Slightly older mall, definitely not the high end rush of Tyson but inclusive of the typical mall stores. Mid day on a Saturday and was able to move about without knocking into every other weekend shopper. Typical Saturday line lengths in the more popular stores but a meaningful selection of sizes and styles.

The Springfield mall is a great mall with 2 floors and with elevators,escalator. The store options could be better and I think they should add more restaurants

A fairly decent mall. Some good shops are there to shop in. The food court is not diverse but the theatre is the bomb- the best. It is never full its like for once you can envision what it feels like to filthy rich.

This mall is always clean and handicapped accessible. I shop there with teens mostly at Hot Topic and Victoria's Secret. Both stores are very busy but staff there are attentive to the needs of customers--to both teens and adults. I actually enjoy going there because there are always items the teens like that I can accept as suitable choices for them.

I really love this town center. The building has been updated and is beautiful. There are so many stores to choose from as well as several restaurants. I've never had a negative experience at this town center. My only gripe if any at all would be the parking is impossible, but maybe that's a testament to how well their doing.

The parking lot is excellent. I did not go inside today because the Taste of Springfield was held outside. The other times I have been inside have been a nice upscale mall. Clean, with well laid out directions to various stores.

This mall is impressive. There are countless stores and shops, including Macy's, JC Penney's, Target and numerous others. The mall was very clean and well maintained. There is a large food cart with a good variety of food. There are escalators throughout the mall, making it easier to get from one level to another.

The old Springfield Mall is now the Springfield Town Center. Not much has changed it's still kind of a armpit of a shopping complex. Mainly second rate stores, lots of vacancy and a terrible food court.

The variety and quality of stores is good but parking and traffic are a disaster. This is largely due to its proximity to the major highways. People lined up to get onto or off of them frequently cause long wait times to get into or out of the lots here.

The mall had been renovated recently, so the inside is really clean. The store variety keeps shopping interesting. However the food variety and or number of restaurant is low compared to nearby malls. The WiFi is free and connection strong. My personal favorite mall in the area. A great place to shop, groom or spa.

I remember the old mall and how the food court was. The open area, power outlets and new resturants are a welcomed addition. Wish Taco Bell was still there, but not everything is perfect. Anyway, there's pretty much everything you need in and around including Home Depot, so you can make this a 1 stop and shop destination. Best hours are before and during lunch hour before people start getting off work.

Had a excellent tour today, spoke with security and associates at several shops, and had samples at Panda Express. Observed the brilliant red Christmas tree on the first level with Santa greeting and taking photos with children. The information center was also located in the same area. You can take an escalator, stairs, or an elevator center court, to travel about. Public restrooms are easy to locate, signs are posted.

It was really nice. Clean, wonderful staff. I didn't enjoy the breakfast downstairs to much but the dinner we ordered to the room was very good. Love the big shower and the option for the better coffee in the room. I would recommend staying here. More money but worth it.

I like this mall even though it feels nothing like the old version of it ,and I loved the old Springfield Mall too. The restaurants are organized in the same area making it easier to decide where to go eat. You can pretty much find all of the popular stores to shop, the good quality ones at least. And the atmosphere is great for any age.

As new as the mall is. I believe it's location and the stores inside just aren't the best. The food court hardly has much variety in decent food, and the stores are always closing and reopening left and right to the point where it's just not that interesting anymore. I would love to rate it higher since I do come here frequently with friends, but sadly it just needs a lot of improvements that scream "new and improved!"

Pretty good compared to what’s in the area. Not many malls here the only other being patomic. This area is usually just shopping plazas. Has a few good restaurants. All the basic mall stores. Movie theater. And the target is a plus!

Fun mall to walk around (especially after they renovated), but some stores are going out of business and they have empty spots. I hope they won't become ghetto again and turn into Landmark Mall. Not crowded at all. It looks great and is clean enough to roll your kids around the ground. Dave n Busters is here! Come here to exercise, shop, or take pictures of the minorities.

A good mall. Definitely a big improvement over when I owned a store there call Aquatic Treasures/Royal Koi, before the renovations. I don't know how well all of the vendors, or store owners are doing. I have talked to some who don't seem to be overjoyed with sales and their bottom line. If you are a sole proprietor and not a big chain.......then you are probably not doing so well, and that is due to the fact that what it would take to make money, would be to do a very large volume of sales to offset the high cost of the rent there. And....they are not busy during the day...on any weekday, except weekends, holidays and some evenings. Store selection is decent and restrooms are cleaner and better designed than most.

This place has a menu to rival the Cheesecake factory and emphasizes locally sourced food made from scratch. The atmosphere was fun and the drinks were great. I got the mac burger: excellent burger, mediocre fries. Others at the table all enjoyed their food. Service was a little slow.

The mall is okay. It's definitely an improvement from many years ago. Children's Place is small, which is not a big deal, but it's overall quite dirty. I'm not talking about messy clothes. I'm specifically referral to food containers in the store next to clean clothes as well as other food related trash near the front door and on the floors. I will definitely choose another Children's Place the next time.

I have not been to this mall for years and i was impressed by how good it looks and the diversity of stores including a free cellphone charging center, The renovated Springfield Town Center will formerly known as Springfield Mall, is a must go. Yhis is a model town center. It has a little for everyone from budget friendly high end to entertainment and amusement. I really love the mix between indoor and outdoor shooping as well. The bookend department and sporting goods store round out the area. There is also some great finds in the immediately surrounding strip malls too!

This mall was supposed to be the new hope of Springfield and it's just dirty and a lot of stores have already closed. Michael Kors, Topshop and Charming Charlies have closed or will be closing soon. There are a few others that have closed as well. They need to do a better job of cleaning the place, when I was here the floors were very dirty and there was trash everywhere. I come here because they have a Target and Papaya, and the food court is nice enough. They have also added some new options, Mezah Grill and a and pizza. Hopefully next time I go back it will be cleaner.

Dear Springfield Mall Management, Please add a child gate to the infant/toddler play area by Macy's. This area is perfectly designed for toddlers and infants, but due to lack of security, older kids as big as teenagers manage to take over this area made for smaller kids, which makes it unsafe. I've seen grown kids jump off the fruit in an effort to burn energy while little babies crawl by. I cringe every time realizing one day it will cause an accident that could've been prevented. FYI - Virginia Beach and Norfolk mall have gates for their infant/toddler areas. Norfolk added a security guard at their gate for extra security.

I always love coming to this shopping center, parking may be hassle at times but shopping there is awsome. I usually go to shop in the Van's store which the associates are really friendly and helpful. The Charlotte Ruse there has better items than the one closest to me.

It's a nice shopping mall, having major department stores. It undergone extensive renovation. Last time I visited it, only couple food places were open in the food court. Personally, for some reason, I never liked shopping at this mall especially since Potomac Mills outlet was closer to me.

I’ve lived here a long time and seen the rise and fall of this location. It’s improved a lot over the five years. There are many dining options, the gym and target. The good court reduex is excellent as well. The theater is still low rent though I imagine it’s planned for improvement as well.

Really nice mall with plenty of stores for you to choose from. The parking lot gets SUPER packed (yes, even during weekdays- especially in the evenings). Love how there's an LA fitness (I'm a member) right next to the Target and the mall in general so you can take care of several errands at once. The food court is decent, the restrooms are relatively clean, so I'm a fan of this mall altogether. Definitely worth a visit- OH, and there's an Ulta right across the street if the Sephora in this mall isn't quite enough!

The food court inside looks modern and has a decent variety of food. At the other side of the mall, there are even more restaurants located outside. The mall itself is pretty small but there's enough walking space. Also the public bathrooms here are spacious and clean.

A unique floor layout. Not the rectangular Mall floor plan, but a bit twisty, curving paths around the Mall. Makes you want to take your time and explore. The renovation is excellent. Lots of light now, the better to see the stores with.

It was ok I went charge my Tesla. There is pot hole I did not see it.now my tire has bubble. Tesla say its 350 dollars to replace. Be aware for potholes in this mall. Now I need to figer out how to replace the expensive tire

This is a nice, well-populated mall. My husband and I had a pleasant morning walking around and visiting stores. The mall is well-kept and clean, and I saw security staff almost everywhere I turned. If you look up you’ll see beautiful glass ceilings in the middle of the mall.
