It's a pretty lame mall, most of the good stores have left and the foodcourt is abysmal. The theater is nice though, and it has an FYE. Youll see some hot guys, but its not worth it to go to this mall for just that.

This place is a shadow of its former self! I grew up in this mall in the mid-80's, when you had to fight your way through the corridors. But now at noon on a Saturday, half the stores were still closed and the corridors were ghostly empty. Most of the small stores that were open were very friendly to see you enter and the staff warmly welcomed you. The exterior and interior look dated and two of the public restrooms were CLOSED - not for cleaning...just CLOSED!

This is a good mall, not massive but lots of parking spaces. Parking is free. Not a lot stores and restaurants on offer but the few that exist are quite ok. Nice facilities with wheelchair accessible entrance and restrooms. The service of the restrooms can be improved.

Ok mall you can tell its a bit dated now. Sad thing is this mall is suffering the same fate as most being lots of closed down stores and not all that busy. It was pretty warm inside and all the small kiosks in the center of mall seem to be shutting down. There are a few key anchor stores left but other than this there isnt a whole lot going on here

Don't know how many times I've been to this mall, headed to the food hall usually but wandered around as well window shopping or just using the walk track to do some exercising, they ( my friends tell me that there is a curfew for young folk that they must be out of the mall and carpark area by 6 pm and that would be right ,never saw any teens hanging around the centre complex which is good,or graffiti.

The mall has a large variety, but the place is falling apart. The parking lot is like some war torn nightmare from in the middle east hit with IEDs. A lot of my favorite old shops left, and the movie theater is close and cheap. I remember when it was a great mall now it is mediocre.

Not much to offer. Stores there suck, more unknown and small businesses than big retail chains. If you're looking for nice things then I recommend going elsewhere. Not even the food court is good enough, very few options. There's opportunity here but businesses are not attracted to this location or something.

Just for an occasion this mall can be visited where an array of shops selling different commodities like famous Under armor,APT,craft n borrow,Nike branded dresses, house hold items, stationary, toys etc. Many nail art kiosks, salons, children's amusement toys,athletic shoes are there. Burlington has a big store. Theatre offers good entertainment. Food shop is nice but not in good taste occasionally. Whole mall is not sparkling but gloomy. Rest rooms small but ok. Friendly for disabled. Visit doesn't make a impact. Ok fine.

This mall has a couple good stores, but this mall has gone down hill and needs a serious makeover! It really doesnt even feel like a mall when you're inside. If you're mall picky, or looking for a nice mall, go somewhere else.

Never coming back should be zero stars. Came to watch a movie at the theater at 5 pm today (Friday, May 10, 2019). Once the movie was over it was 7 pm. Afterwards, I decided to walk around the mall to see what was around and a security guy stopped me and said, “Excuse me, sir. The mall is closed.” Really?? Do you not want my business?? It was 7:10 pm at this time, again it’s a Friday. I thought on your door it clearly says closing time is 9 pm!! I contacted the mall for an solid explanation as to why and I hope they respond.

Get in and get out...not the ideal place to go shopping unless u kno what u want...with the lack of stores, it's hard to spend a long time in that mall regardless. It's got a nice movie theater though.

This mall is getting smaller than what it use to be. It's unfortunate that there are not that huge variety of store. This place is more a place for teenagers to hang out. However this mall is quite clean and well maintain. The amc has undergone some upgrade and it is more suitable environment to go for a movie.

This mall has TWO pretzel shops...virtually everything else is closed. Not sure what's coming next inside. Seems like a nice location and facilities are good enough for your average suburban mall. Loews theatre, foot locker, Dillards, Burlington coat factory, a workout facility, a decent Mexican restaurant (Los lupes), chuck e cheese, el remix, olive garden and Chinese buffet in the parking area.

Possibly the worst mall I’ve ever been to. Generic stores filled with junk. Terrible food court. I feel like all the good stores are next to the mall to be honest. Best part was walking past AMC so I could smell popcorn instead of mustiness.

My first time coming to this mall, and I consider myself a bit of a mall rat because I've worked at many malls in south east Texas where I'm from. Security and mall management could not have been less helpful with my particular problem, and honestly were very rude. Take your money else where - regardless of stores and their employees the actual mall employees are blatantly disrespectful and beyond unhelpful!

This used to be a nice Mall but all the flagship stores have left or become discount stores. Macys only uses 2 of it's 3 floors and is virtually the only store with quality mdse. The rest carry cheap poorly made imported mdse. Rarely buy anything there.

I've been going there for years. It's a great place to visit when trying to spend some time walking and buying. Not absolutely great quality, but it has an awesome character.

I like this mall because it's not too crowded most of the time. Food court has many things to offer other than food, for example, video games, table tennis and other games for kids and adults. Sears has closed a few months ago. Payless Shoes store in the mall is closing permanently soon. Some shops on the walkway have closed permanently in the past couple months. But still the mall gets fair crowd mostly during the weekends and holidays. This is a nice place to walk around, do some shopping, play some games etc. kind of stuffs. Some shops offer quite cheap items, for example, Shoppers World and may be other too. It's bit an old mall, so don't expect too much shiny marble floors or inflow of natural light during daytime. The bad thing about this mall is they play old music all the time and it sucks. It's too boring to be there because of the repeated old songs they play all the time. I wish they would play the latest music (latest hiphop and country music) so that the visitors would feel lively to be there.

I was visiting Dallas for work and wanted to get out and sight see, so I looked up places to shop and I found Irving mall. Let me tell you what this place is old but has good shops. Was quite and I was able to get where I needed to go with ease. Plenty of ramps for stroller skits a great place to just walk around.

It's a good mall. Don't expect it to be like grapevine mills or the parks at Arlington, but it has a good selection of stores and most of what you need at a mall. The AMC has reclining chairs, something those nicer malls don't have.

You'll get some Great Vines but you have to deal with the disorganized Burlington if you ever walk through or the terrible traffic that surrounds the mall. The bathrooms are horrendous half the time and I usually go down the street to the QuikTrip if I'm not desperate. If you need a quick deal go ahead and grab something from there but it isn't a mall that I would take a Sunday stroll in and Window Shop.

I've only ever been to this mall once and fairly certain I will not be returning. Nor would I recommend this mall to anyone I know. The only reason I gave an extra star was, we found an AMAZING place that sells crepes topped with fruit (fruit is optional). Other than that, the clothing stores had clothes everywhere. Garments on the floor, dangling from the racks, stains and tears. The staff, though hard to find, were partially helpful.

Only reason I stop by this Mall is for Macy’s, and sometimes not even they have what I need!!! They need to get rid of the random unnecessary places (gym, event venues, bounce thing) they have in there and add actual clothing stores. Maybe add a H&M, Forever 21, GUESS or something similar to not make me avoid this mall as hard as I do. And get rid of the carpet, it’s gross.

This mall is on its last leg. The best thing about it is the fitness connection. The Seats used to be nice but now it’s closed. The movie theater is still very good but it’s also really expensive. I wish more of high end stores would return.

Great place to go for gifts, last minute outfits (including shoes and accessories) and even a quick semi care day (nails, massage, etc) not too big so you don't feel like you'll never reach the end of the mall

Definitely not the best mall and it does very much need a renovation. They have a few of those shops that just sell a bunch of random stuff (more than the average mall does I’d say). Easily overcrowded because it’s not the largest mall. Not a mall I’d say you “have” to go to if you’re not from here and visiting. Just kinda eh.

Very convenient location right in between Dallas and Fort Worth Texas! Perfect size, lots of room and not a crowded mall. You can shop comfortably and enjoy the comfort of shopping as opposed to having to park far, in a huge parking structure, walk across the mall to a specific store and walk all the way back, like at most shopping malls!
