If You want to get out of Virginia's oppressive humidity and heat, this is a very good place. I was actually a bit chilly in the environs of this mall. So I gave the mall 4 ice cubes..er..stars. I dont remember a Walmart that is connected to a mall. Maybe somewhere in America, but certainly not in Upstate NY. So I found that to be a bonus. Now the mall it self is clean and the upkeep was seemless. The stores it has are pretty standard for a U.S. mall. However, it had a few of its local stores modestly tucked in with heavy weights such as Macy's, Spencers, Lidz, Hot Topix. And as a side note, I arrived in town late and I directed the car to Walmart parking lot. It was after 130am, so i didnt want to wake anyone up. So Walmart relieved me of some cash. I was exhausted from my very long drive. And as I have on many occasions I slept in Walmarts Parking lot and used their Bathrrom for a sink bath.

Very underwhelming as far as malls go. I'm used to going to Potomac mills which is much larger in comparison. Food court has very little appetizing choices.

Sears, Macy's, At Home, Walmart. Lots of little stores in between. Good sized food court. Clean and very busy on weekends. The large stores are very nice. As with any busy place, watch your back, purse and belongings in the mall.

THIS PLACE NEEDS CAMERAS IN THE CHILD AREA I saw an strange man staring at the kids for long time sitting on the couchs.....what would happen if a kid scape and the parents dont realize? This place needs more security......and also needs someone clean the child areas.....I saw like poop in the little house and it was there for days....

It is a very clean people friendly mall; not all of them are. There is multiple exits that make it nice instead of walking all the way around the mall to exit. Very nice. Will visit the next time I'm in the area.

Would recommend going to Fair oaks Mall instead though. It has better selection and it is a bit cheaper is you want to buy clothes. But if you want something from Bath and Body Works it has more sales.

I only went to the Sears store, at the far North end of mall. It has gone down hill since my last visit, prior visit about a year ago (I only go there to get parts for my little yard tractor and to replace broken tools). Sears has never been "fancy," but now it is getting kind of dumpy. I know they are in financial issues, but geeze. This place looks unkempt, not dirty or dumpy, more untidy and in disarray. Not much of the limited selection was fronted and faced. A lot was not even in the correct aisle, or even department. Most of the staff I saw looked sad, or unhappy to be there. The gentleman that I delt with was helpful, but it seemed to be a "I have to help you because it is my job" feeling to the interaction. I know people can have bad days, but of the half dozen people I saw, not a smile to be had. It use to be a place that I more, or less, enjoyed visiting, now, not so much.

They've done a lot to change the image of this mall. Several places to take your family or friends to hang out and have a good time. I don't do much shopping here though, as I'm not really impressed with the stores here. Family entertainment is my goal at this mall now.

Well I’m obviously biased because where I’m from this mall would be the best mall in the region, it has a wall mart attached an all the stores u could ever really want. The only thing bad is going here your assured retail is failing and will almost be non existent in the very near future

This Mall is pretty typical. The only difference is that there is a Sears that is going out of business which is helpful to the dollar conscious. There is also a great place to bring your kids called Uptown Alley. There are games to play along with some bowling. On Friday and Saturday nights, live bands lighten the atmosphere as you and your wife and or husband enjoy sitting there listening to music while you eat and down some drinks.

Run down, and many shops are not open and/or are entirely unappealing. A mall shouldn't make you feel bad when you go. This one does. Definitely recommend going elsewhere.

The manassas mall has kinda an empty feel to it but it has some pretty good stores and a great food court. It’s connected to the Walmart which is nice and convenient.

First visit to the mall. Went in Macy's for men's shoes and a tie. No one asked if they could help us. At one point another customer asked if I had seen anyone working in the men's clothing section. When we were ready to check out, we went to two cash registers looking for employee. After waiting and looking for assistance, we walked to cosmetics counter, as soon as she saw us approaching, the woman working there said, "They are over there! I have three customers I am working with here. Go back in the Nautica section!" (It was our first visit there but it seemed she was directing us back to the register we had just left) I eventually found woman re-stocking sales rack to check us out. Very very poor customer service, but seemed to have the items I'm used to finding in Macy's.

My mom actually worked here for years as a hairdresser. She worked at the hair salon by the main entrance. They recently shut down but that was long after my mom left. Spend a lot of my childhood here, lots too do! Now that they added the bowling alley it’s even more fun! Love the arcade! The food court is good to! I’ve been going to this mall since before the bowling alley, racetrack and the kids play area! The aunties pretzels are a must have if you do to this mall!

As a man shopping for a tween girl I was hopeful Manassas mall would be a great place place to find trendy fashionable things for her. I was disappointed at the lack of sales services at nearly every store. It was almost as if their were only cashiers working and nobody pushing sales. I was referee several times to other stores or malls and never found a belt there

this mall used to be very low budget. in recent years they have remodeled and made quite the show of it. Facility is gorgeous now and rapidly expanding. Can't wait to see what other fun shops they open up.

At one time. This mall was on the chopping block to be closed. But they have revitalized it and made it a decent shopping experience. The stores are relatively clean and the prices are fairly good. Be warned, on the weekend there are lots of children. So be ready for noise and the bustle. If you are up to one level shopping that is not too spread out, this is the place for you.

This place is great if you want to let your significant other loose, while you play in the arcade or take your kid(s) to the play area. There is also an indoor go kart arena.

We found out that the place we usually go to for fixing our watches and replacing the batteries, was being renovated! However we were able to find a place in the mall that did these services. While we waited!! Only took about half an hour, and they replaced seven watch batteries, and removed a link in one watch band. The mall is clean an well lit, not super busy on a mid morning visit on a Thursday. Easy to park in the spacious lot. A very nice visit.

Have been coming to Manassas mall for a long time. I prefer to come when there are discounts all over, just to save some money. I think the mall worth a visit or visits.

This mall continuously becomes renovated with new, exciting things. They have different cultured food including Italian, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, American, and etc. They have places to get piercings done. The food court is large as well. It’s great for walking, shopping, eating, and having fun. This mall has different events like pictures with Santa or the Easter bunny. There is a place for everyone in here. Arcades, bowling, racing, shops, boutiques, restaurants, bakeries, and so much more are inside this mall. They even have busses that are connected to the mall. It’s definitely worth checking out.

They have a mango salad kiosk in front of the food court. Had it at Potomac Mills last month. They have it here too. So good. Gotta come try it if you live around here.

I go here a few times a month. I like how it's near a highschool and near a bunch of houses! I also like how they have different stores and the food court. But I don't like the mall in general. It's not that it's bad, it's just not great. I think it's good if you want to go there on a weekly or daily basis, but not as a mall to go to that's really cool. It's not a mall I would show off to my friends or family either

Would be nice to have some communication when the coolers in the back go down. Had to make another trip to ensure we got all we needed. Like Milk, eggs, cheese, yogurt, and butter. An if they dont tell you when you walk in, what would happen if I did the grocery pickup? The poor employees were running around like crazy because it had been 4 hours an it still wasn't fixed.

Seems like a nice small mall with most stores you would need there. What's really nice is Walmart is connected to this mall as well. This mall also has a go kart track and arcade too. Driving around the mall, it's nothing special, and inside isn't overly nice either, but adequate. Overall it's a nice smallish mall with friendly staff.
