Not as extensive as the one in Williamsburg, however, always a great place to hack a buy, get a gift and bring the youngsters to a play time outside the home. There is a place and store for everyone! Love it!

It was freaking hot. Why did they invent outdoor malls? My generation was so much smarter we went to indoor malls that were air condition.

Great place to shop! They have an interactive map in the center to help you find stores. There is plenty of seating staged around the outlets if you need a break from a long day of shopping. I like the variety of stores offered. Gave it 4 stars because most of the stores aren't outlet prices stores. It's more like an outdoor shopping mall.

We love these outlets. A lot of the stores offer a military discount which is really nice being that this is a military town. The traffic can be crazy getting over there but there are a lot of stores to choose from

There are a lot of stores here and they have a great setup for little kids to play outside if the weather is good. My main problem is that these stores are really just as expensive as the same stores online and that just doesn't work for me since you're getting last seasons stuff it should be at a decent discount. Lots of drink options lots of bathrooms and tons of parking.

Love the set up. Nicely done. Not enough choices in stores. Prices are like going to regular stores instead of being cheaper as expected at outlets. We prefer Williamsburg outlets. More stores to choose from and mostly less expensive.

DO NOT USE THE VENDING MACHINES! I went to grab a drink from the monster machine and it took my 2.50, and no drink. went to two other machines and those also took my 2.50 and no drink. THREE, 3 machines in the same location, taking money?? There is something not right, maybe fraudulent, and it needs to be investigated! how many other people got their money taken?

When u can't make it to Williamsburg, this is as close as you're gonna get. And it's basically next to IKEA. Make it a day of shopping. The outlet has great walking paths. Pretty large gazebo on the lake. Play areas for the kids. Food court with a few different choices to choose from.

It's your typical Outlet with lots of stores and some still yet to open. The prices are just okay and really nothing to write home about. Don't go on a windy or cold day unless you like cold windy days. Hopefully there will be more unique stores coming.There is lots of parking.

We had a great shopping experience at the outlets. I like the way the stores are laid out, and the staff is friendly and there is even a Rita's frozen custard stand near the RLL Polo store. Big plus since it's pretty hot today.

Easy parking and a good mix of stores, but no truly "premium" brands. Almost nothing for children to do, and not much for adults other than shopping. Went three times before I realized there was a (small) indoor food court. Just not sure what the attraction is.

Pretty much, it is what it is. If you are looking for high end items or odd items (I like the jerky store) it's a good place, with play areas for the kids. I usually go to the "As Seen on TV" store and have gotten a veteran's discount every time.

There weren't true outlet prices here. It's more like retail pricing with "sales" to put them near, or marginally below, department store pricing. Added a star for cleanliness

Plenty of shops to choose from, love the atmosphere. Has a giant chess board you can play in the middle of it all. I love walking around all the stores and the pagoda is really nice too.

I'm not a fan of this place. All the store are way to expensive for it to be called an outlet. And the food court could definitely use some work. I dont think there is enoughbfood variety. But it is a very nice place well built. I just think all the prices are to high.

Not easy to find stores or best place to park close to your destination store. No support staff to speak with as you walk outside. The area itself is clean and the stores were nice. The kids play area was a great idea as well

Very nice outlet mall. They have a wide variety of stores and it is very clean. There is plenty of parking and it is right off rt 64. The food court is really nice and there is a decent selection of food. The food court overlooks a pond so Al least there is something nice to look at. Overall a nice place and I would visit again.

Mostly upscale some neat shops surf shop was Cool and the as seen on TV had a lot of stuff. The food court was great. Clean and good food. I had fresh sushi was good. Check out the pier and povilion on the lake super neat. I guess I gave it 3/5 because it was mainly too pricey but I guess that's what some like.

Beautiful landscaping, food court over looking a pond with a gazebo at the end of the dock. Just added Aztec Mexican restaurant Delicious food, even have special parking for retired military and offer military discount at most stores. Young lady at the Polo outlet name Jaymee offer the most appreciated customer service.

Guys, hide the credit cards from your partners. The place is gorgeous. Its an open air mall versus the traditional walk in malls. Absolutely clean. Smoke free. Very beautiful place. Reminiscent of Point Orlando in Florida. All the brands have a shop there. So guys, hide the wallets....

I've been here quite a few times since they opened. The buildings and layout are great, making it fun to walk around and explore. I really enjoy the walkway out by the water. However, the only place I have ever really found discounted "outlet" prices is at The North Face. The majority of the stores have had the same sales & prices as the non-outlet stores. Also the kids area could definitely use some upgrades, especially for young children. The big playground contains a few activities for older children, but there is not much of a playground here for toddlers.

This outlet stores seems to be very popular in this area and I also believe bus tours are welcome here. Lot of sitting area for folks to wait for others to shop. Offers free WiFi and entertainment for kids playing area. Food court offers various variety of food and drinks.

Love this outlet! They have a Gazebo with benches to sit and watch the water fall. The outlet also have a dog park and a children's play area, along with food courts. Not just your average shopping outlet! Awesome!

Amazing outlets! This location is ideal for the entire Hampton roads area! The covered seating is amazing! There’s amazing parking for first responders! Grab a bite to eat in the cook a/c when you need a break or sit outside in the comfortable chairs under the covered walkway! This place has it all! Skip the malls and head here!

One of the best part of the outlet is the atmosphere. The outlet has almost a park-like feeling. Most stores have games for children and the outside activities are fun.

Great idea, but nothing more than an outdoor mall with overpriced stores. When you hear "outlet" it usually means major discounts for out of season items from higher dollar stores. The saving grace is that the Coach store is a true outlet with regular sales of 30 to 70% of normal cost. So if your a person that loves high dollar brand for good deal, then Coach is a must go for everyone looking for purses, bags, and wallets.

Nice place - large with a lot of outdoor seating areas which make it very comfortable to spend a lot of time there. They have at least one seating area that is a charging station for your mobile devices, and there's a play area for the kids too. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is most of the stores don't really have the low prices you might expect from an outlet. Lower than full retail at least though.

Two play areas for kids. One has a giant chess board, giant blocks, and chairs around. The other is a playground suited for older kids. Easy parking all around. Extra stars for veteran parking spots and baby/pregnant parking spots closest to the shops. Very nice and relaxed outdoor shopping mall.

I was so impressed with our visit here. There is a great abundance of stores, the outlet layout is so friendly. I love the touch screen map and the decor. Bathrooms were amazing also. Had a great time, the only complaint I had was the workers in the stores left a lot to be desired. They were very nonchalant and definitely gave forward nothing extra. These experiences were at Converse, Old Navy and Aldo. The young girl at New York and Co was super friendly and sweet. The older lady there, not so much. Starbucks was slammed, and they were out of whipped topping, not friendly either. Wish they hired more energetic people with better customer service! Other than that, everything was perfect!

Good selection of stores as expected from the premium outlet brand. Not as big or diverse as the Williamsburg outlet but still pretty good for an outlet. Cute common areas and a playground that’s alright. Food selection at the food court is decent but we usually try not to eat here as there are better options if you just drive off the outlet property.
