Really enjoyed this mall. All of my go to stores in one spot. Added bonus, the washrooms are HUGE and well maintained. They also had some stores which I'd never seen before like Think Geek and Amazon pop-up. I was visiting from Canada just looking for Yankee Candle and I found a lot more which I really liked. The mall is layed out with a simple plan, has large walkways and is quite bright, open and has a decent sized parking lot. The variety of store was top shelf and the food court was not lacking either. Will be returning in the future.

Generally a very nice shopping center, the little village thing is cool and there should be more of those, but only three stars because there is only one public restroom (and it's at the Eastern end of the building with an entrance outside even though the maps show the entrance as being inside). Otherwise a fantastic place though.

To have only 6 WC parking by where the Macaroni Grill is a disgrace . Every time I come to Gene Juarez there is never a place to park. If your not going to put more places in at least have a Valet . Shame on you for not caring for the disabled

I love the stores that are here, many of them earth conscious stores. There's also a kid area that my son loves visiting and it's right by a couple food places that you can't help but stop by afterwards. I also love that part of the mall it outdoors and part is indoors. No matter the weather you can shop in comfort.

Buying tickets is getting more technologically designed. Will be faster soon. We were there when there was a freak lightning storm that knocked out the power to most of the theaters. Don't think the staff were prepared for it. We left without seeing the end of our movie. I think they should have offered us free movie tickets for next time.

Great place with all kinds of nice stores. Clean. It could use better parking and a better food court, it's pretty standard in there, which is to say a lot of not great food. There is a play area for toddlers to blow off steam by the LEGO store.

Good selection of retailers and restaurants. It's a mixture of indoor and outdoor space. It has something for the entire family and convenient parking too. Just try to avoid weekends and major holidays. Otherwise it's not as crowded as other malls in the Seattle area.

Having dinner at Cheesecake Factory in Lynnwood its not that long of a wait. The service is great and so does the food and the Cheesecake (Tiramisu)is my fav. The ambiance is good.

I enjoy the Alderwood Mall. I think there is a need for a major step in food court options. Also, if they want to compete with Amazon, they need to have a mega bargain store find other ways to pull the ridiculous profit they need to support employees and please business owners and share holders. This mall was where I had a seasonal job (one of my first jobs). I love how big and spacious it is. Good stores too and I’m so happy that there is now an Aerie there!! Love that franchise.

Nice mall, which I'm sure is going to get alot busier once Northgate closes up shop. Construction going on is blocking a bit of the parking lot at the moment. Lots of different stores but could use something more to do other than shopping to keep me around longer.

This place is one of the best malls I have visited, it has both an indoor and outdoor section filled with lots and lots of stores in different varieties. I was able to find everything I needed, and a bit more. The food court is stacked with variety of selections from all around the world and gives the place a great wrap. There are two cinemas also located there for entertainment, and parking is free and there are lots of spots to park.

Very modern theater with stadium seating. Very close to great restaurants. Great for a date night or family adventure. plenty of free parking available, easy access from I5. Great atmosphere, very clean very satisfied with our experience.

It is a good mall. Lots of stuff. I try to avoid malls at all costs, but since I work here it is a bit difficult. I like shopping at Torrid and Fuego. I have also heard really good things about the new nail salon that just went in. Can't wait to try it. The mall is constantly upgrading and improving the guest experience. I appreciate that it is a thriving growing business community.

This place has a large variety of shopping and dining options. It is very clean and bright. There are kid friendly places to play. A lot of the food and shops are very reasonably priced. They have unique stores like Wishes and Savory and Spice Co. Parking can be difficult on the weekends though.

The Alderwood Mall had changed a lot in the 25 years I've been shopping there but they've done a great job staying relevant as more and more retail shifts online. Even though I prefer to buy most items online myself, I still like the experience of going to the mall and I'm glad they're still around.

It's a fairly vibrant mall for this day and age. Lots of stores in the general area too. Many places to shop for clothing mostly, a few household stuff stores. Several (chain) restaurants are a very close too. Wish there were more quiet places I could sit and work while the kids do their thing. The food court is loud and not inspired. And no outlets. Ah well, that's not really what a mall is for.

the lush store and employees were incredible! one employee (i never got her name :/) was extremely sweet and helpful when it came to products to get (plus helping my dad who doesn’t know much about skincare, hair care, etc). they all made me feel very welcomed!

I've been coming to this mall for like 20 years, it's changed a lot over the years but has always been a great place to stop and shop. The lanes inside the mall are wide enough to pass if youre the kinda person who's walking speed is quicker than average. The stores are plentiful for pretty much whatever you need that trip. There is a pretty large outside area, plenty of restaurants and places to eat. They have a play area that kids enjoy so the whole family can have a good time.

I usually go to the T-Mobile store near Macaroni Grill & American Girl bc it's Corporate. Corporate stores ARE BETTER 90% of the time unless they have poor training in most cases with businesses like THIS.

Lots of available parking locations, obviously on weekends this place is impossible to get around. Good options for food either at restaurants or inside the mall it self. Endless options on stores that at are all filled with real friendly staff and look so elegant. Maps are located throughout to help with location of stores, food, etc.

Decent mall, although it's missing a handful of stores you'd expect to find. I could also do without the insanely aggressive "hawkers-of-wares" at the endless kiosks. (No, you can't ask me a question, because I do not in fact want any lotion, regardless of how much Dead Sea salt it has in it.)

The mall needs to control the kiosk people. They will grab your hand and drag you over and won't let you go even if you say you are not interested. If I come back, I am bringing pepper spray for the aggressive kiosk people. The stores are wonderful.

Probably one of the better malls in the area. There's enough to do, but the architecture makes it feel kind of cramped. I expect a mall to have high ceilings and large open areas and being multiple stories, but that isn't the case here. Plenty of good shops and a decent food court.

Hard to find things until you park and look at a directory only to find out you're on the opposite side. My handicap status means I can't walk the entire mall and have to get back in my car and find parking again. Not very many dispersed handicap parking spots, all were full.

They built a Cheesecake Factory in the parking lot, and have a large area of the lot dug up like they are going to put something there too. It is very difficult to find a parking spot now. I mean, it was before, but it's worse now.

As a family of a breatsfed baby, we LOVE alderwood mall! They have nursing room where is nice and clean. The family restroom is great too. There are play area for kids and stores for mommy. I'd say it's a win win!

The mall is the best around Snohomish County. You have many major department stores as well as the posh soap boutiques, American Girl store, movie theater and large food court. You could seriously make a day out of the place. I never like the kiosks running down the veins of the mall where the men try to grab you to straighten your hair, apply cream to your hands or fly hover crafts past your ear to get your attention. It is a Mall. Lots of shopping in door and out.

The Alderwood mall is a indoor mall with big shopping centers like Jcpenny, Nordstrom and Macy's. There is a AMC movie theater in the mall. I visited Macy's shop. The staff in Macys are good and friendly. The mall looked clean and well maintained. There is a free space parking around the mall.

Not a fan of this mall any more. I give it 3 stars for the outside space but the inside is just not enjoyable to be in. A good portion of the stores on the inside are struggling and it shows. I hope they can do some work to turn it around.

I used to go here all the time. But then the city of Lynnwood put up traffic cameras. I got a ticket for a rolling right turn on red. Now I recommend Bellevue mall, Northgate Mall, Redmond town center. Anywhere but Lynnwood until they take down their cash racketing system. If you want bad traffic and tickets for trying to increase traffic flow, then go to Lynnwood.

Going to the mall early is very beneficial when you're shopping, nobody is hardly there,so you can shop with ease. The food court is nice and empty,so no long lines to contend with. Chipotle is fantastic, everything is fresh because you're there early. One downfall is when you're shopping and need to check out,there are no cashier's..you need to hunt one down.

My Favorite Mall in Washington state! Since they remodeled this mall it has everything including the super fun bear animals you can rent and ride around the mall. Both adults and kids can ride on them!! How fun is that!!!! This mall has every story you can imagine and a full blown food court for your tummy and hungry kid shoppers!!! You can get your nails done, buy the most fantastic new outfit, eat lunch and buy that brand new toy for your little guy and drive home happy!!! Come see it for yourself!! You will be Amazed!!

This mall is very unique, I have yet to find anything like it in the area. It's designed to be enjoyed both in doors and outdoors. One section of the mall is your traditional mall design. But what's so unique is that an entire section of the mall is external to the main mall yet within the confines of the same property. Giving the customers the ability to shop as though they were walking down a towns main street visiting shop to shop. Without the risk of vehicle traffic. There's always something new to see there to keep everyone happy and enjoying their time while at Alderwood Mall.

Wonderful place to shop for a variety of items. If you shop here near a major holiday, then expect a large crowed and you will be hunting for a parking spot. The mall is clean, well lighted and provides very good services.

Great place for shopping and multiple activities outside of shopping like their food-courts and Kids' playground. I like the place because of the diverse choices of stores, the clean floor and they even have bathrooms that smell good and well maintained. I like to hangout here, to read a book at their local cafe or to grab a bite. The only reason I give a 4 star is because of the parking lot and the awkward location with multiple red light with cameras; don't get caught running those lights cause you will be sorry.

I loved the stores that have the latest fashion designer clothing and I also liked the Lego store. I also liked visiting the bathroom/bedroom shop. It had such a sweet, wonderful smell. I tried washing my hands with a flavored soap and it smelled like a beach along with a nice, delicious martini. Overall, very nice mall.

I like this mall compared to others I've been to in WA due to how uncrowded it is. Probably because its not in Seattle and it doesn't sell as expensive stuff. It has an anime store, hot topic, and a spencer, and that is all I need in my life. It has a little play area to for kids.
