This regional mall is trying to reinvent it's self. The merry-go-round and live music are a nice touch. The food court is ok. It feels clean and safe. The store selection is poor for that area.

Very clean and pleasant to walk around. Not impressed at all with the food court, although we ate at a taco place and they were pretty good. I would go again. I learned that Diillards store is turning into an outlet store just like the one at Irving's Mall.

It was pretty fun. Food court still has some good food. Nice to walk through. From what I could remember when I visited a while ago it was quiet. Some shops still open. I went to the cat cafe place just to see. Definitely a lounge rather than cafe but still fun. I petted some cats, got an ocean water from sonic, walked around, popped in and out of some stores and enjoyed myself. There are occasionally live performers and so far haven't heard a bad performance from any of them. Relaxing.

The reason to visit was the WWII Museum. FromTexarkana area and herd about the museum. It was absolutely incredible with a tremendous amount of history and lots to see. If you love the military, this is a must see. Highly recommend the visit.

Fun stuff to do with kiddos there on weekends. Today we danced with Dora the explorer. Getting more & more stores. Good to see Lewisville mall doing good. Oh! New place in food court called "Hot Fries" is Excellent! Great fries plus unbelievably good Mac and cheese. Portions are huge. Great comfort food.

This is the worst mall I've ever been to. The major stores have already left or are leaving. The shops that remain are mostly businesses with several hair and nail places. Otherwise it's no name places with 24/7 clearance, cheaply made clothing, or knock off stores with no refund policies. It's worse than thrift store. The mall feels like a bad strip mall. A lot of empty stores inside too. The food court is tiny without really any impressive options. This use to be a decent mall but it is not worth visiting anymore.

Mall with a family and friendly feel to it. Not big. Has JC Penny, Macy's and a host of other nie stores. Has a music square where you can stop, relax and listen to budding artists (and some pros) play good music. Place to shop in a relaxed slow paced way.

It's been crazy to watch so many stores close down inside the mall. This used to be a fun place to hang out, but now it feels like it's dying. It's a shame. No matter what day it time you visit, it's never busy. There are still a few good stores here, but who knows how much longer they'll be there. They have tried to bring more people in with musical performances, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be helping.

What a shame. A good mall. Clean very up to date, but not enough people on a daily basis to maintain all the merchants there. Look at Valley View in Dallas.....gone. We build far too many of these places, we dilute the "product". Yeah, good for a decade or two. Then we go someplace else.

I like this mall because it seems smaller than other malls I've been to. It also seems less crowded because of that and I like that as well. The mall still has some good choices for the stores. It's cool to see people performing live there. The location is a plus for me as well.

It was just a weird place. Seemed closed at 8:30pm. Macy’s lights were off and the store was closed. Poor lighting outside. I felt nervous walking in. Inside was a combination of dated and new decor. There’s no real consistency and it just didn’t make me want to stay and shop, or really stay at all. I walked the top level to the food court and down the escalators and back out. There’s a room for a “Music City” event, but nothing music musical happening, unless of course you consider the distorted and cracking PA speaker at the entrance.

While there was a quality act on stage playing music, the rest of the mall is almost a graveyard. The stage was the center of almost all activity to be found on 2 floors.

Man, I just cannot figure out what they were thinking when they renovated this place, or what they were trying to accomplish. I've always liked Vista Ridge Mall, but not sure what the hell is going on now. The ten commandments on huge tablets? Trying to have multiple music acts within proximity of each other, all under massive high ceilings with infinite echos? I just can't figure it out. They got a really nice Dillard's though!

I went into this mall today for the first time in a long time. I am very impressed with the improvements that have been made! Last time that I was there, it was littered with vacancies and stores that I had never heard of. Now, there are plenty of well known establishments, a revamped kids area, and lots of various events. It has life again! Definitely check it out.

Music City Mall is small however main stores such as Bath and Body Works and even the Dillard's are okay. Keep in mind the Dillards was remodel to a mark down store and only 1 changing room.

Not aware of the Mall's name change from Vista Ridge Mall (normally shop in malls on U.S. 75) to Music City Mall. Very nice and well kept. We were shopping at J.C. Penny.

This mall is definitely dying. They do try but it’s not as it used to be. The big named brands are slowly backing out so this mall is left with merchants that are family owned. There is not that much selections on their food court either. Sad because it is located in the heart of lewisville.

They're trying so hard to revitalize the mall, and the scene that goes with it. I don't know for sure if their plan is working or not, but there are some interesting things to see and do for adults and children. I do strongly dislike the imposition of religious propaganda in such an ostentatious manner by the facility itself, as they do with their tacky Ten Commandments sculpture, but I'd imagine there's a huge number of people who fail to see the irony of such a monument in a capitalistic stronghold that's open on Sundays.

Vista Ridge Mall used to be the only mall North of DFW that anyone went to. It embodied my childhood in the 90s. Music City Mall is just sad. It's half empty, and the vendors sell cheap, low quality merchandise. The only promising addition is The Casual Cat Cafe, but overall don't waste your time.

Not a bad place to shop, I commend the owners for trying to revitalize the mall by having various music venues and storytelling for the kids. The mall has many empty storefronts but hoping new merchants will move in soon. The restrooms are clean as is the mall and there is adequate mall security. I felt safe at this mall and the prices at most stores were generally reasonable. The mall has a good sized food court.

Avoid this place or use it as a last resort when shopping. There's nothing here that seems to be worth it. The cat cafe seems to be the only cool thing. You know it's bad when one of the stores is a WW2 museum. Actually that's probably the best store in the mall. Come here if you want to see a sideshow mall.

Feels like it's back on the upswing since the ownership changed. Still some empty storefronts the last time I was there but it seemed like several of them had someone lined up that just hadn't gotten in to set up yet. Has most of the staple stores of mall and it has a used tool store which is nice to have. Attendance seems to be up quite a bit from a year or two ago before the new owners took over.

I just can't see this mall here in 5 years, perhaps even 2. First of all, Vista Ridge Mall had name recognition and described the area. Music City is Nashville, TN so this name makes absolutely no sense. I get it, they have musical performances going on at times, but they really need to focus on commerce here. At the end of the day, this mall is doomed just like every other enclosed shopping mall in the area. E-commerce and quick in and out shopping centers have killed most old school malls, and are soon to dispatch the ones that have survived this long. It shocks me that anyone even invested in this place, they should have saved themselves a bankruptcy and passed on this one. All that being said, the theater is great, the Dillards is as well, and there are some small local businesses to support. The people bagging on the food court must be ignoring the perfectly delicious pizza and Kristi G's cupcakes which are ridiculously tasty. A giant play are for kids is welcome, and the Santa that we've been going to for 5 years is the best in the area. So stupid name aside, as long as this place is around, it's not the worst place in the world. Just don't expect it to last long.

Went to my one and only FAVORITE pretzel place on the first floor. The pretzels are ALWAYS fresh and soft. If you want a SOFT, TASTY pretzel, it is worth the time and drive to go to that establishment. Been going periodically for over 8 years.

Even a few years ago this mall was much nicer. Since the transition to "Music City Mall", it's become a bit tacky. The choice of most of the stores are not that great.

So don't go to this mall to be seen (ain't no one there to see you). Go for this: it's so weird! It has got this strange hodgepodge of Christian oddities and war oddities, even store oddities. There is even a place you can go to and pay to PET CATS. Plus its kind of cool to walk through the mall and hear someone playing the guitar. So yeah, five stars.

I loved this mall so much! The people that work there are so nice and they care about their customers. They had a $1,000 giveaway and we won by simply just being there! My family got the privilege to meet Cleo Boone and we had an amazing time!

I have visited this mall both on weekdays and weekends but its always quiet and empty. They do not have much traffic in the mall. Couple of musical events are always happening but very few people around. They have a lot of different stores including Victoria Secret, Bath & Body Works, Macy's, Dillard. If you want to do shopping and don't like crowd you can be there.

The mall is very clean and has update most of the shops. It is less of a shopping center and more of an entertainment hub. My four year old is always excited to go and I enjoy it as well.

Went to Cirrus Tech. Custom computers. They build computers for specific needs and specs. Very high end equipment at very competitive prices. $1500-$2500. For gaming/ music applications. Very knowledgeable staff.

I am giving them 5 stars for effort. However, we live in a different age where Amazon and other online retailers are pushing the brick and mortar stores into extinction. I am a 57 year old male that grew up in a time when going to spend your money at the mall was an event. It is inevitable that this mall will suffer the same fate as the Valley View Mall did recently in north Dallas.

It's sad to see that malls are going the way of the dinosaurs... With only a few anchor stores left in this mall, it's hanging on, with only a quarter of the stores empty... Dillards, Macy's and JC Penney all maintain storefronts, as well as David's Bridal. The plus side is there's plenty of parking.

Malls are dying these days but there is still a decent variety of shops and stores here. The food court is always clean and has good choices like Korean, Mexican, chicken and soul food, and desserts. Mall employees are always cleaning and tidying up too. The main glass dome area near the food court is pretty and the has pretty live plants too.

Remember this mall used to be so crowded. Everyone's going to Stonebriar, I think. Cinemark matinee great. Not crowded at all. $5 tickets. Can't beat that. Reclining seats. Going to see new Spiderman there next, with all the screening bells and whistles this theater offers. Ready, set...

They are trying to do different things with the place but it just feels off; some of the shops are empty. Maybe it's the location, management or bad juju. They should hire some experts and see how to turn the place around. The buildings seems nice enough and clean plus tons of parking...when you visit you'll understand what I mean.

We visit this mall especially for Jcpenny and Macy’s.. But in on our recent visit we saw that many upgrades have been done.. There’s a new children’s play area.. and other additions include escape room, Gaming zone and few shops to the food court... the restrooms and the mall area are clean and well maintained.. Good place for a peaceful not so crowded shopping experience..

This place is struggling to survive but getting better and better every month. I'd love to see this Lewisville icon make it. The Vista Ridge shopping mall was once the region's most prestigious shopping mall (30 years ago), but thanks to mall-sprawl all over the region and internet shopping, it is now transforming itself to remain relevant. I hope everyone reading this will visit the mail and help them make by buying something from one of the stores.

Used to be a fine place while it was Vista Ridge Mall, but ever since the rebrand they've taken out almost all of the good stores and the way they push their religious agenda makes me uncomfortable (i.e. the ten commandments being up on display in the middle of the halls). I would give them one star but the theatre is still great and I hope that doesn't get shut down. At this point though, the rest of the mall could disappear and I wouldn't bat an eye.

A little quiet nowadays, but posses a great atmosphere and wonderful people. This mall even has a therapy type place currently where you can go to play DND and pet cats! Seems like a wonderful little place, and has the cats in mind. Hoping to get to spend more time here soon.

The mall is really big but it doesn't have a full mall, it's maybe half full of stores. They do have a couple of major stores and they have a movie theater. It's a very nice mall though, so it could be awesome. This visit they had cars displayed throughout and a self-playing piano so that was pretty cool. However I think its really weird that they have a giant statue of The Ten Commandments.

Run down shopping mall that was a good place maybe 20 or 30 years ago. It was called Vista Ridge shopping mall and now renamed to Music City Mall - it has nothing to do with music... same, old standard stores and small, jucky food court as before. Sears just closed... who will be next ?

Great Mall!!! You can tell the owners put time and love into this location! I am a District Manager for Kay Jewelers so I am in a lot of malls. I love coming here, great music and more to do than shop! Look at these great cars next to the Kay.

I was visiting for the first time and they let my daughter go out by herself and she cross the street parking lot by herself and she’s only 6 years old,this is a very bad place for children it smells bad inside. I would never take my child again there it was scary and stressful.
