This Outlet is located right at the border with Mexico. Stores are ok. A little pricey, but you could still find good deals. The parking is secure and the first 3 hours are free, which is a plus. The food court only have 3 places to eat, or you could eat at the Johnny Rockets. I prefer the mall location to be more centrally located in Laredo, but is alright. If you live in Laredo and you are bored which most people are , I reccomend for you to visit this place.

I am local and had not been downtown in a long while. So I decided to go to check out The Outlet Shoppes at Laredo downtown. I was worried about the parking, but to my surprise parking meters were available, also parking at the garage was available at a fair price. The outlets is a differently awesome experience. The whole place is beautiful. The outdoor walking shopping experience is awesome. They have plenty of name brand stores and at always at great savings, sales, and prices. The deals are unparalleled. New stores are always opening. They do have several places to eat. I will reccomend this place to locals and visitors.

The shops had lots of sales including MK purses. But do not go eat at Johnny Rockets. I asked for a Turkey burger with mustard and received a regular hamburger. Then received a Turkey burger with no mustard had to ask a different waiter for mustard because our waitress was talking to other coworkers. No one came to ask or see if we wanted or needed anything. Or how was our meal. The manager was busy talking and texting on her phone without any care of the customers. They don't even deserve 1 star rating.

Definitely the premier place to shop in Laredo. A city that desperately lacks good shopping options, and leisure activity. There are good variety of shops for the outlets size. That includes some higher price options. The staff are friendly and atinitive. The mall it's self, is located in a terribly ugly, and poor area. In downtown Laredo. But the exterior and interior of the building, is colorful and beautiful. It's a cool place to hang out, if in Laredo. An otherwise very boring, ugly city; with nothing to do.

Fun place to eat, shop, and relax. There is a food court, Johnny Rockets (one of my favorite places) and a couple other snack places. Stores include Nike, Express,Van's, Converse, UnderArmor, and many others. Parking is free in the large parking area behind the building as long as you dont stay parked for longer than three hours. Place was actually clean and looked nice against it being in downtown Laredo. We usually visit once a month.

Great place tho shop, different stores, and restaurants, I reccomend to consider the wheater, it has some open spaces that can be warm or cold depend the season, you can pay you u.s. permission or your manifesto for taxes if crossing to Mexico. The sellers in most cases speak Spanish, feel free to ask for some guidance.

Not a lot of selection when it comes to food, but plenty of stores for shopping at great prices. Dress cool though because as we all know, it's hot. Three hours of free parking gives you plenty of time to check out all the stores. Garage parking is also available as is meter parking in front of The Outlet Shoppes. The last two parking options are not free. Note: meter parking is free after 6 p.m. on weekdays, Sundays, and holidays that the City of Laredo offices are closed.

It was a regular outside mall, nothing fancy but very convenient to shop here due to the date and time I came here (Monday night). Prices weren’t that cheap as expected but pretty average as any other mall. Some brands stores were big, but nothing fancy. If you want some luxury brands you might need to go to San Marcos area or go to Monterrey malls. I guess much of the people that came from Mexico prefers to travel north San Antonio and get better deals, but I guess this mall has their niche market.

Love the open concept and the feel of the place. It's a two floor outlet with parking all around the area well with in walking distance and underground parking. The have restaurants, haircut studio with a ping pong table, snacks vendors and awesome discounts in each respective store.

Incredible Outlet shopping in Laredo. You will enjoy the Downtown Laredo feel with the open air concept. Every brand is well Represented. Plus you can get excellent Taco Palenque food or amazing pizza or burgers at some of the other restaurants. A must for everyone visiting Laredo. Plenty of secured parking in a extremely safe place. Well worth the experience.

HUGE FAN OF THESE OUTLETS! Honestly is a hidden gem. Tons of great shops with clearance deals. From sportswear like Nike and Under Armor, casual like H&M and Vans, to more ‘fancy’ clothing like Banana Republic or Express. Got tons of great stuff and it’s not busy at all. Best outlets I’ve been to.

The escalators did not work and there are several places alone, but there are several very good stores like Guess, Cross, banana republic, etc. I recommend you better to see the directory where they tell you what floor it is on.

I remember being a child and taking the bus downtown Laredo with my grandma to go shopping and see my dad at his store. I was looking forward to taking all our kids down town for some fun shopping and it just wasn't what it used to be. Most of the stores are closed and those that are open are few and far in between. I worry my next visit to Laredo will have even less downtown shopping to offer. The few stores we visited did provide lots of options and we were able to buy some things for our daughter. I just wish there were more options.

No! discounts no Clarence! Escalators always broken! The Nike outlet clearance store has extremely rude customers! Aldo shoes store ....employees there were no help! Saturday is a busy shopping day and that is the day they decide to remodel the store... NOT GOOD

This place has become my new favorite shopping place in Laredo. The view of the Rio Grande is nice but what's nicer is all the great deals and name brands stores that this outlet has to offer. Don't be discouraged by downtown traffic, it's not as bad as many other places in town and is quite easy and quick to get to. Definitely worth the trip with the amount of savings you'll receive by shopping there.

It a very clean place. Plenty of places to go for a cool drink. Great stores, though prices could be marked a little less. We are a border town and I believe we would see more clientele if we had more "real" sales. I mean, prices are so-so, but they could be better. It's sad to see a once so vibrant and thriving downtown reduced to what it is right now. The Outlet Store's are here to help regain, somewhat, our downtown. You do your part and we will do ours. ❤❤
