I would actually rate it a higher level even though the mall is old, but when you put kids rides in the middle of the floor area and half doesn't work, then it becomes an inconvenience. Have you ever taken to your kids or grandchildren out and run across little kids rides? Exactly, they want to ride every one of them! That's fine, but when the bill acceptor doesn't work, the change machine doesn't work, and you put the change that you have in the only machine that is jammed, then it's a problem. All I can say is to "REMOVE THEM OR KEEP THEM IN WORKING ORDER!" THANK GOD that the one machine on the other side of the mall worked.

Worked here for several years at several different stores and even then the mall was slowly dying out. Most of the good stores have moved to the outlet mall and there isnt much left here to shop.

Really nice mall. Lots of stores, all full and crowded with people like malls are supposed to be. Very clean mall to. Food court was good. As most malls are struggeling to stay alive, this mall seems to be thriving. Nice Saturday spent here. Lots of sales.

Richland Mall is great place to take the kids for a short time to get out of the house because there's a lot of activity it's loud so they can kind of be loud and be their self I like the little rides that they have for the children I like Richland Mall because it's small it's not big and overwhelming it's easy to shop at Dillard's and Dillard's has great sales the new addition of Dick's sporting goods is a fantastic accoutrement. overall I have to give it five stars just because of the ship convenience location in size it's suitable to my liking

Been going to this mall since I was a kid. I can't tell you the hundreds of thousands of dollars my family has spent at this mall. There's a ton of stores that are the staple of the Richland mall. There's something for everyone.

This mall definitely isn't what it once was, but that doesn't neccesarily mean that it's bad. My favorite store is definitely still Hot Topic. I can grab anime merch and band merch all under one roof. It's just a shame that the best shop has one of the smallest spaces in the mall. Dining options inside are very linited, but I recommend Greek Grill if you want to get an actual meal, or journey across the parking lot to any of the outdoor restaurants. Build-A-Bear workshop is a good place to take your kids, if you have them. It's a nice treat, and stuffed animals are a lot healthier than ice cream, and they last longer as well. It's more about the experience of stuffing a bear and getting to name it, though.

Excellent place to shop. I loved it. Only complaint is the kiosk sales representatives that are a little too aggressive in their sales pitch. But that's at every mall I have visited. Large variety of shops, helpful staff, very pleased.

The biggest mall in Waco! Also probably the only true walk around malls in Waco. It's not all that grand but it's covers the bare minimum of what a mall should have. An assortment of unique stores, food court, and some miscellaneous entertainment. It's nothing in comparison to big city malls like Dallas, Fort Worth, or Houston. But neither is Waco. I'd say it's a decent place to kill an evening shopping about.

it's got a good selection of stores and especially a good selection of places to eat, however the security company they have contracted with forbids any of its guards from carrying firearms. Couple this with the fact that the mall itself bans any and all Texas license to carry holders from concealed carrying their own handguns for self-defense, and you have a management at the mall that is more concerned about the political feelings of half of their customers then they are concerned about mass shootings or protecting those customers.

This is a really rough mall. No one who lives in Waco even likes it. The selection of stores is minimal. It is entirely unpleasant esthetically inside and out. I've been to much nicer malls in smaller towns.

I went on a Monday lunchtime walk to only get some exercise on a rainy day. I hadn't been to the mall in almost twenty years! I really wasn't expecting much, with the onslaught of Amazon and other online shopping sites, but it really wasn't bad. There wasn't any crowd, but enough to keep things from feeling creepy. The floors were very clean and no musty orders. They now have numerous massage chairs strategicly placed, though I wouldn't call them cheap at $5 for a 15 minute massage. All things considered, I'll go back to do more walking. FWIW most stores were geared to a young clentele, but that was irrelevant to me.

Glad this Mall stays up and running! Reminds me of childhood and who doesn't love Chick-fil-a, Ice Cream, and any store you could want. Plus there's a machine near the Chick-fil-a that let's you sell your old phones. Forgot it's exact name but it stands out.

It's one of the biggest mall but they have pretty much anything you looking for. It's a short drive from where we live so it's worth the drive. Haven't been here in a while but I was glad that they had added other stores specially Dick's since they have all kinds of stuff in there.

I never find what I am looking for at the mall. Recently I got a motor g6 smart phone. I needed a cover and screen protections. When I asked for the cover no one understood I have a motor g6. Even after looking at my phone no one had what I needed or understood I have a Moto g6. Better to look online for what is needed before I go to the mall.
