday?
Not much to see but very a very interesting place!
Great place to spend you ex-husbands money lol!
Really sad to see all the businesses die out. I hear they are going real high end. For who, the Amazon workers?mistake
Very unfriendly place . The women that walked around working for security did not Make me feel comfortable or welcomed. I have been dealing with ibs and other digestive related issues recently on my way to my families for new years I stopped downtown to try desperately using the restroom and was told restrooms were only for customers . Dealing with that while my stomach was in pain needing to go really make some grateful I do not live in seattle . Horrible workers
It's a decent store in an excellent location. Really, parts are still under construction... otherwise, 5 stars. Although all of their stores are great, the top floor has great restaurants and a movie theater with contemporary hits. This is a great place to spend a couple of hours, and even more if you plan to eat or watch a movie. They currently have some holiday specials going on.
This mall used to be THE place to shop until the last few years. There were high-end shops, high-end and fancy restaurants. Most of those are gone and the mall is nearly empty. I strolled through to do some Christmas shopping and couldn't find a store I was interested in. The mall itself still looks great. It's well maintained and has potential, but its depressing to see the empty storefronts. Hopefully they will find some quality tenants and restore the mall to it's former glory.
Great shops! I feel like the space could be utilized more efficiently.
I love Pacific place and I'll be back!!
Great array of stores, cool architecture. It was a good experience overall
I love Pacific Place mall. It is my go to place for movies, and for a quick bite when I am downtown. The mall is in a major renovation as I write this and will be even better when its finished. The entertainment is on the top level of the mall. There’s a movie theater and several restaurants on that level. The food ranges from Thai, chowder, American and Italian food. Also there are exclusive clothing stores for the fashion minded. So there’s something for everyone if it’s food or fashion come down to the pacific place if you’re downtown!
One of my favorites places in Seattle!
Hoity-toity downtown mall where it many times is the most convenient overpriced parking solution - regardless of your downtown plan. Currently under massive construction. Not pretty inside at all - for now. Once finished, should be awesome. Have almost turned over their entire food court. Will be interesting to see who comes back from that perspective.
This is tall multiple level mall with fun views but doesn't have a lot of stores. The penguin statue is really cool.
I love going to Pacific Place! It's one of just a few shopping malls that I enjoy going to, it has a movie theater, food, and some great shops. Pacific Place is one of the last places I know of that still has a real bookstore, and it's fun to go in and skim the racks while getting a cup of coffee and from the Starbucks. The mall feels pretty safe (they have 24 hour security), is kept very clean, and always seems to have activities going on. The parking is in a covered garage, but be prepared to pay like $5-10 for parking.
Meh, it's a mall, it's got stuff. I don't know what to say. I don't have any feelings about it. I'm only reviewing because Maps keeps bugging me to write a review.
A large multi level shopping mall in the center of town with a large number of shops. Mostly clothing and beauty shops. The mall has a cafe/lunchroom at its ground floor level. The parking garage is conveniently situated underneath the mall. Access is clearly marked and payment can be done prior to entering the elevators.
Good variety and nice architecture. Beautiful decorating and great artwork. Genius shopping route layout and navigation design too.
Everything is under construction, has been for a very long time. Really annoying.
Revamp and under construction. I'm sure it'll be better soon.
Nice place to shop and great location
It'll be great after the renovations are done!
Forever under construction but din Tai fung is great
High end shopping. The food court is on the fourth floor. Not the most convenient thing in the world. I ate at pike chowder. I require gluten free put of necessities over choice. I requested gluten free options. Unfortunately staff didn't take my requests to seriously and provided and answer to answer my questions. Luckily I had spoke to staff prior and had told me the Manhattan chowder was gluten free. Unable to sign in the free wifi
