Lots of stores with 50% off entire store signs in the windows, but when you go inside and start to shop, you are told that the discount only applies to a very small selection of old inventory. You get better prices at the department stores in town without having to drive up to Park City.

We enjoy shopping here but are disappointed that there is nowhere to stop and eat. There isn't even a coffee shop or sandwich diner. Even a food truck would be nice.

This is home to my favorite Eddie Bauer Outlet store. One note: for visitors from lesser altitudes, Park City is even higher than Salt Lake City... so this mall will take your breath away -- literally ("Where'd all the oxygen molecules go!?!") and figuratively (views!). It's an easy drive when the roads are clear.

I would definitely recommend making a stop at Tanger Outlets! And don't forget to go see Marilyn at Shoppers Services! She was extremely helpful and sweet! I became a member years ago and she informed us of multiple member benefits I didn't even realize existed. Great service and great prices!

The actual outlets were fine however “The Border” food truck is absolutely terrible and the service is even worse. Firstly, they are never open at the time that they should be and they never answer their phone. Also, they’re food is far overpriced and the cleanliness inside the truck is far less than desirable.

Lots of parking, a good selection of vendors, BUT the best part is for the dad's hanging out with kids while the wife shops... A fantastic playground in the middle of the parking lot with shade canopies, grass, and trees. Playground is fully fenced so don't have to stress about little ones getting hit by a car unexpectedly.

Always stop here whenever we go to park city. I like these more than the Lehi outlets, I find that stores are not as picked over and it’s never as busy. Also, they have really fun playgrounds for the kids to play on while adults do the shopping.

Great stores, love the location, and can usually always find at least one great deal!! It's really the only place I go for my kids sneakers anymore. Between Nike and Under Armour we can find what they want at a great price. I will say you need to be careful of stores like Zumiez though! While they are great if that's the kind of thing you are looking for, they are definitely not an "outlet" and the prices are no different then any other mall. So if you don't live up in Park City, save the gas on that one. Oh!!! But they do have these awesome new veterans parking spaces which I think are fantastic!!! We have spaces all over for pregnant women now, why not a few for vets that may not be disabled but still could use a little closer parking. WTG on that Tanger

I’ve been here for occasional shopping splurges, but over the years stores have came and gone. All the stores prices are pretty good but you can find them online on their websites too. Malls are going out of style and I’m afraid strip malls like this are phasing our also. Everything is online nowadays sad to say.

Sad little outlet mall. I would just bypass this one. Wasn’t much here. I hope they survive just because I’m a businessman as well. Somehow they need to bring some vibrancy and people draw. One completely wacky feature is the parking lot is in a counter clockwise rotation for driving through it. It’s not well marked or laid out. I almost caused an accident. Sorry Mustang driver.

It’s an ok outlet mall. Something to do if you’re in town and don’t want to go skiing or boarding. I’m more of a luxury brand outlet mall person (Prada Burberry Moncler etc). The highway name brands I saw were Calvin Klein and Michael Kors (I didn’t look around that long). But it was fun still to stretch my legs and get some exercise. There are many stores here but nothing I can’t find at home!

House Full Of Boys

Made a short weekend trip to the outlet stores. Picked up some fun toys at the toy store and some shoes from New Balance for my mother. This is a nice walk to go on outdoor style mall. Got caught in a downpour of hail. Enough to leave a good amount on the ground.

The outlets are great. The variety of stores is awesome, anywhere from sneakers to kitchen goods to professional wear. All the stores are within walking distance and it's hard to beat the view. The parking lot can be a bit of a pain during peak hours, but overall a good shopping experience.

I came here with my wife and kids, we found a food truck in the parking lot named “the border” the staff was really nice and welcoming and the food was even better!! Nice quality meat on their burgers, my wife had some street tacos and she said they’re just like the ones she ate in Mexico this summer!! We totally recommend it, can’t wait until we get to eat there again!

This is always a fun place to shop for our family. They have a really big selection of retail stores. I also like the playground toward the middle where the kids can play. We usually come here for Black Friday to find the deals as some of stores tend to be a little higher price than you'd expect from an "outlet". But some stores do keep decent deals throughout the year as well. Just be prepared for a bit of a hike up and down the hills; it's kind of a giant parking lot with stores around it.

It seems every year that the low prices and cheap deals are disappearing. We make it up to Tanger once a year these dsys and rarely buy anything. Other than a fun drive to the mountains i feel I can find similar items online or down in the valley for cheaper. Its location is convenient to reach from the freeway. Its a hot mess at back to school time, hard to find parking, and people everywhere.

I don't know why they call them outlets. They are just stores where you buy stuff. Not really different than anywhere else. But it's fun to go here. Something for everyone. There's a Mexican food truck in the middle for hunger. I especially enjoyed finding things at downeast basics, shoe warehouse, Sketchers (go there B4 shoe warehouse), dress Barn. Lots of benches outside for the bored husbands.

Some stores are dirty, cluttered. Some aren't really outlets and don't have any better deals than actually going to the store. Others like Columbia, Ann Taylor, Volcum, etc so fave some good deals and are clean.

A great experience here this afternoon. There's plenty of parking, lots of great stores and there's several places to get snacks. While there's no food court or food area, there's snacks in vending machine you can get if you need something while shopping. With dozens and dozens of places to shop, this place is hands down the nicest and best place in the area. One caveat is that the parking lot is ALL ONE WAY.

Had multiple nice playgrounds for kids to use while shopping. Public bathrooms we're accessable and clean. Parking was free and easy to get as well. Overall would recommend though some stores are far enough apart that you might want to drive to each and pedestrian crossing isn't very safe.

The renovated area has significantly improved traffic in-and-out of the outlets. Inevitably you end up with a few drivers going the wrong way. Maybe flashing signs can help further?? Either way, the store options are great. You can find something for any style. Prices are comparable to other places. The few stores I frequent constantly have discounts on top of other discounts.

Solid variety of stores, but you can tell that they just send their seconds in a lot of places, and it even seem like some stores produce lower quality just for the outlet to profit off the name. The outdoor outlets are pretty good, the fashion ones not so much. This place is packed with rude people from the basin around the holidays

Very nice outlet mall. Has numerous stores to visit. The prices are more reasonable at these locations. The traffic flow is a little bit strange getting around but overall it's okay. And getting in and out of the location is also a little bit tough but as long as you are on GPS and seeing the roads it's easy enough to get to. You do have to watch for pedestrians as it's very pedestrian-friendly to walk around and go from shop to shop. They're also sometimes large groups or families together so driving around the parking lot with caution is a big must. We definitely recommend coming to this outlet mall for reduced prices, good deals and quick shopping at numerous different locations.

I loved shopping and they have a great selection. It can provide hours of entertainment. The only downside is that it lacks quick and easy access to public restrooms. Each grouping of stores only has one bathroom. We had some children and some elderly people in our group so it was a little rough
