Was disappointed at the stores they had here. The only toy type store was the Disney store. The only book store was Desert. That's great if your LDS but where you have people who travel and visit Salt Lake from out of state. It doesn't leave a lot in the way of bookstores at City Creek. Its a beautiful Mall but the stores are just not interesting. The only reason for me to go to City Creek is for maybe the Cheesecake Factory. Its a lot of high end shops.

Very nice shopping mall, mostly for the rich and elite though! The food court is great, way above the quality of most malls. The Cheesecake Factory is awesome. It’s fun having a Disney Store near by. Parking is great and you get the first 2 hrs free! The creek running through the mall and the fancy opening roof make it a very unique place to visit. If you can’t afford the shops at least visit for the ambiance.

The fountain was a special treat for the kids; I enjoyed watching them play in & around it while having a cool drink from Nordstoms EBar Cafe. A hesitate to say this in regards to a shopping mall, but it is truly beautiful! There is literally a Creek running through the mall with an open outdoor aesthetic as the roof can be retracted and opened during the summer. During the winter the roof is closed to protect from the weather. Comfortable shopping all year round! A wide variety of upscale shops, great food selection too.

Free parking and a great venue. The money that was put into this place has created an attractive setup to keep people here. It was clean, organized and convenient. We hit up the Rocky mountain chocolate factory and Utah Sports Hall of Fame Museum. Both of them worth it! Maybe not the best place for Heely's (shoes with wheels).

Small mall, lots of people on most days. They cram as many stores in as they can. Thus, anything here has a very limited selection of the past few year's fashions marked up as if it's this year's. The ambiance is serene, however I go to the mall to shop not pretend I'm at the park. I recall they used to kick people out for not dressing Mormon enough! 9000+ reviews and almost 5*'s, obviously some of the previous reviews are biased.

We love going to city creek, especially in the winter when it it too cold to take your kid to the park. On the south side of the food court they have the RSL themed kids play area. In the summer the splash pad on the West side of the mall is fun. On Saturday's at 10 you can feed the fish. Free ride zone for the train so you can take it around town. Two hours free parking.

I work in the area and the food court alone is awesome. Busy lunchtimes! I like the tech stores like Apple and Microsoft. I used to workout at The Gym at City Creek, now that I work so close I may go back everyday. Costa Vida is there now, so 5 stars!

City Creek development is a beautiful place to walk around downtown. I e love it in the summer time, and especially through the Holiday season. It’s fun to walk across the bridge over Main Street, the views are exceptional. Great shops, food, and ample parking. Parking lot is heated, so that’s nice as well.

Listen, I love my bank but sometimes the experience isn't all that pleasant. So this journey turned into an annoyance fest right down to the bone. First off I had to park two blocks away because there isn't a real place to park downtown. Then as I hurried into the bank I had a bag of change and bills. The teller acted like this was a task. This is the city Creek branch downtown. It took her six times to count 5 twenty dollar bills. I mean, how many times do u have to count $100 to know it's $100 and I was in a hurry but I figured I'd ask if they validate parking. I got a resounding "NO" after all that. I love my bank to death, they have treated me like a king when I'm actually a puoper in disguise. But sometimes it's not worth it to go to a different branch. That's AFCU.

Easy to park (multilevel underground deck with multiple access points). A retractable roof keeps it comfortable in winter but open air in summer. Great central location, nice atmosphere. The only disadvantage is everything closes early. You can't find a restaurant here open past 10, even on a weekend.

I love the variety of shops and food. The atmosphere and indoor/outdoor setup with the stream and sunroof is awesome. The entrance from the little glass building from across the street next to the grocery store that looks completely unrelated is mysterious but the escalator going down to an underground walkway full of historical photos rather than trying to do a crosswalk on a busy street is definitely safer and keeps you out of the elements while getting to the parking structure across the street. I like the mysterious feel of it... but if you didn't already know what it was you would never guess it was the shopping center entrance. Some signage might be helpful.

WOW I love this mall. This place is gorgeous. Definitely watch the fountain shows at night, it’s super cool! The staff is always friendly and helpful, the mall is well-organized, and easy to access too! There’s a green and blue TRAX station right in the middle of the mall. The only thing I would change is an Oakley store (although, let’s be honest, it’s probably a good thing that there isn’t an Oakley store in this mall because I would spend infinitely more amounts of money every time I come to City Creek)

Great place to relax & window shop. There is a food court area & there r several restaurants scattered around. There are also a couple of coffee & bakery choices & a couple of ice cream places. The bathrooms are always clean & they have the fountains on during the summer & it’s a great attraction for kids to run around, have fun & get wet. There is the creek that runs in the middle & is full of coins from over the years. It’s got the E-Bar from Nordstrom ad well & it’s got a place to sit inside & outside as well

This is my favorite mall in the Salt Lake Valley. Open air when the weather is nice, with a roof that closes when the weather is bad. There are streams and ponds filled with trout to create a natural ambience. There is a large variety of shops and restaurants with a large parking garage underneath. Parking is free for the first hour.

Such a great shopping mall. Unfortunately it's closed on Sundays due to it being Mormon owned. They have a lot of shops there to go. They even have a nice food court. Best place to get a smoothie is Roxberry. Better than Jamba Juice!

$$$$ shopping area located on the corners of Rio Grande and 100 South in downtown Salt Lake. It's a classy place with a lot of expensive stores. Very close to Trax so if you're from out of town and riding that you can get off right there. There's a small stream down the center of the indoor shops that gives it a nice ambience. Personally my child loves The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory ( I think we paid about $7 for an ice cream but it was pretty extravagant and worth it) next to the Sunglass Hut and the water fountain~ aka on google called The Fountains City Creek. And most of our time is spent there with her playing in the water fountain. If you're this close and you're from out of town definitely head over by Dave & Buster's (google) there's a really nice area there to sit outside at Sunset- have a glass of wine. There's a piano there and a teeter totter - random things at a sitting area but worth it. You will be on the second level and can look out over the people passing below and there are some nice restaurants right there and wine bars I believe.

This is a very popular mall. And a pretty nice mall as well. It's definitely a step up from what the Gateway used to be. With tons more shopping options, even the food court is a step up. I do feel like just about every time I'm here the police have someone arrested sitting on the floor or a bench waiting to be taken to the local station.

I went to City Creek last Saturday September 7th 2019. I was having a really bad day because I just got back from FanX and I was having an anxiety attack and I wanted to go into the Disney store happy cuz I love Disney and there was this amazing employee who gave me this coupon book for October everyone there was so nice and super understanding even though I was in tears. I walked around City Creek for a little while and all the employees that are working for City Creek are so amazing in every single way. I don't know the lady who I was talking to or gave me that discount coupon thingy but she really made my day. if you're reading this Disney employee lady with the blond hair, thank you for making my day better because it was going really bad before I met you.

Cute shopping complex in downtown Salt Lake City. There are a lot of stores here and you can find many high end options if that interests you. Otherwise it's just a lovely place to walk in the city. Parking is available in the garage beneath the complex as well.

I had the opportunity to watch this built because I was working up top one of the sky scrapers right next to it. Really neat to watch them take old buildings down to dirt then rebuild a piece of art from the ground up. The thought that has gone into the City Creek Center is unmatched. A running river. Fish. The architecture. A ceiling that opens so you're outdoors in the summer and indoors in the winter. The only sky bridge in the city. Spectacular dancing water fountains that coincide with the music. High end shopping. Great places to eat. Truly one of the gems of SLC.

I LOVE this mall! The creek running through the middle makes it feel like you're outside. With the glass roof that opens and closes the temperature is controlled. The stores are on the spendy side. But it's a great place to take the kids for the food court and play area. There's a splash pad for the kids during the summer. The synchronized musical fountains alone are worth the trip. It's a place you should visit in Salt Lake City for sure. Don't miss it!

I think the location is beautiful. However everything is very expensive, and there are a lot of panhandlers in the area. I know they can't get rid of them, but it does ruin the shopping experience for me. they're also isn't really much entertainment here it's mainly just for shopping not so much for hanging out. The best part is the food court there's a lot of options. Also in addition there are a good number of sit in restaurants that are pretty good like the cheesecake factory or Texas de Brazil. So if you're downtown visiting Temple square and you're hungry I recommend dropping by City Creek.

$$$$ shopping area located on the corners of Rio Grande and 100 South in downtown Salt Lake. It's a classy place with a lot of expensive stores. Very close to Trax so if you're from out of town and riding that you can get off right there. There's a small stream down the center of the indoor shops that gives it a nice ambience. Personally my child loves The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory ( I think we paid about $7 for an ice cream but it was pretty extravagant and worth it) next to the Sunglass Hut and the water fountain~ aka on google called The Fountains City Creek. And most of our time is spent there with her playing in the water fountain. If you're this close and you're from out of town definitely head over by Dave & Buster's (google) there's a really nice area there to sit outside at Sunset- have a glass of wine. There's a piano there and a teeter totter - random things at a sitting area but worth it. You will be on the second level and can look out over the people passing below and there are some nice restaurants right there and wine bars I believe.

This is a very popular mall. And a pretty nice mall as well. It's definitely a step up from what the Gateway used to be. With tons more shopping options, even the food court is a step up. I do feel like just about every time I'm here the police have someone arrested sitting on the floor or a bench waiting to be taken to the local station.

Cute shopping complex in downtown Salt Lake City. There are a lot of stores here and you can find many high end options if that interests you. Otherwise it's just a lovely place to walk in the city. Parking is available in the garage beneath the complex as well.

The fountain and splash pad were not working when we went, but hopefully they will fix them soon. Lots of places to eat and shop. It was a hot day so the roof was over the shopping center. This is a very beautiful area with little rivers, ponds, fish. Sitting areas with fireplaces and benches all along the paths for those who need a break from shopping.

I love this mall. I spent 30 minutes in the Mini Mustachery shooting the breeze with the clerk at the counter. That guy knew his stuff. I love the atmosphere and the retractable roof. Plenty of dining options as well. Just a great place. I'm glad it got built.

The setting is amazing with a live creek complete with trout running right through the middle. There's an awesome bridge connecting the two blocks. And the retractable ceiling is one of the coolest features. Definitely worth a visit. While you're there check out Temple Square across the street. Then two places tie great together.

Now they have a bunch of empty store fronts and F'Me-dry stores. Not a place for the average Joe to shop at.

I met up with a friend for lunch. Parking is free for first two hours. Ate at Costa Vita. Food was fresh, great tasting, and the price was reasonable. Arrive early and avoid the rush and crowds. I ate at 11:30 am before it got crazy. Facilities were clean, and service was friendly. Well worth the stop for fresh, healthy, and delicious food.

Fun place. 1st 2 hours of parking are free. Restaurant validation only after that. The water fountain show is fun. Tonight we watched the water dance to Elvis. We always visit the Disney Store, Deseret Book and others. In the summer, they open the sun roof up. The place is 2 blocks long with a larger food court.

City Creek mall is just ok. Almost everything is over priced and the mall itself is very spread out. The design of the mall is kind of pretty but ends up feeling very bland because of the consistency of the colors. Almost everything is sandstone colored. The fountains are nice and things are generally clean, so that's good. Not many of the shops there are especially unique or interesting. It's all very corporate and safe feeling, not much style or substance.

I always like coming to City Creek because of food, shopping and the fact everything is so clean and well maintained. WoW!!! I have not been for sometime and was shocked how filthy and un kept everything was. Dirty bathroom, tables not cleaned off even with cigarette butts on 2 tables,and Debris on the ground. What has happened to this place? I thought they took pride in being high end. Apparently they bar for standards has been lowered.

There are garages, but they're expensive. Free parking is hard to find around here. Not a bad place to kill some time.

Was nice. Easy to get and easy to get out. Parking is free for the fit 2 hours and $2 for every additional hour. They don't have one of those things where after whatever on parking's free so you pay for as long as you stay.

Loved this place with it's mix of indoor and outdoor with skylight lighting. Very well designed. Great selection of stores as well.

Gorgeous mall! I only wish they had more casual stores so I could afford to shop here more often. This place is filled with high end clothing stores, and are very expensive as a result. Some of my favorite shops here include the handmade bath and body shop, and Papyrus (unique card shop).

Really fun place to walk around with the family or significant other. It's the only place like it for 500 miles in any direction. A must see if you are visiting salt lake.

Nice mall. If malls are your thing. Lots of places to find gifts. Leans more high-end than bargain; your not going to find many good deals. Some decent places to eat also. Conveniently located near temple square and the trax. The city creek water feature with fish in it is kind of cool. Nice mix of indoor and outdoor spaces. Parking can be hard to find, though. There are garages, but they're expensive. Free parking is hard to find around here. Not a bad place to kill some time.

Relaxing environment for a mall. The creeks throughout the mall were peaceful and beautiful. We visited the Disney store which is pretty large. We also had lunch at the Cheesecake Factory which was delicious but pricey. The fountains throughout the mall were fun and I got some good pics too. I didn't do any other shopping though. Maybe next time...

Beautiful, well kept, and easy to navigate. This is by far one of my favorite malls. They keep it very nice and clean and have a great selection of different stores and places to go.
