Great mall with an entrance from the Metro. Has three floors of shopping, good food court, clean, good security now. We visited the Nordstrom and it was extremely posh, with items displayed spread out like at Anthropologie. We bought my daughter’s interview suit at Macy’s and they had lots of choices in her size, petite, hard to find. Lots of visitors on the summer day we visited (June 17, 2019). Not as large as Tyson’s Corner but sometimes we want smaller scale.

If you like designer brands, this is the mall to come to. Much more of the priceymall then I would say Wheaton plaza our Prince George's plaza.

Awesome! I love the stores there's so many to choose from especially clothing stores. The food court is definitely the place to go after exhausting yourselve with all the shopping help yourself with a hearty meal. They have all your favorites from Chinese, Panda Express to Chipotle. You name it. Starbucks if you need an extra boost of caffeine. Highly recommended for your shopping and good meals.

A great Mall with a wide selection of stores and food. It's very well maintained and appears to be very clean. It will get crowded especially with school buses during the week. It's worth a trip.

Saw a lot of people enjoying a brisk walk. They had stores and brands I'd never heard of or seen before which was cool. Kitchen store has a cooking class available. Lots of different types of stores for a diverse group of people. Several levels of shopping. Security enforcers present. Easy to spot in traffic. Good attraction.

This place is life! Lots of stores, lots of walking too. Three floors of love. Only issue is having to pay for parking. 3 bucks an hour to go spend money. Trust you will spend hours in this beautiful place.

Only TWO restrooms for four floors of this maze (floor 2 and 3 have NONE). Also limited ways to change floors. Parking garage is trash. Has a good variety of stores (if you can find them). Lack of maps and some things are not marked correctly. Bathroom at food court is not marked, so good luck guessing where it is (hint, it's hidden).

I like the location and the very easy in-out parking structure cuz parking can be awful. The three tiers of shops have everything for everyone. However the Pay Before You Leave machines rarely work properly. I had to schlep up and down to two machines -neither worked. But the attendant let me pay her at the garage gate.

So many stores to shop from, nearby to hotels and apartments. Many good places to eat. Very close to the Pentagon, Whole Foods amd Costco. Also close to the airport.

This is an indoor shopping mall with big name department stores in addition to many smaller know shops. Paid covered parking lot. But, Macy's will validate parking tix with purchase of any amount. Elevators available for all including handicapped.

Wonderful mall with plenty of shopping from high end brands, to boutiques, to the every day. The mall is conveniently located on the Pentagon City Metro stop which is serviced by both the Blue Line and Yellow Line trains. The food court is stocked with a wide variety of choices.

This is a nice Mall with the convince of the subway access. A lot of shops and a decent food court. The only downside to this is the amount of hoodlum that enters the mall. Too bad the mall itself can't really do.anything about it.

Over the years the small has gotten better and better. The stores that are there now are some of the best stories that I've ever been in this mall. The food court still has the staples that have been there all along and parking is a breeze I would definitely recommend this mall if you're in the area or you need to some quick shopping.

This mall gets many out of state visitors. Very nice and bright has a variety of shops from affordable ones to expensive taste. Plenty of paid parking and good food choices.

This is one of the best malls in the DC area. It's easy to get to the mall by taking the Blue or Yellow lines on the Metro. It's always clean and well-kept. It has a great selection of stores. If you don't want to go all the way out to Tyson's, this is the best mall.

A lot of fashion store. The parking they charge 3 dollars per 1 hour. Unfortunately the shipping center doesn't have kids zone for children playing around while my wife can something.

As a tourist and an avid mall goer the mall was just ok. Not bad but not spectacular either The layout was confusing, food court was average and escalators were not working. On the plus side I loved the skylights.The customers service at Macy's was outstanding.

Amazing, this mall is bigger than most malls in its area. Although it doesn’t have name brand stores it overall is a great mall. This place has an Apple Store, Microsoft Store, Lego Store and all of the above. I come to this mall once a week and never have gotten bored.

Calling all tourists: when visiting Washington DC, you must go see the Washington Monument, the Lincoln Memorial and... The Pentagon City Mall, apparently. In terms of malls, this is a pretty good one with lots of light, 3-4 stories, and a big food court, but it's still a mall.

Overwhelmingly huge and chic four story indoor mall. Many parking options, just keep circling the complex. Also, metered street parking for high profile vehicles.

Is it in Nordstrom in Pentagon City today to have a sit down meal at their Cafe. The cashier was friendly and efficient in ordering our food and helping us choose items that were on the menu. There are limited items on the menu, but most of them are fairly decent. There are fountain drinks and bottle drinks available to purchase. There are at least three servers in the room keeping everything clean and wiping tables and serving the customers. Our server was attentive and professional in serving our table. We each ordered different meals and as you can see in a photo they all came to the table and a nicely presented fashion. We all liked our individual meals of chicken, spicy sausage with noodles, and a bacon with chicken sandwich.

I really enjoy the extensive food court area (panera bread, popeyes, and mcdonalds just to name a few) with open seating. The mall offers a variety of needs and has a lot of walking space, but after awhile you may get a bit bored. Regardless, I do appreciate the mall being metro accessible, very clean, and offering comfortable seating throughout the mall.

Upscale shopping mall located in Arlington not far from Washington DC with branded and designer's stores. I think it's the only mall around having a Zara store. The mall also have an L'Occitane store which was unfortunately closed the last time I visited. There is a Carlton Ritz hotel almost inside the mall with a metro station underneath (the Pentagon City station).

this mall has so many amazing choices for shopping. They also have a good selection of food options, as well. the drivers around this mall are absolutely jerks, so be prepared to be honked at as you're walking into your Uber. that's DC for you though, I suppose.

Fairly big mall with lots of options. Has anchor stores such as macys, my main hangout and many smaller stores such as Microsoft and AT&T. Enjoy the shirt and nice clothes stores for professionals as well as the gift shop. The best part is the train station right inside the mall and quick way to get to it. Also the Ritz hotel is attached and super nice. Bus and taxi service easy to get to and very close restaurants after shopping.

It was a fun and exploratory experience. I was really impressed with exceptional level of customer service provided by the Leggo store associates. I was disappointed to see that the mall removed it's only dine in restuarant/lounge, where the public is allowed to access. The only one they have now is The Frye, which is located in the Ritz Carlton, with strict controlled access. The only patrons, who are allowed to dine at this establishment are guests staying at the Ritz. It's a mild form of false advertising. The Frye shows up on the mall map display, as if anyone can visit.

It was an alright mall 5 stars since its as good as can be for where it is and what.it wants to be. For us local it serves as a hub for picking up things same day and getting in-store support for electronics, as well as gift shopping. For out-of-towners it serves as a gift shopping spot and a place to get stuff while you stay in the area. Check the directory and be mindful of the mostly 9:30ish closing hours as different stores may close earlier or later depending on staff and such. One stop shop for tourists and mid range fashion fanatics.

Crazy busy and full of children's tours. It was difficult to move around or even enjoy a shipping experience. Wet left pretty quickly. It is good that it is connected to the metro so we could get out of there and it wasn't a dom waste of off the way.

Well for starters you have to pay for parking, it doesn’t end their 4 floors and a kiosk with the salt sellers from the Middle East and Europe, my lawd they are a pain in the neck some floors have 2 of them...... next their are better malls in the land of mega malls this one is the only one with multiple tours full of annoying Suburban brats running around not buying a thing but making noise and causing problems, last the mall has plenty of stores obviously but not ones anybody really wants to go to. The food court has chain restaurants nothing special, this was the biggest disappointment in the area by a long shot.

An excellent mall in the Pentagon neighborhood. It has all the major brands and also has a giant Macy and Nordstorm outlets. Also the food court has a variety of options. This is the only major mall in my locality and it does not disappoint. We are very glad to have it.

Awesome place for all your fashion needs. The prices can be high but are well worth it. Parking can be difficult. Best to come after 6pm on weekends or weekends when street parking is free. Be prepared to do a lot of walking, just like at any mall...

Just so convenient. Can get there by metro and it has all the stores you want. Great food court and being attached to the Ritz Carlton makes it easy to access if that's where you are staying. Very popular with local teens too.

The most beautiful Mall ever! What was really great is we stayed in the hotel which has direct access to the Mall. There is everything you need especially small souvenir stores or stalls at almost every other area. Looks a nice mall but without working escalators it's a let down, especially when Restrooms are only on the ground floor. Lifts were dead slow too. Good selection of shops, parking seems a bit steep for just doing a quick visit.

This is one of my favorite mall!!! It's also known as Pentagon City Mall!!! I paid a visit to Garrett's Popcorn during my lunch break! It houses a wide-variety of stores! Wear comfortable shoes and take a stroll! I am sure you will find something that you want!!

I needed something to do and get in my 10,000 steps. This shopping center is 4 floors. A huge food court. Lots of parking. If you can’t find what you are looking for then you probably don’t need it. I felt safe walking around.
